Top notch. The facility to drop off and pick up is amazing. The staff and everyone we talked to were very pleasant. The waiting area was awesome. Not sure if it was normal or not, took 60 min. to do oil change and rotate the tires and they washed the car. Washing the car was a really nice perk.

Took my 08 ridgeline in for new keys because mine were in poor condition. Dropped it off on Thursday and got a call late Saturday that it was ready to be picked up. Along with the invoice was a 13 page list, with pics, of several things that needed to be fixed. I never gave anyone permission to do anything other than program 2 new keys. I declined the work suggested. I went to pick up my truck Monday because it was too late Saturday to get it. When I showed up I paid and took my brand new keys with me. I pressed the unlock button to enter the vehicle and nothing happened. Evidently, they screwed something up because they took the truck in the garage and left me standing on the HOT asphalt car lot. I stood there for 40 mins. Nobody said anything to me. Eventually I had to get to work. I had my wife drop me off so she had to return to the dealership so she could take me.I completely understand that things dont always go smoothly but my issue is that they spent alot if time trying to find problems with the truck and they didnt even complete the job I took it in for. Also, they didnt at all apologize or even explain what they were doing. I eventually left because I had to get to work.

I was promptly greeted by Stacy, a pleasant, professional representative of the Honda service department. Stacy explained what would be done, showed me to a very clean and comfortable waiting area, and told me I could expect my service to be completed within an hour. She later came with an update and my care was serviced, washed and completed in less than an hour. After a very quick review of what had been done to the car, payment was made and I was on my way . I am grateful that I feel I can trust Vern Eide Honda.

Verne Eide in Sioux City provides excellent service support for their customers. I took my wifes vehicle in for an oil change and they also pointed out to me a couple filters that were filthy and asked if I wanted to change those out too. I appreciate that they asked me before doing it. And this was not upselling by any means (the filters were disgusting), they were just being thorough which I appreciate. And they wash your car for free to boot, no surprises on your bill. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently bought a used Accord sport from Verne Eide Honda. Been looking for sometime and found one here. It was recently traded in and hadn’t been detailed but he was happy to send me photos before it was even out of the shop for inspection. Dom was quick to respond and get in touch with me. First time in the door; favorable impression

Fantastic customer service! I called them up 1-hr to closing inquiring about a civic saw online. Dom was nice and handled most of the paper work that evening, while I made the 4.5-hr trip up from KC. They had me in and out of the dealership, and on my way back home within 2-hrs the next morning (trade in and everything). I was even able to make it back to work on time. Would definitely make the drive up again for a future purchase!

I visited last week to buy a used car even the salesman not friendly just he ignored me. The first impression just worst

Everyone I had contact did a great job. Especially the technician who inspected my cabin air filter and found some rodent had stored a winters supply of seeds in it.The dealership where I purchased the vehicle, Woodhouse of Sioux City, had not found the problem. I found seeds atop the engine 2 years ago, they had not seen those either.

I brought my older Pilot in for an oil change and was offered an opportunity to include an additive, and in return for the extra expense, they would cover if anything happened to my engine. Before I was even due for another oil change, part of my engine went bad. So we took it in, they repaired everything, but the warranty was initially denied on a technicality. The dealership worked with the warranty company and when not initially able to get anywhere, they took off some of the cost to alleviate the pain of such a big expense. Even after we paid and picked up the car, they continued to fight the warranty company on our behalf, and in the end they were able to get it honored. Great people and great customer service!

Dom & the crew are SO professional and easy to work with. They truly love what they do and it shows in the way they treat their customers! From the test drive with Gurji, paperwork with Dom and financing with Alex(who happens to be a former student of mine!). Buy drinks, theyre in a drink carrier, & naturally, they leak - leaving the seats looking awful & dirty. 5 years of that & I dont clean as well as I could/should. I brought car in to be detailed & I am extremely happy with the work that they did! Seats look great! Carpeting awesome! Windows fantastic! Thanks for doing the hard work - the quality shows!

Kyle the service manager and his staff are the BEST! I bought at Vern Eide because of the service staff. I have had problems with my 2020 Pilot right away after my purchase. The electrical panel sounded like ricks hitting my windshield while in the vehicle. Kyle has bent over backwards to make sure it gets fixed right. Now with the recall, I pray it is fixed. They are an amazing group, I have not been the easiest person to deal with, they have all been troopers.
