Jaycob here was an excellent guy. He helped tremendously to get me what worked for me. He made the whole experience one to remember and the whole process was super simple. Will definitely visit him again!
Super friendly and helpful! Amazing service! Corey was amazing and worked so hard to get a loan that was right for me! Everyone was very nice and helpful and informative! The sales manager took the time to come in to check on how things were going and he was kind and courteous. Lance was informative as well as patient with me having to step out to take work calls. Will definitely come back for my next vehicle! Thanks guys! Im very happy with my Kia!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I took my vehicle in for a repair. They called me and told me the repair would cost about $1000 after tax and labor. After I found this out I had a couple people tell me they thought that was a more than it should have been so I decided to call a couple places to get estimates. Both places I called were within $65 of each other and 2/3 the price. When I called back to tell them I didn’t want the service, nobody answered so I left a message for them to call me back. No call back. Tried a little later... no answer... showed up to get my keys and they wanted $100 for a diagnostic fee... I ended up pay $100 to find out they were going to rip me off!!!
We recently had some warranty work done on our vehicle and Jeremy was the best! Very prompt, professional and he took care of us. I am so appreciative of everything he did to make this as smooth as possible
Great customer service and very friendly staff! Love my Kia!🚙
Good deals and the staff is wonderful. Michael is a great and knowledgeable salesperson
Brought car in for oil change and service check. Not one employee had on a mask and no one was practicing social distances. Fox News was on the TV and speakers in the main waiting area. Own multiple vehicles from here but not sure about and future service or cars. Edit for response. While you may have a plan in place to sanitize in the two hours I was there I never saw one person clean or wipe any surface including the water cooler door that multiple staff and customers used to get water bottles. Staff also did not in any way practice social distancing with each other or customers.I have not been in in months but nothing has changed. Had to go in and pick up ordered parts. Not one employee had on a mask still and only about half of the customers. The staff is friendly but they need to wear MASKS! This is the only safety precaution I can see and it is useless.
Went to look at a newer f150. Waited out in the parking lot around 5 minutes honking the horn. Nobody wanted to come out to sell anything So! I left!!THEY MIGHT BE MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING VEHICLES DOWN IN OMAHA?
I didnt get any further then talking with someone on the phone about a car when I decided I didnt want to buy a car from this place! I talked with a guy named Dave and he was just completely rude throughout the entire conversation. Will not ever be buying from billion after that and hearing all of the other horror stories about this place
Honest, kind professional staff in both service and sales departments. Ill be returning to your location for future service. Thank you!!!
The staff worked with us at this location was great. Friendly & worked with us to provide excellent service.
Fast service very courteous and super nice!
I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership now.The first one was sold to me by Pete Moore. He was awesome to deal with.My 2nd one I can’t remember who sold me my car.my 2018 and my 2021 Sportage were sold to me by Dave.he’s awesome to deal with and he’s just a nice person.I tell everyone I know to go to Sioux City Billion Kia.They are always friendly and always easy to deal with. The service department always does an excellent job and keeps you posted on the work being done.
Ask for Frank Ramirez. He will not let you leave dissatisfied. Can’t wait to try his mom’s restaurant!
We walked away feeling good about buying a car from them.
I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima on October 17th. I went to my local courthouse to license it on November 16th, they had no paperwork from Billion and the title was still in the previous owners name. I called Billion on November 18th and left a message. On November 19th I still hadn’t heard back, so I called again. The lady I spoke with said there was a problem with my loan and Dan the finance manger was the only person who knew anything about it. Of course he was gone that day. On November 20th he called me back and said my financing was through Capital One. They apparently do a “welcome call” (I never answer numbers I’m not familiar with and no one told me) Since I did not answer; their offer had expired. The dealership had to resubmit and it was declined. They had an offer from another bank with a higher interest rate. Dan told me he was working through this. Here we are December 1st, my in-transits expire today and I haven’t heard a word from Billion. Heck my first payment was suppose to be due today. I called the local treasurer’s office and still nothing. Also, my credit took about 10 hard hits because they can’t figure out how to pull your credit once. I will be shouting it from the roof tops...DO NOT use Billion Auto!!! I wonder how long it will take Billion to call me after I submit this post. 🙄😂
I have recently purchased a 2016 Kia Forte. I had a very easy and painless purchase. I drive a lot so after 3 months owning it I needed and oil change. Jeremy in service was very professional, down to earth and made my experience a pleasant one. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys for all your help and standing behind your service and product!
Beautiful dealership with great friendly associates. Quick service and very thorough.
Awesome. Very happy with the service dept. They were able to get me in for oil change and issue with my passenger door on my Sorento. Thankfully small issue with door and they had me in and out in under an hour. Barely had time to drink my coffee and eat my that donut they supply. So happy with their service.
