I do not feel safe at the Simpsonville store.The check out people are great and always wear a mask.But the guy who stocks the dairy cases is never seen with a mask on.He is not the only one .I saw at least three employees, all male, without masks on and chatting with each other.The lady I see when I shop here who stocks items on the shelves always wears a mask and I admire her for that.As an older person I just do not feel safe at this store.Too bad. I did not linger and left without getting everything on my list.

I was just driving by and I witnessed not one, but two employees not wearing masks! One of them had their hands all over the cart wasnt wearing a mask or gloves. Be concerned about the coronavirus and take it seriously! Gross! Half an hour of observation later, I see another another employee with the mask pulled down to their chin. Carts are all over the parking lot.

I was going there for alstromaria flowers and they had beautiful ones

I ordered a half sheet unicorn birthday cake from this store on Wednesday March 11, 2020 to be ready on Saturday March 14, 2020 and they did not have my cake at all. My daughter had to pick out two 1/4 sheet cakes out of the display at last minute, and the manager did not seem to be very concerned for my situation. I ended only getting a 5$ discount and still having to pay 31$ for two different cakes that I did not prefer. I am most dissatisfied because of the awful customer service I received from this store during this unfortunate situation I was left in so inconveniently! I have seen this store have the most amazing customer service in the past but today they lacked very much customer service support!

I work here as a cashier and I love it. The staff can be very nice and want only the best impression to be made with our customers. They are focused on making sure every customer is happy.

Easy handicapped parking. Electric cart charged. Prices clearly displayed. Produce fresh and nicely displayed. Friendly staff. Shopping carts cleared often from parking area. Bagging person retrieved my electric cart from my vehicle immediately. Nice experience.

They previously sold corned beef brisket, now they only have what they call corned beef but its bottom round which has been pickled like corned beef. Its not the same, guess folks here about dont know the difference. The clerk said they couldnt sell it before it went bad. Perhaps if they stopped selling the wrong one folks would buy the real corned beef brisket.

Fun place to run in. VERY nice cashier. Poor guy. It was his first day and of course we had to complicate things for him. Wish I could remember his name because he handled things beautifully. He had to call over a manager which was VERY nice and friendly too. Wish I lived in the area because I would make that my store!

This BI-LO is very clean, neat, and efficiently organized. When you first walk in you instantly smell a delicious aroma from the bakery, which is complemented by all the beautiful flowers and floral arrangements that are displayed. Every one who is employed here is always smiling and helpful. The isles are always clean, shelves always stocked and so many brands to choose from. My favorite part of shopping here is the deals they have. I save so much money shopping here! Thank you BI-LO for making grocery shopping fun and not a chore!☺

The store itself stinks like fish as soon as you walk in the door, it turns my stomach its also very expensive. The bakery however is amazing. The custom cakes are beautiful, delicious and budget friendly!!

This was a fantastic store. The service was great and the items on the shelf were exactly what we wanted. We were able to stock up here for our travels around the South east. The employees here helped make our travels around this area even better!

Had a poor experience checking out at 1230 today. Would suggest management watch the video, Im in the red hat. Cashier was good young fellow and the reason for not giving a single star.

Courteous, helpful employees when looking for items and quick checkout. Decent produce and meat sections. Pharmacy is mediocre and doesnt have good communication although the first technician and pharmacist I dealt with were friendly.

I had just been told-and very rudely- by a Spinx that they would not cash my ticket! The customer service staff at Bi-Lo quickly cashed my ticket and got me on with the rest of my day! Super friendly staff at this location. Spoke with the Delis staff as I got some deli meats, which were at a steal of a price. Had some miscommunication with the cashier but the customer service rep was outstanding at correcting the issue. I had not been to this location before so I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Very nice and clean on the inside with big aisles to shop and lots of variety.

I have to say this Bi-Lo is one of the cleanest Ive seen. The employees are very helpful and nice. The store itself is well stocked and the set up of the store is well done

I worked here. I had only one manager that i didn’t like and he was weird, creepy, and not professional at all. The store was so dirty and so unclean. I had to clean the store most of the time too. You get paid very little. And the store is so out of date, so is the programs on the computer. Happy i’m out of there.

I shop at nearby stores on the way home, so Im in different grocery storesoften. Bi lo used to be one of the lower priced. No more, theyre closed some locations and I see why.Thinktheir pricing is on the same level as Publix. Everytime I shop there cant believe how high their prices are,and buy the minimum.

