They sold me a 2013 dodge charger when I got it, it had front-end damaged and the MDS system was broken. They neglected to tell me any of this information and when I asked if they would cover the cost of the repairs they refused and and proceeded to block my number. I warn my friends from buying from any Woodhouse

I recently went to Woodhouse to buy my Jeep. Woodhouse was amazing. They worked with me on every aspect, did all the work, made my part minimal and the whole deal hassle free. Sway was my salesman and he was awesome, always in constant contact if I needed him, on top of every angle of my purchase, didn’t push me one way or the other. I have never been treated so well as I was here. No matter what business you were doing there was someone to hold the door a greet you and put you in contact with whoever you were looking for. The whole crew was courteous. All around my best car buying experience and I will definitely remember this next time I want a new car! Thank you Sway and thank you Woodhouse! Today I started working with a salesman named Kolby. After wasting my time with numerous texts back-and-forth, he informed me that if I could not close a deal with him today he was not interested in working with me. He definitely gave off very car salesman like vibes! If you’re looking to be treated rudely Woodhouse is the place for you.

Car salesman was incredibly rude as I walked through the lot with my father-in-law looking at a SUV for him. At one point, he even asked if someone else could help me, and stated he didnt like me. He was a younger guy that really seemed like he didnt want to be there to sell me a car, and knew nothing about his inventory (we were looking for a 6 cylinder AWD SUV on 8/5/2020). Ended up buying elsewhere.

I have been a Woodhouse customer since 2014. I have never had a bad experience with them they are always friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend going to Woodhouse not only for vehicle purchase but vehicle maintenance as well.

Great experience. Everyone was super helpful via email with answering my questions.When I got up there for the test drive it was easy and ready to go. They even gave everything a quick wash after so I was leaving with a clean car.My only criticism would be there was quite a bit of upselling so dont expect to get in and out very quickly.Overall very happy with my purchase over a month later!

Took in my 2016 T&C for both sliding door actuater replacement Was not given a estimated cost of the repair. My ins paid 6oo of a.1400 bill.They said ins would not pay for body parts.Body parts were replaced which wasnt explained to me as needed to complete the work.They should explain to customers what work is needed at initial visit and at the time of.work and when paying for service. Some of the obliques and labor costs were very costly.if they could have saved the ipliques, the total Bill would have been significantly less

First of all your met at the door with 10 sells men swimming like piranhas at the door. My son who is just thinking of buying his first.new truck told them he is just started looking. We got a sales guy who found out my son wasnt going to purchase soon and just wanted to look at what Ford offerd. Sales guy got an attitude right away. We discussed their Fords and then I asked if we could see some. Went to the truck area and looked, and then went back. His whole attitude was if you werent buying today. Dont bother. I gave a 2 because he did answer questions but gave us the feeling he we were wasting his time. If you are looking to make a 60000 dollar investment I think its wise to take your time.

I took my jeep cherokee to get the check 4wd service light turned off because it was serviced in march of 2016 and all parts were replaced, and before that, in 2015...place was a dead zone at 10 am...took pics...and they tell me that I need to make an appointment which will be next week or two because they are so booked and they didnt have a BODY to look at my vehicle, I asked for a mechanic, he said ALL BODIES ARE BUSY..and this was the manager telling me this...crazy shiite...ridiculous...Ill post the pictures when they respond because I told the manager that Ill be taking pics and he said thats cool, and walked away...sad state of affairs...smdh...