No issues at all
I bought a new car with KIA and Dave was my salesman. I give him 5 stars for his service and help. He did not pressure me in any way and was very polite and pleasant to work with. This is the second new car I have purchased at Billion and would recommend them to anyone. Their service department is always available when needed.
Salesman Cody was very pushy and had an attitude when I didn’t add the package offered nor finance through them! I have had constant issues with my Acadia, have had to take it in twice, and nothing has still been fixed! I have contacted the manager and still haven’t heard anything! The salesman even said that the things broke in my Acadia were NEVER CHECKED before selling me the car! I will never recommend Billion Auto!! Worst car dealer yet, should’ve stuck with Woodhouse!!
Dave and Pete at Billion Auto Kia in Sioux City are amazing. They both worked hard to turn a not so good experience into a great one. They listened to me have a small meltdown then asked what I wanted to see happen to make it better. We found a solution and now they wont have to see or hear from me until I bring my new Sorento in for its first oil change. 😀Honestly everyone and everything there was great. Friendly smile and greeting from the receptionist, staff checking if we needed a coffee, water or anything else and nice clean waiting area and restrooms. The only negative is they are almost 2 hours away from my hometown. But I knew that when I started the search for my new car and I still chose Sioux City Kia. Well worth the drive. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a Kia.Thanks again for everything!Laura
Extremely pushy and tried forcing us into a car that day even after explicitly saying that we were just looking around. Salesman told us he could figure out a rough price for my wife on a new Kia Soul in just a short amount of time before coming back 35 minutes later with paperwork to sign for a car that we had absolutely zero interest in going home with that day. My wifes email and our home mail were constantly bombarded by mail from them for over a month before having to call and tell them to quit mailing us. Not very professional and caused nothing but frustration and headaches.
Not surprised by the negative reviews the rest must be fakes no doubt this is the worst dealer in sioux city a attitude adjustment and total change of staff and management and this place would be aces in my book so to whoever reads this AVOID this place and Nissan,Ford dealers same problem there with zombie and incompetent staff
At the bottom billion auto edited that they tried several times to contact me, but they lie. They have yet to give me a contact number or person who will talk to me.Had a star to post but it should beNo stars!I purchased a dodge journey last August 2017 and was given the run around as soon as I signed on the dotted line. The extras that were supposed to be done by the salesman werent done and I had to go round and round before they finally made some changes. It was a huge hassle and the manager at one point yelled at me over the phone. The heater went out as soon as it got cold. I had to wait to have it fixed and since I didnt have it covered I took it to a dodge dealership to have it fixed but just before the transmission case went out on it to. Dodge fixed the heater and I decided to call billion auto to see if they could work with me so I did. About a month later with me having to continually call for an update, cause they wouldnt call me back, I got the journey back. The same day the car was slipping, after being told it was fine by the mechanic, I left. My wife was soon stranded because the car broke down. After another month I got the car back and more issues arose. The mechanic suggested I work with the manager to get out of it. I went in, got a new car, and once again the items that were to be done were not. I went to the customer support line and after being told they would help and call me back, not one call back. Come to find out, the finance manager is no longer with the company (just like with the journey), and minimal was done to fill my complaint. No one took responsibility for what went on and I couldnt talk to the person in charge of this location in Sioux city Iowa. Will no longer use this location and will inform others to avoid. Terrible service...they are a throwback to why people didnt trust car dealerships and salesman.
If I could put less than 1 star I would. Sure, they will do near whatever they can to get you IN a car but once youve got it they are absolute garbage to deal with. My car is a 2017, drove off the lot with less than 100 miles, routine upkeep with no accidents and the check engine light came on. After SIX visits and MULTIPLE hours and gas and patience wasted it is still on and they have done NOTHING to own up to this issue. They offered to pay for my next oil change as if a $40 oil change is enough to make up for time lost at work, wages lost, patience and frustration. Completely unacceptable. After about the third trip we realized this would be an issue and requested a loaner to allow us to leave and them to take the car until it was properly fixed and they have avoided it at all turns, instead offering a complimentary shuttle drive to places. My husband and I work different shifts and have sh*t to do, we cant be down a car. Alas, here we are bumming rides until Kia figures out what the deal is or hires more competent service workers. I used to rave about them too but after this awful experience I will never be back.
We just bought our first brand new vehicle & have never tried the Kia brand before. We dealt w/Kevin Lake & he was great, no pressure, very kind & knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin for making our first new vehicle buy easy & fun!
