The sales lady was great, very knowledgeable. Glad my husband and I went. Getting a sleep number makes sense, especially for us with the physically demanding job we have. We can customize our bed! depending on the day we had.

The sales rep Mike was very informative and very professional when it came to his job. Very approachable and kind. I like him how he represented his business that when Im ready for my next new bed I hope hes still working to order one from.

Not bad, not good. Lots of standing around while he made up his mind what to do next, or how to get the billing correct. Oh well, it happens....he will learn and we DID get our bed! Eventually!

Save your money not worth it had may problems with bed and its only 4 years old make sure you read the fine print

I went to the Sioux city, IA store location looking to price out a bed and was met with high pressure sales pitch as I left. I left the store very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. I have since relayed this poor experience to friends and coworkers. No one wants to be put in a high pressure situation about money in front of their family. I ended up getting great custom service and a better price on my bed from Ashely Furniture. I would not recommend going there to anyone.......
