I had a recall on my car and the service department is the best. Great communication, friendly and keeps you updated on progress of repair. The shuttle personal was extremely polite and a pleasure to visit with whil enroute.
Overall good experience when it came to buying a new car. 5 out 5 for that. Lost a star (and Google doesn’t do half stars) for my trade but they did come back and honor it. Final review 4 1/2 star service

Nick met me promptly at 8:00 AM and predicted a 2-hour service visit. The lobby was very comfortable and accommodating. After about 1 hour 45 minutes Nick found me and stated that everything was going great and that I should be all set in about 15 minutes. Sharply at 10:00 I met with Nick and he explained the service forms where I signed them. Then proceeded with my day in my freshly washed and serviced car. ***** Five star service.

Lets face it... it is not fun buying a car and several hours of your life is completely wasted. However, this was not the case when I purchased my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Our salesperson (Dominic or Dom) was fabulous. He got us and out in a few hours. It would have been less time had my husband not been stubborn initially! The entire experience was great and I will definitely return to this dealership the next time I purchase a car. Dont bother with shopping around and just go to Vern Eide! You wont regret it!

Very happy with the outcome of service by Sam and his team. My vehicle needed a new engine and Vern Eide spent a month going back and forth with Hyundai to get it covered under warranty. Not realizing how long the process would take, I asked for a loaner car after a couple weeks. They were very accommodating and gave me a 2020 Accord. Now, my 2013 Sonata should last another 7-10 years!
Service department not good for Hyundai Owners. Lacking in communication and ability to diagnose simple issues. Only 1 technician to work on all Hyundai vehicles also makes it slow.

The service department is a joke. Called to schedule for service on my vehicle. The check engine light was on and they told me they put it on my appointment and didn’t. Then asked me to wait an additional 3-4 hours after being here for nearly two hour. Horrible customer service!
