Super friendly and helpful staff! Helped us with color choices and the selection of the right type of paint for our job!
Great service and very helpful. Bryon was a huge help in getting us to go the right direction. Anyone could have just told us what we thought we wanted and made a sale. But Bryon helped us figure out exactly what we need to do and told us to go home and compare the colors and get a good match before buying. Then he made some great recommendations for us to test things out before buying everything and then not being happy with the results. Well definitely be coming back for future projects.
Excellent customer service. Theres a chart to show you what paint to pick but the counter help always knows the best paint for the job. Awesome color options. We actually have a Sherwin-Williams closer to our home but this one is our go-to and has been for years.
Sam was great sellsman. Helped a lot
Awesome they helped me to find the right primer and paint that made my project possible. Will definitely return
They helped me color match and also keep records of previous purchases.
Everyone was very helpful great customer service
Great product and service. The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Best paint you can buy. Often busy at the store, but good customer service. They keep track of your paint buying history so if you arent sure of the color, they can easily pull it up.
I went to the Fairview Rd. store three weeks ago to buy 2 five gallon buckets of Emerald Rain Refresh exterior paint and 2 gallons of the Emerald paint in another color. Brian told me that they didnt carry the five gallon containers. It was recommended that I come back on the 24th for the 40% off, and he would ask his manager to order the paint on the same week as the sale. He actually did call on Monday, July 20th to confirm, and I agreed to pick the paint up on Friday. I called back to confirm receipt on Friday, July 24th and spoke with a lady. She said that the truck had not come in yet, but either Brian or she would call me back once my paint had been delivered. She never called back. At 5pm the same day, I called and spoke with Brian. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, and said I must had talked to the other Brian. What am I? Five?Well, I called around to try and get some help getting the paint I needed. The Five Forks Sherwin Williams store stepped up to the plate. Morgan went above and beyond to help me get the paint and took care of the issue with 10 regular gallons instead of the two 5 gallon containers (see picture). Five Forks had 8 gallons of Rain Refresh in stock. She went on her own time to the Butler Rd store to pick up the other two. Unfortunately, the 40% off was cancelled and changed to 30% off. I dont blame her for that, but buying this paint was much harder than it needed to be. I think that the Fairview Rd store could use some training from the Five Forks store on how to treat customers that actually like Sherwin Williams paint and want to buy it.
Sales member acted annoyed when I asked for help to find a paint color. He simply replied Hold on. I dont mind waiting so, I waited patiently. After a few minutes, he acknowledged me and said okay... what? He seemed bothered...as if my being there inconvenienced him. More than the way I was treated... he was rude to other customers in the store too. At 6:47 PM he said to them... (not in a friendly tone) Are yall planning to get some paint mixed today? Because we close at 7. I went in with full intentions to purchase paint for our new home... but it was at that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. There was no sorry you had to wait, no thank you, no can I help you with anything, no thank you for coming, no youre welcome after having thanked him for his half-effort to help me find a color, no have a nice day or hope to see you back. Really, no manners or friendliness at all. As a business owner, I felt sorry for the owner because that type of service would NOT be unacceptable from my employees. I get it... people have bad days... But my experience there left me never wanting to go back.
The staff here is very helpful! I couldnt find the right color for my interior wall. I found out the simple difference between flat and matte paints. The lady at the counter did not make me feel like an idiot trying to explain it though. Which I cant say when you go to some of the other hardware stores.
I have no problem with Sherwin-Williams. many paints to choose from and the friendly staff explains the differences in shades, flat or high gloss to fit your very needs. They also have paint accessories if you are in the need. Just right up Fairview in Simpsonville.
Always very helpful when I go to the store. My preferred store of choice
Just find Joey (or anyone at the Simpsonville store) and tell them what you want to accomplish. Over the last 3 years we’ve saved hundreds of dollars thanks to their advice. This group of people, especially Joey, are outstanding! They really want to help you and never push products that won’t help you get great results.
Highly recommend. Steve was patient with my needs and was focused on solving my problem and creating a solution for me. All other staff was extremely friendly as well.

Called into the business to speak with an employee and was rudely hung up on by the woman who works there named Ashley. Definitely wouldnt do business with this place when there are several other paint stores around with friendly customer service.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff—particularly useful for the DIYers.
Top quality paint - you get what you pay for
Didnt even make it inside the door. Big sign on the door that said no concealed weapons allowed. Loosely translated, it means Mr. B go somewhere else. We dont want your business!
The paint was very expensive. It cost $75 for 1 gallon. I had to buy it to finish a bedroom
