Their service advisor will address you as buddy/pal and talk down to you on every occasion.If you print their service coupon from their website, theyll just laugh at it and say that those silly coupons really dont mean anything. Those old coupons are only on their website as a mistake of their new marketing team.And, of course, dont expect the mechanic to do their job. They will overlook any actual problems your car might have if they dont have the mechanic/parts to fix it. Theyll tell you whats wrong with your car based on what parts/mechanics they have available. If their mechanic of the day is specialized in brakes and steering wheel service, thats what your car needs fixing on that day.Youre better of going to any roadside mechanic shop than going to this dealership. After my experience with them, I go to Billion Toyota in Sioux Falls, where people are actually professional and responsible.

While I think many of their used vehicles are overpriced, I did have a very good experience with Rick Collins’ service – thanks entirely to Bethany in the service department. I was having issues with my certified pre-owned Corolla purchased at a different Toyota Dealership. Rick Colllins was able to get the vehicle in the same day I called but after a couple-hour wait, Bethany informed me they were unable to fix the issue then and would have to escalate it to their regional field tech. I also learned this vehicle had been worked on multiple times for this same issue. Bethany definitely sensed my frustration, and it really felt like she took the issue on as her own. I ended up having to bring the car back later and it took over a week for a resolution, but Bethany called when she said she would call and kept me updated throughout the process. It ended up taking the Toyota field tech coming to Rick Collins and working on the vehicle for several days to get it resolved, but so far, so good. It was a very frustrating situation – especially with a car that was “Certified” – but Bethany made it manageable…she deserves a raise!

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional and got me exactly what I wanted and helped me get the best deal. Yanni and John made the buying process super easy with no pressure. My 2015 RAV 4 was totaled when I was rear ended on the highway several weeks ago. I made an appointment with Zach Torres at the dealership. Zack was such a pleasure to work with and his sales style is very easy, straightforward and never pushy which something that drives me away from other dealerships. I had visited the lot several times on the weekends just to browse the inventory. I found the new RAV 2021 that I had decided on and made an appointment. What I really liked was Zack also had a used RAV 2020 with just 4500 miles on it and wanted me to test drive both as the older model had all the upgrades at a lower price. I did that but decision was made and I chose the 2021. He handled all the paperwork along with Billy from finance and they both were so pleasant to deal with. I added a couple of items I wanted installed, and since it was Late afternoon Friday they were going to have them done right away so I could have the car that day. I thanked them and said Monday was fine. Zach contacted me Monday morning and said I was good to go. Met me and gave me all the instruction manuals and off I went. Very happy with my experience with Zack and he’s very knowledgeable in his field as well as a very kind man. I recently purchased a used Chevy truck from Rick Collins Toyota. I made the trip up from Omaha and was very pleased with my experience. A very friendly and LOW pressure dealership. My salesman Zac was very helpful and tried for everything I had asked for. General Manager Ryan Collins was great to work with and I felt he was upfront with me on everything. Billy in Financing was great to work with as well. Yes he did offer me some add ons and a extended warranty, like all dealerships do. However, I was not pressured at all into buying any of them. They even delivered my truck to me! The gentlemen who delivered my truck were friendly and professional as well. Awesome group to work with, best dealership experience I have ever had. I bought my 2020 toyota tacoma few months ago. later i called them to put a bed cover and running board on it. they told me to stop by and go over what i need, and i did. they guy on parts, told me he is going to order them and call me when it is ready. then they called me set a schedule to get it done. next day, i got a call, said they have to cancel the schedule because they didnt have the parts. and told me i will get a call when it is ready. didnt get a call after that. few days later i have to call them again, asked them what happened. they told me i can come the next day. question, if my staff was really ordered, and ready, why cant i get a call? guss what, they said they ordered the running board too, never got a call since then. i am having a dilemma to figure out if they are really tracking care of customers, get the right info. might not be every body in the facility. but, who ever takes care of the business, should take care of customers expectation too.

