I called for service on my lawn mower, that was purchased from another dealer. The following day they came out to my house, picked up my mower (Driver was incredibly friendly!) had it back in my driveway within 5 days. Completely Impressed with my experience!! Well done!

2 weeks of excuses why they couldnt get to my job. Finally took my job elsewhere.

I called to see if they had a part for my mower. Sure enough they did! Problem was they were closing in a few minutes. And I was still in Sergeant Bluff Iowa. He said not a problem with no hesitation. He stayed open until I got there!I dont know of too many people that go the extra mile these days?
