This place did an amazing job fixing my Lexus NX200t after I got rear ended at a stop light. Everything was fixed perfectly and correctly the first time. My car looks just like it did when I first bought it. I was able to very easily communicate with them through texts which was very convenient for me! They even took care of returning my rental car for me the night that I came to pick up my car! Thank You so much for doing a great job!

They did an amazing job on my car they took good care of me. They kept me informed and they answered my many phone calls. After all is said and done they cleaned my car and it look brand new. I will definitely go to them again if I need repairs.

My truck was hit in the rear passenger side door and just in front of the tire. We decided to take the truck to prestige because of the online reviews we had seen at the time while comparing collision repair places around our area. After bringing the truck in the staff was extremely helpful and informative for us, this was the first vehicle we have had to repair. Everything was automated as far as alerts on the vehicle at least once or twice a week unless they had questions for us or vice versa. Any question my wife called with they answered immediately and professionally. I would highly recommend and will use them again if i ever find myself in this situation again. I dont have pictures on my phone of the collision on my phone at the moment but i have a picture of the finished product after getting new doors, a set of running boards, and paint on the whole right half of the body.

I just picked up my car from here and i couldnt be happier...staff greated me with a huge smile...made everything super easy...and most importantly my car looks amazing...i wasnt going to be fooled by the detail they did on it so i looked it over with a fine tooth comb and it looks as good as new so the detail was an awesome bonus...i would recommend them to family and friends anyday! We had our vehicle hit, took another repair center a month to fix it which turned out horrible. We left that place and drove straight to Prestige. It was business after hours, which we were unaware of, and the owner opened the doors for us. Took his time to go over the horrible fix the previous place made. He also kept in constant contact with my husband as to what was going on with the vehicle and insurance. We will never go anywhere else for vehicle repairs. Vehicle looked brand new and the customer service was more than expected!

I went in for an estimate after my car accident which i was not at fault so progressive was paying for it. Progressive insisted I went to either one of their options and one of them was Prestige Collision Repair. They quoted me for used parts, because of this I recieved a small check from progressive. I called the next day and didnt mention anything about progressive and i asked if they could quote me a price to fix my car and they gave me a price a lot higher than what they quoted when it was with progressive and i asked if they had any used parts for my car and they said no and that its rare when they have used parts and quoted me a price a lot higher so i got cheated out of 2,000 dollars! I then told them why they quoted me a smaller price through progressive and they stumbled on their words and they called progressive right away to tell them that i knew they cheated me out of money. I call progressive and he said they had used parts that day and somehow all those same parts were sold the next day when i called. What a coincidence ! So thats why im writing this to expose this companies trustworthyness they are total frauds and work with progressive to give YOU the customer the lower end of the deal. Dont trust these guys ill be talking to the BBB about them as well and a consumer lawyer to get to the bottom of this on going SCAM thats been going on for who knows how long. Beware of this company