Sales manager Pete Moore worked diligently to earn my trust and my business after an upsetting encounter with another salesman. I feel that he dealt with the situation in a respectful and compassionate manner.Pete also exceeded my expectations by giving a more than fair trade credit towards my new 2019 Kia Soul Plus, and delivered with a price point that fits perfectly in my budget. This is my first new car purchase, and it is EXACTLY what I was looking for. 👏😍Thank you again, Pete! I truly appreciate your efforts, and I LOVE my beautiful new car! 💗
We got a phenomenal deal on the work that we need a done to our 2019 Kia optima
Never again with Billion! I bought a 2017 Kia mid June, they were going to fix a couple spots in the plastic around the interior door. I took the car home with me that day for a week and took it back to get it fixed. The salesman would text me saying its will be done next week then next week would come around and they would be waiting for one more piece. Finally a month later 4 days before we leave for a family vacation they call me so tell me that actually they found out that the spots were broken because an airbag had deployed!! The one owner that they got the car from was Enterprise Rent a Car, they didnt disclose this information to billion they claim. Billion said that they would make it right, they then sold us a 2019 Kia for $3,000.00 more than what we got the other one for a week later. Now since I had the other for a week I had moved all my things from my old car to my new car, they couldnt get it back nor could they get my plates back. Finally another month goes by and I get half my things back. Every time Ive talked to the salesman and one of the managers there they say how I still seem upset and I should just be happy cause I got a brand new car out of the deal!! Which yes thanks for the brand new car that I didnt really want(they had to do something since they sold my trade in right away) but dont be jerks and keep saying that I ought to be happy with what I got. I should be saying you should be happy I didnt get a lawyer or turn you in to the BBB for selling me a salvaged title!! NEVER EVER again Billion!
There was a recall on my 2013 Kia Optima ex GDI and it’s inside the engine. It was an excellent running and driving car until they put their touch on it.All of a sudden the car start to shaking, metallic rubbing sound came from the engine and yesterday the engine stop in the middle of the highway. The car is in the repair center for diagnostics and if I don’t feel like it’s fixed thats is gonna be another story...................
Aaron Becker was my sales man. Anyone who wants to buy there first or second car he is the go_to guy. When I got out of my car he was polite and stayed on task. He had answered every question I had asked. All the different types of cars we were looking at he didnt push any model or price it was all about listening and telling me the different options each had to offer. Thanks again Aaron!
I had the pleasure of working with Brandon C., my first car dealership and by far the best experience Ive ever received in retail anywhere. Brandon worked hard to get me the car I wanted and his boss Jason took the steps with me to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely continue doing business this dealership as long as they have people like Brandon and Jason
We were looking around for a GM 4x4 1/2 ton pick up. Billion Kia had a couple. I liked one of course BF liked another. We werent set on buying yet but BF wanted to talk numbers. 7/22/17. We went in to talk to Sean Lara (He came out when we were snooping). He took care of us, got us what we wanted. We bought the truck I liked, it had a isuue but Sean and staff went above and beyond to fix it! Im happy! I love the truck and will tell everyone I know how well Sean took care of us! He wasnt a annoying over talking salesman, did not redirect us from what we wanted. Billion and Sean were great! I highly recommend Sean Lara at Billion Kia in Sioux City! Im very happy :)
Well little disappointed with Billion Auto, so much so I will NEVER buy or service any of my vehicles there. We bought a Kia in Texas moved back we have a service contract on it. So all we supposed to have to do is give the coupon to dealership. Before taking the Kia in I made sure that Billion was on the list that we could take it too, they were. However this is what Billion Auto (which is a Kia Dealership in Sioux City, IA) says, Ma that is a marketing scheme. I said sir no it is not it is something that we paid for, told me I would have to take it the Kia in Texas was the only place the book was good at. Asked if he could call the number in the book, so he disappeared for a moment, came back says that they told him it was only good at the one in Texas. Says I left Billion really upset, no oil change. Called the company again, says Billion actually sells that exact same service program so they have to take (or has Billion would call it a marketing scheme). So that is when I had to get the Hubby involved so we recalled the company, got a really nice lady who was actually training a new employee on the phone. She does not know why Billion would not take coupon. But she gave us some different options. So tomorrow our Kia will be going to Condon Auto which is where we bought our Honda Pilot (which also has a service contract on it never had a problem here in Sioux City, IA or in Dallas, TX) We will have to send our receipts for reimbursement, but that is OK cause I want to good were they have excellent customer service. This is just a warning about Billion, beware if you bought a Kia from anyway else but them cause to them it is just a MARKETING SCHEME.
Jonathon Loft service advisor was the reason I kept coming back to Billion Nissan for oil changes and car needs. Jonathon has excellent customer service skills and always makes you feel at home. Thank you Billion for making sure you have a great front line staff that ensures customers know they are getting the BEST service!!!
I was very pleased with the service and information during my visit with Cody. He was very helpful and willing to work with me to make my lease purchase match my budget. All of the salespeople and finance people were there to help me when I had a question or situation. Thank you all I am enjoying my purchase.
