Busy place . Waited a long time to have my question answered. But with all the packages they have their doing their best

Since the post office is closed on Sundays, i came to Fed Ex yesterday to ship my package that a customer ordered. The staff was very helpful in helping me spend as little money as possible. By slimming my packaging down, they helped me save about $20 on shipping. Thanks Fed Ex!

In and out in a flash to print some documents for the DMV! The dude working there was super helpful and friendly!

Had to make copies, attandant was very nice and helpful.when I need their services, or products I will not hesitate to go back.

If you need to fax papers do not go here! They charge $2.19 for the first page and $1.99 for the others. I had to fax 42 pages and didnt see the prices until I already hit send. I normally go to the UPS store and they only charge half that price. I will never go to Fedex again.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this FedEx location, but it is my opinion that the employees and management here could really use some customer relations training. I walked into this FedEx office to send out a package with a preprinted return label and to “mail” some paperwork to my company’s head office. I clearly caught the only woman working here at a bad time. It is also my opinion that she was not feeling well because she was acting as though she had a pretty bad cold. This is most likely the reason she was acting so awful towards me, so I will forgive her for her terrible attitude. The poor woman was very curt, almost rude as she asked me what was in the box I was sending out and she seemed impatient when I told her I also wanted to “mail” some documents. She then snapped at me saying, “This is not a post office, we do not mail things here” (At this point an image of a very sour faced Professor Snape [HP] immediately popped into my head) I told her, “I was only using the word mail as a generic term in this case, as in to send (a letter or package) from one location to a different location.” I then asked her again if I could send my documents through FedEx? I believe I’ve mailed things (oops! I used the wrong term again!) from this location before.” She again said, “This is not a post office, we do not mail things here! Go to the Post Office if you want to mail something! You can send it 1 day, 2 day or 3 day FedEx only!” She was getting very agitated at this point and she clearly did not understand what I was trying to communicate to her. I said, “2 day then and she slapped down an envelope and a form in front of me and said, “fill this out.” Feeling berated I slid the items back toward her and said, “Nope, I think I will take your advice and go to the Post Office, I believe they will be more helpful.” I’m sure she understood what I was trying to do. I wanted to send some paperwork through FedEx. I just kept using the wrong term (mail). I believe she was quite caught up in a vocabulary kerfuffle and could not let it go! I will never go to this FedEx location to send a package ever again.

Oh man these guys really are the best! Needed some last minute printing done and they got it done in a flash! Forget the other guys!!! This place rocks...

All this place wants to do is repack your boxes and charge you additional. This location in particular is a problem. Go to the other one in Simi or better yet UPS.

Rude staff. Totally irresponsible. Someone named Amy gave me wrong instructions to drop my overnight envelope. It was wrong bin. The envelope had 150,000 check and was still lying there next day! Didnt have courtesy to mail same day for free. Avoid this place.

We love FedEx. We make copies of homework or print something

I havent had many problems with this location. I even got a call when an online order was filled out wrong, and they fixed it for me before I could go pick it up.

You guys / girls are awful waste of my time and money any of your competition does better . Never using fedex again

My friend shipped my package to the wrong adress, and Tyler worked very hard to get it changed. He was very friendly and patient.
