Up to Sioux City to get my Rams oil changed at Woodhouse and was greeted with a friendly and competent staff member that took down my info in a quick exchange and off to the comfortable waiting area while my baby was getting serviced.This was my very first time here and have to say I am very impressed by this company. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Service was performed quickly and correct.Will be back for sure!!!

I rushed over there quickly after work to get an oil change and they were able to get me right in. They are running a special right now, three oil changes for $100, which is a really good deal! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they will wash my vehicle and towel dry with every oil change. In addition to the value and perks, their staff was extraordinarily courteous. I use a wheelchair accessible van that rides low and has ground effects so we were unable to use a traditional lift. They were able to troubleshoot what lift would be the best option for my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle wasn’t damaged in the process. Even with all of the difficulty with my vehicle, they got me in and out really quickly. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 on January 19, 2021. Our Salesman was Adam. We told him what we were looking at spending and what we wanted the monthly payments to be at. He did an excellent job in working with us again to get us the fairest/most reasonable price on the truck. If you are looking for a great salesman ask for Adam, we have now worked with him twice.We ended up getting the truck home and realized that it had a couple of issues with it that shouldnt have passed inspection. We brought those issues to Adams attention and he went straight to the Sales Managers with it. He also took it to the Service manager. At first the service department said that there was nothing wrong with it but Adam was persistent. After going back and forth with them for 2 days, and us sending Adam the video of what was wrong, they ended up agreeing with us as to what was wrong. The service manager called us and asked us to bring the truck back in, and they fixed the issue. They had the truck back to us that evening.Had Adam not have been persistent with them, we would be making the repair ourselves. Adam was great to work with and we highly recommend working with him, if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I just drove in to the dealership in Sioux city as that was the nearest to me at the moment. They did all the required work and also did a wash for free within an hour. Took 2016 truck in for an oil change. Service manager called and said the technician recommended I replace my cabin air filter because it was very dirty. I told them I would buy my own filter. He called back and said the tech found my rear tire tread to be lower and needs tire rotation so I said that’s fine. He apologized and said his tech should be covering the entire checklist on first inspection. Again he mentioned the only other thing they seen was the dirty filter. Upon arriving to get my truck, I asked to confirm the cabin air filter was behind the glove compartment. Another tech came out to show me how to get to the filter.It turns out, my truck DOES NOT TAKE A CABIN AIR FILTER. I was told that I “dodged a bullet” not paying for that. I was lied to. They tried to sell me a part they claimed to check but really DID NOT EXIST.

Bought a car from here a year ago. Have had to change engine cover, 2 calipers, new brake pads, and the most recently (got a big reciept of replacements) that costed me over 2k in damages from previous owner which they dont tell you, obviously to sell you the car. That large amount of money was due to rust and couldve fallen apart on my way to california. Imagine killing someone because you wouldnt get the mechanic to check, double check, triple check their JOB.

Fast oil change good price with coupon... they returned my car to me with tpms on said they couldnt reset my tpms sensor because it was a mazda..... was literally a button on the dash had to push and hold to reset it.....

Everyone was very kind and energetic getting me into a new vehicle. I stopped in several times to look and compare other vehicles. I had my heart set on a Jeep Cherokee, but wanted to survey other vehicles to make sure I was getting the most bang for my buck. Also upgrading to a new vehicle, I wanted all the bells and whistles! My dream Cherokee ( whith ALL the bells and whistles) was located at another Woodhouse facility. Immediately one of the drivers went to Nebraska to get it. I was able to get the Cherokee that day! Very good customer service.Unfortunately, I spent 500 dollars to fix an issue with my Jeep, the very next morning it continued with the same issues as before. I hope they make this right. Otherwise I just paid for a bunch of stuff that I didnt necessarily need. I will update my review if they take care of the issue.

The Jeep my son was driving from Omaha to Rapid City developed engine problems and had to be left at the rest area off of I29 and SD50. Not knowing of any mechanics in that area, we saw the Woodhouse name. The Jeep was towed the service area. The team discovered the issue that may have been caused by another company and repaired it. We took our vehicle in to be serviced because it had a reoccurring issue with a fuse blowing.They didnt look beyond the fuse and fuse box, but charged me a service few and they instructed us that we will just have to see when it happens again (the whole reason we took it in). Issue not fixed, but I paid a diagnostic fee.

First one there, tech plugged in computer right away, while sitting in waiting room,, received text. (anything else we need to do, I responded, check fluids,, did let them know at very beginning also to chech fluids because coolent was low, and let them know that,, an hour later, it was done, asked about fluids, said nothing on paper, must be ok, on paper took .08 hrs to service, wondering why it over a hour then

Positive experience! I had many questions about the used vehicle that was listed on the website, my salesperson Riggins Hopper was quick to respond and was very patient with me as we corresponded off and on for a few days. I was 200 miles from the dealership and did not want to make the drive unless I knew just what I was getting.