Service is great here. Ask for Jeremy!
It was great, the sales person was great, the illusion was great. Due to unable to complete it at the dealer, they brought the car to the house. The next morning, I look at the car, it wasn’t even clean. The sticker residue was left where all of the stickers were, then I look at my credit. 5 hard hits. They can’t even figure out how to pull credit once. That angered me more than anything else honestly. I will not be using them for service, nor will I ever buy from Billion again.
I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento from Nate, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Not only did find me a great vehicle at a good price, but he also listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, instead of just trying to push a quick sale on me. I now live in Minneapolis, however, I wait for my trips to Sioux City to have all my servicing done at Billion. Thank you Nate for the excellent experience!
Avoid Billion at all cost! Sold our family two used cars in one day and stated they had warranties! Now the salesman told us the one vehicle had transmission issues and they couldnt warranty it out and fix it until it through a code! Well after going to the local transmission shop here in town they stated the transmission was indeed shot! They have had the vehicle 3 different times and always find others things wrong to say thats whats causing the transmission issues! How does the ball joints and tie rods have anything to do with the transmission problems? We are hiring a lawyer and suing the business! Service Manager will not call you back or answer calls! Was told he was on the other line and he would call me back in 10 minutes and its been 2 weeks! They have now had my car for almost 2 weeks and now tell me it wont be back until January because the parts for the ball joints and tie rods are special order! Now fast forward to this current date and my family members second car that was purchased the same day is now having transmission issues and they had codes to prove it! Now they are trying to push it off as a ABS sensor and another sensor for the airbag that is causing the transmission codes! Billion and the service managers and sales managers are cowards and crooks! You want good service shop WOODHOUSE DODGE!
Bought our car from there. Service was wonderful.Food was really good too.
Our sales person Shawn was very professional, he worked very hard to get us the car we wanted at a good price. There was never any pressure to buy. Great Experience
Extremely unhappy with my experience buying a car. Its been 2 months and I STILL do NOT have my registration to my vehicle. Called after a couple weeks, stated they were waiting on the Sioux Falls store.. Then 45 days after, We will have it tomorrow Here I am still waiting. I swear on my life to never let anyone in my family purchase a car here after this.. Im petty like that. The very least they could do is communicate with their customers because I understand stuff happens but dont lie about it.. Car is great, sale experience was kind of shady but I came to a agreement I could live with but this is just killing the whole deal for me. Completely unprofessional and this is coming from someone who has put time in at a dealership so the process isnt new to me.
Absolute worst dirty sales representatives that I’ve ever encountered. We entered into a verbal agreement to purchase the car and we’re finalizing the loose ends when they notified me that they had sold the car underneath us, with my car seat still in the car.Not even so much as an apology
Service was very good but as far as buying they wont sell to me credit not g[d enough
On 10/11/19, I stopped down to the SunnyBrook location. They had a vehicle, In Sioux Falls, I was interested in. We decided on a price, I paid 500 to hold the vehicle. Later that night, I looked on my laptop, at the vehicle...(laptop screen can zoom in and out). I seen what appeared to be a dent in the back of the vehicle.I called my salesman, Brent. He looked online with his work computer and said he wasn’t really sure what it was. He called the Sioux Falls store and sure enough, some sort of dent in the back. He talked to his manager and asked me if this was a deal breaker? I told him, if I am spending 16,000, I really don’t want a dent in the back of the vehicle. By the way, there was no damage listed on CARFAX. So they agreed on fixing the dent and they still honored my price. The vehicle arrived on Monday or Tuesday, in Sioux City. I received a call from my salesman. He said they got the vehicle in and it appears it has hail damage. He mentioned that the Billion in SF apparently didn’t disclose that info to the SC location? So again, I was asked if this was a deal breaker? They agreed to fix the dents for my price. They gave me a loaner car until it was finished....19th. I go in on the 19th, pay for the car and go get in. Both seatbelts wouldn’t work; the dent repairman had to remove the headliner to fix some of the hail dents. So in that process, somehow the seatbelts were not functioning. I was given a “free oil change”, for my inconvenience. So today, the 22nd, its finally done. But there’s more.....so I put down 500 on the 11th to hold the vehicle. It’s been in SC for 9+ days. I have to now wait for the title???? Why wouldn’t the title follow the vehicle???? If I was training a vehicle in, and owned the car, I’d have to produce it that day. So.....why should I have to wait when I paid for it in cash?????Not really happy and I don’t care about the oil change
I purchased my 2014 Chevy Silverado sight unseen. I live 3 hours away from this dealership, but had heard good things so I took the plunge. Dan B, was good to work with, but there were some frustration. Took the pickup for a test drive, blinker was out. On the way home there was a rattle under the dash, turned around to get it fixed. Just a screw loose, but was quickly fixed before I left. So far I have had 3 parking lights and a reverse light out, which is super frustrating as I feel this type of stuff should have been gone thru before the pickup was placed online. Lessons learned. They gave me a full tank of gas for the trip home. I also received a free B&W fifth wheel ball with installation and tinted windows.
