We called for an estimate to install tile flooring. He came same day and explained in detail what was required. He was scheduled a month out but the price was reasonable so we didnt mind. He called the next week after a cancel and got the job done. The floor is beautiful. The work was done quickly but with quality. He took care of several hiccups that were issues on our side. We will definitely use this company again if needed. Very nice family owned and operated.

Carpet installation went well but did not leave room to rehab 2 closet doors u0026 1 bedroom door. I feel that was part of the installation 3. Now I need to find someone to cut off 2 inches at the bottom of these doors. Not happy u0026 will not recommend them to anyone

The installer was rude, cut corners, and was very rushed. He was asked to wait to install the laminate flooring near the door while someone ran to the store to grab a new threshold. Instead, he didn’t, and we were left to have to finish that area of the floor on our own. After we paid him to do it. He also did not tuck the carpet under the stairs and put the transition in the wrong place! Overall, he needs to change his attitude and put genuine effort into his work.

Bill is an amazing, dedicated installer. I am pleased with his work ethic, his manners and stellar job installing mt floor. Five stars, I’d give him 10 if i could.
