We, my wife Brenda and I, started working with Josh at Creative in April 2021 as we started the complete renovation of the interior of our home. He was friendly and helpful, pointing two utter novices in the right direction as we selected ourdoor carpeting for our porch, and interior carpeting for four bedrooms, a formal living room and a family room. The installations were completed professionally and quickly when it came time to carpet each room. We highly recommend Creative Carpets and especially Josh and his installation team. We worked with Josh G., and he was pleasant to work with. We started a remodel with plans to do half of the flooring now, and other half later. After having the 1st half done, we decided to finish all the flooring, and very pleased we did.

We just replaced our 30-year-old carpet with hickory vinyl water-proof flooring from Creative Carpets. We have a 115 lbs. Bernese Mountain Dog so we chose to go with this type of flooring to accommodate easy-clean up and a much needed update. Josh is very concerned about Customer Service and answers texts timely. He has an AMAZING installer that gets thing done in a very timely manner. You can clearly see that someone else thinks the new flooring is a okay. :-)

Had our living room, kitchen, and bathroom all redone and it looks incredible! They were quick at getting it done and kept in contact to let us know how things were going the entire time! They contacted us after to see how we liked it and if there was anything we may have wanted touched up. Tremendous work and customer service! If you’re getting floors go through them! I highly recommend creative carpets! Very professional from the sales person to the installer. I picked out a quality remnant for a large area rug and they had it professionally finished on the edges. Couldn’t beat their quality, service and price. They have amazing prices. However, they dont answer the phone. Ever. Ive called at least 4 times in the last two days to try to setup a time for someone to come out and measure the room I need recarpeted. No answer, no answering machine, no return phone calls. The customer service when I had stopped in was okay. The guy didnt leave his seat behind the counter but had the knowledge. Hopefully Ill be able to reach someone soon.

Simply put AWESOME! This is the second time weve bought from here. Both times (once in 2005 and again just now) they showed up when they said. Price was right in line with what they stated. The carpets were installed very professional and timely manner. Very satisfied. The upgraded padding WELL WORTH IT!

Terrible experience. Will never choose them as a contractor again. Paid up front to have my kitchen floor redone and they did not finish the job. They showed up the first day and left my house a complete mess with nails, wood shards, and pieces of what appeared to be foam (?) laying everywhere. It took me 3 days (after getting home from work) to get all the nails out. NOT a good thing when you have a 3-year-old and nails are sticking up out of carpet. They didnt finish and said they would come back and complete the job. Multiple phone calls and several reminders later, they STILL havent shown up. They didnt show up when they were scheduled to, and we have made several phone calls asking when they are going to return and finish the job. We keep getting the run around, and the last person to answer the phone said they never even heard of it. DO NOT PAY up front! Make sure if you decide to go with these people that you have them complete the job FIRST. If I could give a more negative rating, I would.

Very helpful, though we didnt buy anything they were more than happy to oblige assistance and suggestions.

I was treated very politely, however, when they came to install my carpet it was the wrong one. It matched my receipt but was not the one I had picked out. I was upset at first. Then I realized it was another carpet that I had really liked in the store and had decided that it was just too expensive. They charged me for the one I had picked out so I guess it was my gain because it was a better quality and tighter weave carpet. Also, when the guy arrived to install, he had his son with him. Not a big deal to me as he was very polite and just played fetch with my dog, but a little unprofessional in my opinion.

Worst Customer Service experience ever.

Disorganized and impolite. We had paid for the carpet and were treated with this attitude: We tried to call you Sunday and Monday, you werent home so you will get your carpet when you get your carpet.

This place was a joke u would think the sales Rep had to do something when we pulled up told us they have offers in a magazine but didnt help us out at all

I came into the store to get some information on carpet and ask about prices. What I think was the owner was rude and disrespectful. I would never buy flooring here... ever.