Id never run across Bi-Lo before so I checked it out. Good selection, veggies and fruit are good, always hit bakery selections, people working there always acknowledge you around the store. I really like the place and having lived in 11 states, Ive never run into anything quite like it. One more thing. They have brand new carts and none of the wheels rattle or get stuck. I thought groceries were obligated to have dirty, sticky carts with square wheels. Since everyone is so pleasant, that speaks well for their leadership and a good working environment.

The pharmacy staff is great! They get scripts filled fast, transfers are easy, and they are always friendly.

Everyone is always so helpful here. The store is always very clean and organized, even during the holidays. They typically have enough registers open so that no one has to wait in like for too long, and the cashiers are always friendly.

This BI-LO has so much to offer! A few reasons why you might want to visit this location:First the parking is nice. The lot is easy to get into and very big with plenty of room. There are spots for handicapped parking near the front of the store also.The store itself is big and open. The isles are wide and super clean. They offer a variety of brands for all items they sell.The prices are affordable and when you use coupons along with the BI-LO rewards card you can really save.They have a full service bakery as well as deli and meat market.The customer service area offers a ton of services from money orders to gift and pre paid cards.The staff is super nice and will help with any issues yo may have. They have public wifi and you can use Google Pay and Samsung Pay with no problem.Overall I would give this store a big thumbs up. A great place to shop and save.

Best part is they carry Schar brand foods. Otherwise I would never go here bc it always smells like fish or old meat when you walk in.

I don’t really write reviews but today was really bad. The cashier just throw the stuff and the cans of cooking oil was dented. They didn’t double bag my milk and drinks so it will fell on the ground! Very disappointing!

Friendly cashiers; great prices; and fresh, hot deli food.

I didnt have wait long in the checkout line. However, I did observe an employee using a shopping cart to carry the trash as he emptied the trash bins around the store. The trash was bagged, but I still dont want to put my food in a cart that was used to haul trash and then put that food in my refrigerator.

BI-Lo is a great place to shop, they have a large selection of marinades.

Decent prices, always have deals, helpful and most the time in and out.

This is a very nice Bi-Lo. They have a lot more selection than most of the other Bi-Los I go to. I was very sad when the one close down at Woodruff Road and Butler, but this is a very good substitute.

Its my local bilo and I love it. I go every couple days and its always great

2/10 times the garlic breads, cupcakes have fungus or have gone sour in taste even 2 days before the expiration date. Some of the staff is rude (a lady actually told me to go back to my home country, while I complained, all I got was an email saying they will look in to it.) They used to have fuel perks but now fuel perks expire in a month. Rather go to Publix, it has the best customer service, the food is fresh.

Stopped in to shop and get refund from last time there. A whopping 3.79 that customer service didnt want to refund. So, I walked out to go to Aldi for my second time. Spent almost 100.00. Sa ed alot too. So wont be going to bilo again.

Nice employees. Love the specials. My only complaint is 2 times in the 2 years Ive shopped here I tried to return meat that wasnt fresh and was told no. I lost over $40.

The only reason I stop at Bilo is to see whats happening in the deli/bakery department. Unfortunately the customer service at this location is almost non existent except for the D/B, who are ALWAYS friendly and extremely helpful. I always shop the deli, for what else? Dietz and Watson of course! Still my favorite lunch meat. Besides a few lbs of sliced chicken, salami and roast beef and the occasional purchase of something out of convenience or if its an emergency, I take my grocery list to Lowes!

There prices are not always competitive but they have a good fresh fruit.

I am a single father, of two beautiful girls. After my wife moved on, the cost of daycare and living expenses, drove me to get WIC for my youngest daughter. Every time I went to this BI-LO, my experiences got worse. The managers are cold and heartless, Shannon and Sharon. They on, now three separate occasions have made a all ready embarrassing shopping experience even worse. With so many other places to buy groceries in a mile radius, one would think that customer service would be important. But that does not seem like the case for this store.

Typical Bi-Lo. Well stocked clean, prices on high side if not on sale. Better to wait for sales, which are good, because everyday pricing better at Walmart.

I labored on whether or not to leave this review, but I felt that I must considering how far this store has fallen since it opened. Its not just this store, but the entire Bi-Lo chain that seems to be sliding down a hole to nowhere. I cant count the number of times Ive been in this store, only to leave my cart two or three aisles in because they dont have half of what I came in there looking for. I am so over Bi-Lo and their nonsense. I doubt Ill ever walk in the store again.

Cashiers and management are very friendly and helpful. Some of the younger cashiers however are not very friendly or acomidating at all. Stores are very clean except for the bathrooms. In the late after noon they needed attention and to be restocked with tp and paper towels.