Always friendly service. Never had a problem and been there many times. I will keep going back
Bought a car there during their match of 2000 dollars, salesman told us the car was listed at 10,900..ok cool..match our 2000 or should be 6.900...wrong ...they bumped the price up too 12,900..so their match put it 8,900 and had too finance too get rhe match we never really got..so all in all we got screwed out of the 2,000 match..will never buy another car from this rip off buisness.
We had a very positive experience at Billion Auto - Kia. They were very willing to work with us and made the car buying experience great.
Great sales staff, our friend is the sales manager there.
Had my car detailed at Kia in Sioux City,Ia and was not impressed!!! Charged a lot for inside and out but looked like it was done by me myself. I probably could have done a better job and saved some money!!!
Bad customer service, we were helped by Irving Jensen who was very rude and pushy. And on top of that he kept going out of our price range and not even going off of what type of cars we had asked for! Also we did not appreciate the fact that he was racist towards our family and the faces he was making at us! His attitude was honestly the worst he kept repeating how he couldnt understand why we couldnt go out of our price range? First of all you are supposed to cater to the customer, and that was the price range we had asked forWorst experience ever!
What a joke! Phone service is ridiculous, general managers are scared to answer the phone and wont even give you the time of day. Dont even try getting ahold of someone local they never call back or are too busy. Surprised this place is still in business. Finance is a disaster. Everything about my purchase was negative. DO NOT SHOP AT BILLION UNLESS YOU WANT A HASSLE!
If I could give less than one star, I would. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, and an all around horrible store. Scamming people into buying a car with a 100,000 mile warranty and then not honoring that warranty even after supplying EVERYTHING they requested. Even better? Faxing everything FOUR times. Telling us we only need one more thing, and then faxing that AGAIN only to be told thats the only thing they have and that we need to send everything again. Running in circles is for track, not a car dealership. Take your money elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this place to my biggest enemy. As for Junior? Dont waste your time talking to him. He will do NOTHING but avoid you, deceive you, and make you regret EVER giving this place a shot. Its sad to say that my biggest regret in life is letting myself and my family get played by this joke of a car dealership.
Bad customer service and pushy salesman that was unprofessional. This salesman flaunted his longetivity with this company after initially falsifying his employment application. This company values numbers versus integrity. I emailed corporate and of course no response. Why would I purchase a vehicle from a company that doesnt live up to their so called, Values! Instantly walked away from purchasing a 2018 Kia Sorento. Never going back!
Called to get service on my fiat and the lady seemed really uninterested in helping me.. I’ll drive to Sioux Falls instead thanks
I take back everything I ever said decent about the Sioux city store. They will scam you, sell you warranties, and when it comes down to using those warranties, they will not call you back. Had to deal with the Sioux falls location to get any service. Never do business with them again.
My husband tried to take off his review and it wouldn’t let him! He went to billion about his problems with his Buick and they made it right with a Nissan Murano! He finally got the right person and Ben made sure he got what he wanted!!! I’m typing this on behalf of Justin Watterson!!!
Consistent service and knowledgeable salesman (first time buyers should ask for Nate.)
Awful salesman I worked with. Very pushy to buy and the vehicle didnt have what I was looking for. Kia also wouldnt give me much for my kia trade in. Went to GM and they gave me 2000 more for a trade than kia would. Now that has to tell you something about these people!! Really sad because I loved my kia optima and wanted another kia.
Third visit, Final visit. Lied right to my face about a vehicle we were interested in. Will NEVER recommend Billion Auto to anyone.
The customer service and the mechanics are some of the worst people to deal with. Keep track of names, dates and times. Your number automatically will pop up when you and they will never let you speak to anyone. They sold me my vehicle and then tell me its to unsafe to drive off the lit cuz I needed new tires. Really? They take advantage of women. The general manager Justin Voight might seem like the nicest guy at first, but once something is wrong with your vehicle good luck talking to him again. They screw you around and have you talk to ten different people. No one will return your call. An employee told me to call Sioux falls and thats when I got a return call. Was treated so rudely and disrespectful, telling me that I was lying and it was all in my head. Its not in my head when Im driving my vehicle and the alarm wont stop going off saying that my key is not in my vehicle. Im so glad that I have talked five people out of buying vehicles there. I know many other people who are having the same problem.
