On first contact, everything seemed to be very good. All questions were answered and the David Heirigs from Internet Sales was shining me to be very pleasant seller. I bought the truck by phone and wired the money. As I was surprised, disappointed and very angry when I saw the scrap. This truck had rust everywhere, football-sized holes. The rear tires were so worn, so I was afraid to drive the truck at all. Dash cover completely broken. The exhaust system with holes everywere, beyond saving. I began to call the dealership and what did I get? NOTHING!! No response, no return calls, no nothing! So, the trust in this dealership is death.People doing you a favor, DO NOT buy from this dealership! You will be cheated.Never had I thought the Dodge dealership could cheat so the customer.

I recently had my wife take my pickup in to the shop for a oil change wich started out bad and got worse. To start with they didnt ask what brand of oil she wanted in the truck. Then when she finally got someone to listen they treated her like she was stupid because all they ever put in is rotella in the diesles and no one else ever has a problem. I have always spent the little extra and had full synthetic diesel engine oil for better fuel mileage better protection and more mileage before it begins to break down the oil. They didnt even have any! Said they would have to go to a parts store and try to find what she was talking about.After the oil change they. Were asked to check a noise she heard that morning. Which they couldnt tell her if it was the throw out bearing or the pilot bearing. And if that wasnt enough they wouldnt even give her a real quote. They just rattled off some numbers. Said it would be 8 or 900 dollars and that is if the clutch is fine.In closeing I will not be returning for any services at this location and I hope this helps any other customers that care about there vehicles and money to not go through the rude abuse that this dealership put my wife through.

Charlie Zook dealership put the wrong date on the title before reselling it to another dealer. When I took the title to the DMV, they refused to issue license plates because of their shoddy paperwork.

Took my car in to fix a radiator leak and they told me my axle was going bad and needed to be replaced. They fixed the radiator leak but as soon as I left, the low coolant came back on. Horrible service, horribly high cost, and they rip you off. I will never go back again.
