Super helpful staff. They worked to help us find the dishwasher we wanted, in the color we needed. We were in and out of there in no time. Prices were reasonable and later in the same week we came back for another appliance that bit the dust.

From the moment I walked into the store it was a wonderful experience! I was asked if I knew what I was looking for and when I said yes they took me to exactly what I wanted to see. Their prices were more than competitive and even beat most of the larger home improvement stores. They were knowledgeable about the products and were kind and courteous during our time together. I couldnt have been happier with my experience at Karls.

Staff isnt very helpful, they dont know what they have in stock, dont really act like they even care to help you find what you are looking for. My dad ordered a stove from them they didnt call and let him know when it was in he had to call them to find out then he said he was going to be there to pick it up that night and they didnt have it ready and acted like it was a big hassle for them to get it out to the loading dock because they were closing soon

We moved to a new house that we had to supply all the appliances. Nick at Karls worked hard to supply us with our needs even though Covid made it tough. Would have given this 5-stars, but the installers kept that from happening. The gentleman that installed the microwave was great but the other two who installed two refrigerators, stove, washer, dryer and freezer were another matter. We were never instructed on the operation of any of the appliances. They argued that the fittings the plumber installed for the gas stove was wrong even though the plumber told them he had over 20 years of experience. Eventually, the plumber installed the stove even though we paid for the other two to do it. The put the small refrigerator and freezer in the store room in the basement, but must have never checked that the worked. When we went to the basement to check on them after they left, the appliance were plugged in but not working. It seems the GFI was wired incorrectly so no electricity could have gotten to the appliances. But the installers didnt mention one thing about it. In fact when they left they said everything was installed and working. That was a lie. As I said, we were happy with buying the product, just not the install. Planning on contacting Karls as we dont know if the washer is installed correctly because is sounds like it is wheezing. But then it might be fine, because it does things weird that the manual says is fine.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered a stove, got it delivered last April 2020 it is still not operable today Feb 16 2021 coming up on 1 year anniversary! Been lied to, stonewalled, and now they are ignoring my phone calls. We are 2 hours from Sioux city So I am assuming they dont care because we are too far for them to service, and the must believe if they ignore me ill go away. I am going away as, for now on, they will be dealing with my lawyer instead of me. Buying anything from them would be a mistake.

I had called Karls TV, Appliance & Furniture yesterday, needing help with my washer. I should have known that they only repair their own units that they sell, and that is fine. However, the lady there that was on the phone with me, was laughing at me when I had informed her that my washer had flooded my laundry room, due to an over filling. She had said, Sorry, cant help you. We only fix our own machines that we sell. In turn, she had kept laughing at me, and was very rude. My husband and I will be purchasing a new washer, but Karls has lost me as a potential customer because of that lady laughing at me in a stressful state.

I went to a big box store and looked at appliances but decided to check Karl’s because I wanted to buy from a place that would service if I needed it. I ended up saving money the service was great and so was the sales woman. Got exactly what I was looking for Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave very happy with the appliances and the service.

The sales staff and delivery staff were incredibly friendly! I went in there with an idea of what I wanted within my budget and I got exactly that. I wasnt pressured into something I didnt need or didnt want. They have a couple computers setup so I could even do my research right there in the store. Terri, my sales person, was very friendly and understanding. They were also competitive with the price compared to some other big box stores, but I chose to go with Karls ultimately because of the 5 year extended warranty plan on my new refrigerator because if I never have to use it in 5 years, then I get 50% of the cost of that back! They also stand behind their products and have their own service team right here in town so I wont have to call an 800 number and get some 3rd party repair service to come out and fix anything that might go wrong. Theyre local and I appreciate that!Edit:I forgot to mention the guys who delivered the fridge! They were very professional and super nice guys. They called before they showed up, they got the other fridge out and got the new one in and setup very quickly. They seemed to work together really well. Great job guys!

Salesperson was knowledgeable and helped pick the right dishwasher. Installer was very professional and did a good job.But don’t fall for the rebates. The online process failed and I was told that it was a common issue.....after the sale. I was told to mail them instead. Still haven’t been compensated 6 plus months later. I believe I was taken.