We just got our third vehicle from billion our salesman has always been awesome through the years in finding what we want in the price range we give him
The guy I dealt with at the service counter, was amazing an very helpful. He did all he could to help where the lady I spoke to on the phone messed up. When I called to bring my car in for recall repairs, they promised me a ride home, since it was going to take a full day. I was to drop the car off on a sat morning. Come to find out, no one there to give rides on Saturdays, an no courtesy car to drive. Plus no one that does recall work, works on Saturdays. So I had to bring my car in Monday after work...then they had a courtesy car to drive for me. I was to come back tues after work for my car, i did..but my car wasnt done. Understandable, but was my 2nd trip to Billion Kia, so the man at the service counter, made it right by saying he would toss in a free detail job on my car. Once again went to get my car on wednesday...some part wasnt there so couldnt get my car again. The man at the service counter again was very apologetic. He told me since it was their fault it wasnt done an as many times as I had been there they would deliver it to my job. About to give up on seeing my car on thurs, they finally showed up about 6pm. The free detail job I was to get...was TEBRRIBLE! Think all they did was spray off the floor mats, with a air compressor. Guess you get what you pay for. Lol cant say I will rush back. I was thinking of trading my car in there an get a new one..no thanks. The office lady is very rude on the phone also. Acted like I was putting her out when I asked if I could have a copy of what they had done to my car for my records.
If NEGATIVE stars were an option I would choose that! We purchased a BRAND NEW KIA from Billion with a 100,000 mile warranty. The KIAs motor seized up and neither Billion NOR Kia will stand by the warranty the car was purchased with! We have been screwed over many many times and now the KIA sits in Sioux Citys lot STILL not running yet we get to make payments on a car that will NOT run! SICKENING! POO CUSTOMER SERVICE and THEY DO NOT STAND BY WHAT THEY SELL!!! BUYER BEWARE!
Thanks for your help in buying my new truck answering my questions I enjoy my new truck thanks
Not good! Would not recommend for anyone. I purchased a vehicle in April of 2017 I got the Vallpro services for over 2,000 according to them to always keep the value of the car and once I want to trade in to another vehicle there I would get a credit of 1800, but if you want the credit you have to get Vallpro with the new vehicle which puts you in the hole another 2,000. The Vallpro treatments you have to file a claim each time they only treat the spot that you need and you can only get 1 every 5 years vallpro interior and exterior sealent on it. Every 5 years really. So that is very time consuming and takes for the whole day to leaving your car at the dealer. They let you borrow a car which only has gas to get to a block away. They expect you to put gas in the vehicle. Back to when i purchased my car with vallpro which the cars value was 17000 I went back January of 2018 to upgrade and they only give me 9000 for my vehicle and I have been doing oil changes there, nothing wrong to the car still like the day I took it out just with a little bit of miles. I asked what about Vallpro and its value to the car they said there are is worth that now and we can give you more but you have to add vallpro. The place is a scam rip off dont every get vallpro, there fianancing, oil change or just dont go there at all. Oil changes take over an hour not conveneinto for people with kids or work
Yesterday we bought our 4th Kia Optima from Billion Kia Sioux City. Thank you Nate (salesman), Travis (sales manager), Pete (finance) and Justin (GM) As always it is great doing business with you. See you in the future for our 8th car purchase from Billion!!
I wasnt going to do a review for some reason. Not sure. One reason I guess was frustration. We have a 2015 Sorento. Its perfect. We love it. Since we have had it we only had one thing wrong with it and the dealership in Sioux Falls took care of it. It was covered under warranty. To my surprise Kia from the main headquarters sent us a 50 dollar card with an apology for our time and inconvenience to use anywhere we chose. I was so impressed with what Kia did for us. My next door neighbor went to the Sioux City Kia and he came home with a new Kia also. To our problem. We take care of our Kia like you dont believe. On our last cleaning we noticed little rust spots in several spots which later the dealer said it was rail dust. Didnt look just that its not covered. I didnt know what to say. Ok. We have done everything to keep our car in perfect condition. We put the cover on the front of the car and anyplace where it could get marked up. The service manager where we were sent told us where to take it at our expense. I really guess that is where the disappointment came. I looked at him like look at the car. It looks better than some of your new ones. It really did. Anyway left me hanging and the salesman said and I quote Its above my pay grade. Really. Im still stunned and yes based on all my positive things that happened stunned is the word. You know we even got a letter from Billion to bring our car in and trade up to a new one with all the things that on the new Sorento. Ours looks just like the white one that is on Kias national ad. So I told the salesman we wanted it duplicated just like ours but a 2018. This was in Sioux Falls. When he came back with the deal there was this cheesy smile on his face with what he thought was a great deal. It was just a shame. He said it was a great looking car under miles. Perfect. I thought great. They gave us hardly anything for our car. The impression was we get you to buy but trading back is not good. We just left not saying a word just well get back to you. We didnt and not even a call back. Im sorry for the book here but I wasnt even going to say anything. Just go.
