We have several UPS Stores in town, but this is by far our favorite! Great Staff, Extremely Helpful, package our items with care & precision! And always help us to get the best price for our needs. Couldnt ask for a friendlier place to do our shipping.

This was soooooo illogical. I wanted to ship 25 old uncharged ipads and I was told that corporate UPS doesnt allow to ship more than 2. Went to another UPS store and had no problems whatsoever...their loss not only on money but a customer and referrals.

Kathy and her husband are amazing! They picked up the product from the residence and mailed the items. They were so good at making the packages and made sure we received on time and safe. Great customer service and the best UPS in town with the best prices!!

Mark is awesome! Always friendly and always convenience. They will go out of their way to notify you about packages if you havent swung by in a few days. Helps me especially since sometimes I dont get the notification of a packaged delivered.

Been coming to this store for years. Got great info and friendly service about mail forwarding overseas. A very good experience here.

If you have a package for FED EX NEVER drop at this location. If you are shipping with a prepaid label from EBAY or selling sites NEVER drop at this location. My package was dropped off here on August 25.It is now September 15th buyer has still not gotten his package. I paid for it to be sent Fed Ex (prepaid label thru eBay) by not taking it to a fed ex drop directly . It was sent by This facility via parcel post. I was only told by them that Fed EX and USPS have a collaboration. Not aware it would be sent the slowest way possible. Mine was an expensive heavy item and i didn’t know that they had the ability to do this. BE WARNED never drop at this location. It will cost you. They have effected my small business. Due to Mark calling me this morning & demanding a photo of the label be emailed to him (like I have time for that). I have 6 kids, virtual school & trying to run my own business. I have had extensive conversations with eBay & post officials regarding the handling of this package. I can not post all that was said because Mark states I’m accusing him. So here I just posted exact facts. Not 3rd party official facts that were. Told to me. My advice once again. Take a Fed ex package DIRECTLY to Fed ex. Even worth paying the extra to have them pick up. If a package is PRE-LABELED it’s best to not get a third party involved if your able to get it to the FEDEX/POST office. Etc. & I wonder how he was able to have my number & call me ! Yet wants me send him a copy of label. Unreal.Try the tracking number. I WAS TOLD BY MARK IT was ok to leave my prepaid package at this location because fed ex has a collaboration with USPS and USPS does pick up there & they could take it to fed Ex. That is what I was told. I asked Mark if I should take it to fed ex. I had my kids in schooling & the Fed Ex drop was farther out. He said “no it will get where it’s suppose to go “. TENNESSEE POST OFFICE told me that My package was sent parcel post the slowest way possible after much conversations with many places. I will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to this location. As well as making a formal complaint with UPS regional office.

These peoples; this couple instantly became a member of our family stretched from Simi to East County San Diego and Ridgetop, TN. Their smile and friendliness and making sure the packages 📦 are received on time and safe!! Thank you two so much. Stay safe!!

Had to get a package to my family on the other side of the country by Christmas eve with only 2 days to spare. Kathy was very helpful in making sure I got the best price available and even helped with the AAA discount. Great service and will use again. Peace out post office!

This review is long over due. With that said I have to say the owners of this store go above and beyond for their customers. Mark and Kathy take the time to get to know the people that walk in, and if that isnt excellent customer service I dont know what is. They tailor the needs of each individual and have always been friendly and kind. Thank you for all that you do!

Used this UPS Store to ship an art piece. The framed art piece was odd shaped, 60 wide by 18 tall. The people at this UPS Store packed it very safe for its journey to Illinois. I will use this UPS Store for all my future shipping needs. The customer service is fast, friendly and professional.

Terrible service. Trust the bad reviews all the others are likely family or friends. Because of this place had a lost package I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will be using another place. NEVER this place. Ruthless.
