We are very happy with the floor and carpet but after the carpet layers left we found several areas that were not stapled well and found in the bedroom there is a thickness like he put new carpet over the old one or the padding was not laying straight but can definitely see and feel the difference. I feel they were over paid for the installation. This will most likely keep us from purchasing again. The people in the store and the man that measured were very nice and helpful.

They are great people I feel comfortable working with!