Wish I could give this place negative stars. Absolutely horrible. Only reason for coming here was because I wasnt driving to Sioux falls. I took my truck into this so-called dealership months ago for a noise that I knew what it was, but didnt have time to fix myself because Im working away from home. There was a bolt missing and they gave me some BS story on what else they did and charged me $110 for a bolt (Katlyn was the guys name who helped and he was very rude). My next visit to Nissan I needed the idle bumped up on my frontier because it was idling rough, and also needed the serpentine belt changed. I had the new belt in my truck, and just needed them to put it on. They raised my idle, and when I got my truck back I looked down to see they had stripped the square head when removing the old belt. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT!!!!!!! $180 this trip. The next trip to Nissan was about a month ago and definitely my last. I took my truck in for an alignment. This is when I realized these people are not skilled. They pulled my truck in for alignment, and about a hour and half later say its ready. I get in my truck and drive up the hill and it pulls to the left hard and my steering wheel is tilted to the right(Nissan logo on steering wheel) So I take it back. I tell them it was done incorrectly, and that they actually made it worse. They say it will take a bit to get me in to fix it. I was running late for dinner so I told them I would be back. When I get back there is a huge scratch on the side of my drivers back door and bed. I tell Dominque (who was the kids name out front selling cars) to come look. He verified it happened there because the dirt was scuffed off my truck in those areas. So I have to come back the next day to get that fixed. They greet me with being rude once again, and tell me they can buff it out. well my response was its going to need paint because its deep. They tell me all they can do is buff it out, and Im so upset I just stop arguing. The scratch is still very noticeable, and not how my truck was when I took it to them the previous day. TODAY 7/23/15 I take my truck to a mechanic because I needed to get the alignment fixed properly. I told the mechanic my story at billion, and I hand him my keys and leave. He calls me 3 hours later to tell me that there is no way billion Nissan aligned my truck because there are not new camber bolts on it. Im furious now. what did I pay Billion to do?????? I have called Justin the manager 2 times and left a message with no call back. And I have called the service department multiple times and they never answer the phone. Really wishing I would of purchased any other vehicle other then a Nissan. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!
We bought a vehicle at Billions mall sale. Our salesmen was awesome and I would buy another vehicle from Victor as long as he doesnt work for billion. I had vehicle for a day took it back to them to finish detailing and the detailer blew clear coat off my driver door with a power washer. Billion took responsibility and had it taken to a body shop and gave us a loaner. I was lied to about which body shop it was going to. After a few days of hearing nothing I called the shop I was told it was at and they didnt have it. It took billion almost a whole day to find where they had sent my truck. Well after a week I finally get my tahoe back. The color doesnt match there is fish eyes in the paint because it was cleaned right after sanding. When I voiced my complaint about it I was basically told Im too nit picky. This is the first new car I have ever purchased I think I have a right to show some pride in my first big purchase with a vehicle. Well once we came to no solution on my paint on my door we had a tire looked at that they said has a small hole in it and wanted 50$ to patch the hole!! They just had my vehicle for a week I havent gotten to drive it but maybe 2 days since I purchased on the 1st of the month and they want me to pay for it, I dont think so.To top all of this off the first time I ever set foot on their lot I was looking at a truck with my fiance a salesmen came over and stated that we had found his truck and there were some nice vans and cars for me to look at. Like because Im a woman I couldnt drive a truck I was so mad I got in my vehicle and left without saying another word. I should have known then.I will NEVER go through billion again to purchase a vehicle and I will make sure my friends and family know this experience. Super disappointed that they have such great sales people who work for such a horrible company.
Parts for a recall were supposedly ordered a week ago. After I waited for an hour, I was told they didnt have the parts to complete the work. 🤐
Good service
Finance manager should be fired. Worthless.
Had my car serviced. Great staff and out in no time
Cool and Great customer service
Went to Billion looking to trade in my super clean 2009 Chevrolet pickup on a new Kia........Was told by one of the salesmen to sell my pickup on Craigslist and then come back and buy a vehicle. I went to a different sales man what I wanted and how much I wanted to kick in cash wise. Said it could be new or used, just had to fit my criteria. He tried to work to get me a new one and when he had to keep running back to the manager, I gave up. He tried to get me to sign something that said if I can get it for this amount, I will buy it today. I said no, he went back to the manager, came back and said then this is the amount. Because if you leave here I will never see you again..........ok, well I guess my word means nothing! I finally gave up because they were playing childish games with me and I dont do that when purchasing a car. I tell you straight up what I have, what I want for trade and how much cash I have to boot and it is your job to find me a vehicle that fits what I want that, not $5000 more or $3000 more. I am straight forward and I expect people I am dealing with to be also. I got up and walked out and funny how before I was even out of the parking lot I got a call from the sales man and the price had dropped $2000. GAMES GAMES GAMES........might work on some people, but not this ole Gal!!I purchased from Woodhouse....they were straight forward, found me a car that worked perfect for what I was looking for and was right smack dab on my price point. So you see Billion, it can be done. Oh and I purchased my 2013 Chevrolet pickup from you, and that will be the LAST vehicle I buy from a Billion Dealership.........we are Woodhouse customers from here on out!!!