I normally do not deal with dealerships/service departments because I do most of my own vehicle repairs and maintenance. I became aware of a possible recall on my Toyota Highlander though that would involve a fairly extensive repair process. I called down to this dealer and mentioned the possible recall and they were knowledgeable on it and offered to inspect it to determine if it would qualify.(keep in mind I did not purchase my vehicle here) They inspected it and said it qualified even though it fit only one of the two requirements. Fast forward and the vehicle was done in 4 days and looked great(body shop involvement too). They kept me informed throughout the whole process and were very professional. I dealt with Bethany in service most of the time and cant thank her enough for the quality customer service she provided. The vehicle was even cleaned too! Great service and a very happy customer!

The shop was very professional. My car needed repairs and i had to wait until the next day to,check on my warranty. I was called by 9AM to tell me that it was under warranty. When the part came in I had my car back the same day after being told it would be ready the next day. Wonderful service

Luis is a great salesman, he is very friendly and detail oriented and he always goes out of his way to say hi and talk to me when I bring my vehicle for oil changes or other routine maintainence. Like pretty much all name brand dealerships their service department is pretty spendy but you pay for their knowledge and quality parts.

Sold me a lemon and produced the moon..i had to pay full retail on a windshield they said was fixed. Said they replaced the windshield wipers on every vehicle that they sold...well mine are shot ..lol.Ive had 7000.00 in motor repairs and have owned the truck for 9 mos.They had just enough gas in the truck for a trip to the gas station. So a very short test drive. My mom bought a car from them..new..and both of us will never buy a again from them. Terrible sales people and tried to scam me on the extra warranty . Agian. I will never do business with them again.

Great (and super friendly) service department. I was on a road trip through the area and realized I was due in for my 10k service. They got me in with only a day’s notice, on a Saturday, and was in/out in an hour. Such a nice waiting area, too, with coffee, doughnuts, tv, etc. I wish I could come here for all my service intervals instead of my home dealer in Boulder. Oh yeah! They even washed my car! Boulder Toyota doesn’t do that for me :(

I went here twice for my front passenger tire because it sounded like metal was scraping every time I turned left. I came and they said it sounded like metal scraping because of my bumper. My bumper is PLASTIC! So they wanted me to spend 2K-3k to get it fixed. I left knowing in my gut that was not the problem. They did not even take my tire off my car. They just looked at a dent and ASSUMED it was the reason.I came back again on 03/09/2018 (about a week later) because I was leaving on a trip the next day and I need my car to be good. I went and they did the SAME THING. They just came out saw a dent on my car (THATS NOT NEAR MY TIRE) and ASSUMED IT WAS IT. This time I had to FORCE the lady to take my tire off my car. I told her it was not the dent. After I finally convinced her she took it off. AND I WAS RIGHT! It was my tire. She came back to me looking crazy because they tried to scam me out of 3k and I only had to spend $30.

Have taken my 2005 Prius to Rick Collins Toyota since I moved to Sioux City for oil changes and for replacing a tail light. They always wash and vacuum my car, even for the tail light replacement. They found that my license plate lights were also burned out and fixed them for barely any money. I have an issue with a new battery and because its already under warranty, theyll be fixing it for no charge. I plan on getting all four of my tires replaced from them and have been quoted a great price for All-season tires with 80,000 miles including tire disposal, balancing and mounting. Service is excellent and all staff are friendly and professional. Once I forgot to bring my credit card to pay for an oil change and they let me call them from my house with the card number!

So quick and friendly! Plus they call me to set up an appointment with my Toyota Care!! Talk about convenient!

The worst service I have ever received. They tried to make me buy parts I didnt need and lost screws in my vehicle. They also refuse to return my phone calls. My family purchased multiple vehicles when it was Art Silva so I felt safe going through them and Ive had nothing but problems with my vehicle. Had they actually did an inspection on it like they claim they did, they would have found these issues.

In for service with my new car and out with a cracked opened bumper, all they said is they didnt do it, yah, what can we say now, you didnt do it, and my car just did it by itself, thanks for your crazy service, and now I have to fix that myself, nice. Very disappointed. Took total of more than 4 hours, 2 different days to correct an alignment. No loaner cars. Overall, no luck with this dealership.