Karls sold us a USED AND INOPERABLE dryer for $600 dollars that was marketed as New. When I contacted Sioux City, customer service was rude and unhelpful. I spent three days trying to be in contact with the main offices customer service. Their only solution was to return the dryer. Now weve been without laundry or a working bathroom for three days. I called yesterday and they said a manager would call back right away. Its now two hours before they close and they say they cant do anything today... maybe if they got back to us earlier when we asked for help this could have been resolved. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED! This is the worst service Ive ever had, and Im not one to complain online. We specifically went with a locally owned company and chose to pay more than competitors ad because we were hoping for the friendly and courteous customer service we are used to here in the Mid-West. We were wrong and I regret not going to the big box store with the lower price. I will be adding pictures of the used and inoperable machine. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KARLS, especially the Sioux City location. Save yourself the headache and give your hard earned money somewhere else that deserves it. We have contacted BBB and LG in hopes that they will resolve the situation and that we do not have to work with the Sioux Citys Karls location anymore.

We worked with Danelle today, she was an absolute professional. Matched us up with the best product for us and made the buying process easy. Would not recommend buying any alliance here. (See edit)Edit: we have had issues on the back end, after being told we would hear communication about when our dryer would be delivered I had to consistently call to check up on it myself. We also received the card the payment is on and my name is spelled incorrectly after telling the rep in store that it was wrong on the applicationWill never shop here in the future

I have purchased many appliances from Karls over the years. Marquis is great to work with and always does his best to get me the best price. The delivery guys were super nice and very professional - they took extra care to ensure door frames, walls, etc werent scratched when moving items in and out. My only issue would be the communication from the salesperson (not Marquis) - when my items didnt make it in, I received the initial call stating such but after that it was up to me to make the call. Considering it took almost a month after the initial delivery date to actually get them in, it was a long time for me to wonder if I was forgotten about. My only reason for not worrying too much was because Marquis made sure that I had loaners to work with in the meantime. As I said before, he is awesome and the very reason I keep going back to Karls!

Need a new washer and dryer? Actually any appliance, the place to go is Karls. There service is great and they carry a vast amount of appliances, TVs and more. When you go ask for Pam. She will take good care of you.

I have done business with the Sioux City location more than once. I have always had excellent customer service, and more than fair pricing. Bought our washer and dryer less then a year ago, washer is already broken. While under warranty they are responsible for the fix, repair man has been in our home twice. After the 2nd time we were told it was fixed when in fact it is worse then before. Now we are told it could be weeks before they have time to fix it again. What is the purpose of purchasing a warranty if it is not honored on their end?

IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT...........Very Disappointed....We purchased a brand of appliance from Karls that they don’t normally carry. We did this when we were building our new home to support Sioux City Buisnesses. We were told that if anything went wrong with the appliances, Karls would take care of us. I have been waiting 5 months for my microwave to be fixed!UPDATE: IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!I have to do a follow up on the status of my microwave. It may have taken time but Karls stood by their word and not only did I get a new microwave but also a new oven (they were a set) at no cost to me.Thank You for taking care of us!

Service after the sale is poor. Currently working with trying to get leaking washer resolved. First round they didnt show up for 2 months to put the part in. Kept leaking, schedule led another service call that they didnt show up to. Third service call they are asking to take it back to troubleshoot at the store, didnt even come look it. Now am waiting to see if they will be kind enough to provide me with a loaner machine. Not cool.Update- I received a loaner washer, some cheap peice that has two settings...on/off. It’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t even received a phone call telling me what’s going on. 2 more weeks and I am just going to go there with my truck pick it up and I’ll fix it myself

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive experienced. My refrigerator was serviced twice over a period of two months. On the second service,the technician, was replacing my compressor, and in the process of doing so broke my entire refrigerator making it completely inoperable to use. He sent me to the store to seek a new refrigerator and to speak to Marquis about how I might be compensated for today. Needless to say, I left without any compensation for my now inoperable refrigerator - that mind you was caused by Karls in the first place. The reason I left the store was due to the TERRIBLE customer I received while I was there. Needless to say I drove to Sears immediately after. Sears beat Karls the comparison GE Refrigerator I was looking at by $25.00 and offered free delivery. The only compensation Karls was willing to offer me for breaking my refrigerator was a loaner refrigerator to use until the one I ordered came in. Im sorry, but Karls you will never receive another penny from me.
