Super friendly staff. They always take care of my needs whenever Im here. Louis was very helpful as well.

Store is always clean. My only complaint is that I wish it was organized a bit better in areas, and wish it was bigger! For example, I went looking for a kitchen turner (spatula is what I always called it), and they had two or three varieties hanging on a wall, then on the wall perpendicular was another option, then there was another option hanging from a center pillar in the aisle. It makes it difficult to decide what to buy if you cant see what the options are together.Also, I had an interaction today with a cashier that was less than friendly. She didnt really communicate, was complaining to another worker about someone else not doing something. She didnt ask if I was a Beyond+ member (for the 25% off coupon expiring today), or really anything. I dont usually have any issues, so I think it was a one off situation, but worth mentioning.

Didnt find what we wanted. We had great service from the employee who helped us out by looking thru store and even checking computer data base to locate items we were looking for. They even suggested some of BB&B competitors to check for items we were looking for.

The selection is kind of limited for this type of store, they just have a ton of the same product! Very overpriced, even when on sale. I did pick up a memory box for my dog that I thought was very cool though 👍👍

I have never shopped at Bed Bath & Beyond. But we did purchase a $275 item in Oct 2020 from one of its subsidiaries - Bye Bye Baby. Wrong color, so we returned the item. A terrible Experience! Essentially no customer service. Still waiting for the refund after almost 3 months.

Friendly staff, lot of merchandise to pick from and did not have to wait long in line to check out.

My wife and I have been looking at various stores for a new set of dishes. Finally, we stopped in at this store. While there, we found a set we both really liked a lot and it was even on sale! However, it was only available on line and we could not get the sale price on line. We needed 4 sets because we want to be able to serve 16 people. This would have added another $100 to our purchase if we bought them on line. As we were leaving the store I stopped and talked to one of the managers about this. I wish I could remember her name. She was short with long black hair. To make a long story short, she helped us and we are now waiting for the dishes to arrive. We got all four sets at the sale price and my wife is very happy! The manager that was working Sunday, 1/13/2019 during the day is wonderful. She handled a relatively disappointed customer (me), perfectly. She was very professional, courteous, efficient, and resourceful.

My fiance and I made a registry for our wedding and our helper, Linda, was super pleasant, sweet and helpful as she walked us through the store and shared information about products with us. We had a great experience with her and she was very patient with us! Thanks Linda!! You Rock!Besides that though, going through the store, some products appeared to be dirty/used, and that was a bit offputting. 2 things I remember being used/dirty was a vaccume cleaner display which had hair and dirt in/on it and one air fryer on display had crumbs and food stuck on the inner of it as if someone cooked in it.

Received a great deal on a indoor outdoor rug for the basement room that occasionally has a water problem. The clerk was so accommodating to carry it for me also. Worth the drive out there.

Bought my wife a thermometer, before Thanksgiving. It didnt work, which isnt the end of the world.Took back said device.... unfortunately without a receipt. Store policy...no returns accepted with out receipt.Really, its 2019.

This store will probably be my favorite place to go to for my bathroom,bedroom,and more.They have a lot of great stuff,like towels and other necessaries.its a great store with a lot of stuff.I go there a lot for my bedroom.Its an amsome place and for those of you who havent tried it, you are missing out on a lot of amazing items.

The customer service we received was pretty bad. We worked with THREE different people and one of them even left and didnt come back! The final person who helped us CLEARLY did NOT like his job! NONE of them were very friendly or welcoming.

I like the store in general but im not a quick buyer. Ill see something and wait on it. Well in this case ive been searching for a particular item for over a year. I saw this item here but wanted to check to make sure was going to fit because it looked larger than other ones had previously come across. When i got back to my place i saw a store coupon in the mail and thought hmm all good comes to those who wait haha... Well...the clerk was NOT helpful at all. Told me to keep checking my phone email which i dont even get emails from them??.... So..... She finally calls a manager after huffing and puffing over not seeing a single number which looked like a 1 and i hinted to manually type the code in(retail clerk 101)... Manager comes over hits a coupon button and its done. Clerk gives me this scouffing expression and told the guy behind me i was being difficult... ??Otherwise everyone said hi when passed them.

Horrible! We bought a very expensive vacuum here, instead of climbing to the top and get a new one for us, the employee told my wife that she have one in the back. My wife brought it home and when we opened it, it was used, all kind of scratch and dents. I suspect that it was a return or a floor model. Nonetheless its unacceptable