I have recently purchased a new kia from the kia billion and must say if you go to anyone in sales... go to Allie. She was amazing and helpful and fun. There was no pressure. I had very bad luck with billion gmcservice department which honestly kept me away from that whole brand of car. The kia billion is lucky to have a female sales woman who is great at her job. Thanks Allie!!
Great service, clean and prompt. Nice visit!
Im driving my 4th nissan. ...the last 2 from Billion. I have a service issue they have not resolved and an add on item that needs replaced, several attempts they failed to correct. They never follow up or call back. I have more i could tell, but hope this gets there attention. Ive reported the service issue to nissan also.....again no follow up.Probably my last nissan.
But my wife and I went to the Sioux City Billion on a Saturday afternoon. We traded our car in and purchased a vehicle. The radio didnt work in it. So they told me to bring it back after the weekend since the shop was closed.I bring the car home and parked it until I had proper insurance. 3 days later my insurance was switched over. So I took the car back to get the radio fixed. After a week about the car, we decided to call to see what was going on. My wife tried a few different numbers and couldnt get through to anyone. So I took a break from work to call in. One of the guys in the shop informed me that my vehicle was involved in some sort of accident and was at a local body shop. He wouldnt really go into detail about what damage was done or what happened. He told me that they had tried calling and left messages 3 times. I looked in my phone records and they called one single time at 820 in the morning. They left no message.Three days later I still know nothing. Well other than the fact that I was lied to. That Im stuck paying for a car that is worth a lot less than the loan I got for it within three days of owning it and not driving it. Its funny how you give them a phone #/email address on their website when youre interested in buying a vehicle and their people will call and email several times a day. But now, they dont want to answer their emails or talk on the phone.EDIT: I wish this story didnt get worse. But it does. I was finally contacted by their shop on a Saturday, two full weeks after I initially went there. He told me the car was done. So I took my mother out there with me. We tried to question them about what happened to the car and didnt really get a straight answer. Then the mechanic there told me they refilled the air conditioner but they would not honor their verbal agreement in fixing the radio. After talking with him a bit, he told me to leave the car there and theyd fix it. At this point, we purchased the car two weeks before and still havent really seen it.A few days go by and the mechanic calls me again. He informs me that the sales manager refuses to fix the radio. That they needed their loaner vehicle back. So my wife and I drive down there on a Tuesday. We cant be without a vehicle as we have kids in school and we both work. When we get there the mechanic, Ryan, took us over to the car. He tried opening the back hatch and he couldnt. Im assuming from the damage they had done to the vehicle. He crawled inside of the car and pushed it open, while I pulled from the outside. I look at the taillight on the side where they damaged the vehicle. There was a big gap all the way around the light. So I push it lightly and the light wiggles back and forth. I asked him about it. He walks over, wiggles it and says Yup, thats loose. It shouldnt be like that. Then he walks away.At this point my mother is out at the mall, where Billion was having a sale. She decided to go talk to the sales manager, Jordan. A short time after that, Jordan calls me and said he had heard Id had an issue. I told him an issue was putting it lightly. I went through this story again. So he asks me what I wanted. I said I wanted a car with a radio as I was told I would have and I wanted a vehicle that wasnt falling apart from damage that they did to it. He told me he would order a radio and call me the next day to let me know when they could fix it.4 days later, still havent heard from Jordan, Im sure it was a lie, just like every other word out of their mouths there. At this point I am probably going to contact an attorney. Every promise theyve made to me, every word theyve spoken was done so in front of a witness. Hes the icing on the cake. When I took the car down to them, I reset my trip counter in the car. I was 18.2 miles away from Billion. When I picked my car up it had 340 miles on it, the taillight is lose, the tailgate gets stuck, the trim around the wheel is falling loose.
Went there for oil change and coolant charged about $300 and 4h of my time they didn’t even change the oil who do that? I was disappointed
I didnt think i would get approved but they got me financing!
Worst car experience ever and didnt even make it in the door. Hope others have better luck.
Good place to buy a car.
The whole buying a car process here was stressful and inefficient, it seemed like i had to call the office multiple times for them to get anything done. I had bought the car a week before heading leaving town for a couple months and they could not keep any promise that they made.
Just never have felt welcome, or had decent service. Usually have to wait over an hour for a oil change.
A nice facility with great staff