Took my Toyota Tacoma there for the frame recall the service department called me and said it was totally fine. Took it to Toyota of Des Moines and they would not even let me take it home after they saw it. There was a 1 foot section of the frame totally missing. Toyota of Des Moines fix me up with a brand new frame $15,000 worth of frame and parts and a free rental car for a week and a half.

First time I ordered a vehicle out of state. I emailed Rigo and he was quick to get me any photos I needed. Asked him for photos of any scratches and under the body and had them within 20 mins of me asking.There was also a missing rail in the back bed the previous owner took with them and they bought me the parts and included it in the price of the truck.They also replaced the tires with a brand new set and replaced all the brake pads and rotors.For my first experience purchasing a vehicle, Rick Collins was extremely transparent and upfront before I purchased my plane ticket.I would highly recommend this dealership due to their honesty and transparency.Thank Rigo and Yani for guiding me through this process.5 STARS!!!!

This dealer is a trash, people please be careful when dealing with this dealer. If I would give this review with negative I would do so too. I ordered my car and waited, at first they said 2 weeks. And after that they said 4 and on on on, now its already more than 2 months, I finally got a call from them said the car is here. I when and checked it out. Its not the car that I ordered. The interior color is bs. Wrong vin numbers. The seller did not take responsibility and neither and any of the managers. Again be careful for buyers out there.

We found our Toyota 4Runner online. I sent an email inquiring about it & I received a respsone from Michael Collins right away. We did all of our negotiating over the phone & by email which was great because we live about 3.5 hours away. Michael worked with us on the price, was really nice, and didnt push us to buy something we didnt want. When we decided to make the drive to look at it & most likely purchase it, Michael let us know he would be out of town, but we would be meeting with his brother Ryan Collins. It was really nice of him to let us know he would be gone & who we would be meeting with. When we arrived, Ryan met us at the door with a smile. It was raining, so Ryan had the 4Runner brought inside so we could look it over without standing in the rain and he had it detailed for us too. The 4Runner looked exactly like the pictures they had online and it also had all the functions that were listed. Sometimes what you see online is not what you get, but that was not the case this time. After our test drive, Ryan went over every detail of the 4Runner, inside & out. Ryan knew we had a infant son and he showed us how/where to install our car seat in the 4Runner. We knew that this was the vehicle we wanted and we were so happy that our long drive and months of searching for the right vehicle paid off. While we waited for Becky Pederson the finance manager, we were offered coffee & snacks (cookies, doughnuts, fresh fruit). Becky was very friendly and went over all the paperwork in detail with us and answered all of our questions. She informed us of the extended warranty options, but did not push us to purchase anything. We did purchase the extended warranty. Ryan had the tank full of gas and walked us out to the 4Runner in the rain. We had a great experience before, during, and after the dealership. We had such an overall positive experience, we already know that we will go to Rick Collins Toyota Scion for all of our future vehicles.

I went to this dealership to compare a Carolla to the Focus I had already test-driven. My sales consultant was Luis Mora, and he was great- he had a welcoming, friendly personality, he took time to get to know what was important to me in a car, and worked to find me the best fit they had. Once we had picked a car for pricing, he worked with the sales manager Yanni Arvis to get me pricing information. Yanni came out to discuss the deal with me as well, and offered to find me another Carolla to better fit my needs at a different dealership. I did not feel at all pressured by Yanni or Luis- They were both very helpful and polite, even giving me general advice on car buying that I could use if I went with the Ford. I ended up getting the Focus, but I would recommend working with Yanni or Luis to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. I never thought Id say this about any car shopping experience, but I actually enjoyed it, and had FUN talking to them while I was there.

Ive only gone to the service department here and each time they very friendly and the prices were very cheap (eg $35 for a synthetic oil change). They told me it was time to replace a couple other filters and I told them not this time and they just said OK and didnt pressure me to get them changed right then.

Horrible service department. They quoted me 3,400 to fix a heater problem on my old car, than I fixed it my self for 120 bucks after buying the part from another dealer. Another time after an oil change here I received my car back smelling of gas and engine warning lights on. Will not by a new car from them ever and dont go in for an oil change.
