Wireless World has been my local go-to phone spot for several years. Service is always efficient and friendly. Today, Drew assisted me with my purchase of a new phone and accessories. He was professional and patient in answering all my questions. There was no wait time at all. I walked in, was greeted within seconds, and had a new phone with everything transferred over from the old phone in just under 45 minutes. I’m unlikely to go anywhere else as long as Wireless World is available.

He went so far as to help me activate a phone remotely so that I didnt have to drive 55 miles back to his store since the store in my area refused to help me. The representative who sold me my phone had very little knowledge of the product/service he was selling--he was frequently contradicted by contract language and even the posters above his own head. He seems like a good kid and I appreciate the hustle trying to get the sell/upgrade, but he was either dishonest or clueless. I now have extra monthly charges that were never explained to me.

Edith at Wireless World is awesome. I had an old iPhone, a 16GB plan, and was paying $220/month for our plan. Edith helped me upgrade to a new phone, unlimited data, and on top of that saved me over $40 / month on our payment even after those upgrades. She was also able to transfer absolutely everything from my old iPhone onto a newer android device in just a few hours. She really knows her stuff!!

I had excellent service today at wireless world . I parked right in front of the building, called the number on the door, and had someone outside handing me my new IPad within minutes! Gabino was very helpful and knowledgeable got me taken care of and on my way in no tone at all!

While i used to go to the mall Verizon store only i was recently met with TERRIBLE customer service and started going to wireless world. All of the staff there have been very courteous, kind and i am always met with a smile. The customer service is hands down better than the other Verizon stores ive been to.

Daniel, employee who assisted me, is perfect for customer service. He understood my needs and helped me to acquire what I needed within my limits . He was extremely helpful and shared all info at my level. And added info that I truly needed and had not asked about . My age, 64, and never worked at any job with technology. My 5 star rating is due to that one employee.

They took great care of us, fixing our account, switching out phones and watches to meet our needs, and learned our names. We werent just a number there. Thank you Kat for all your help.

Went into my local Verizon to talk about the newiPhone 13 coming out. Javier whom I always go to was again, most helpful with my pre-order on my new IPhone 13 plus we talked about a new IPad as mine is old and ended up with an IPad Air. Worst customer service I ever experienced with Verizon. The guys stand around and doddle more than help. One guy wasnt doing anything, but couldnt help my friend while I was getting my account worked on! And then once I was done, told them she still needed help too. And then we were going to have to WAIT because that guy was now helping someone else!!! Ill never go back to this store!!!!***UPDATE **Prior to this experience however.... I went in with my friend, and me her and my husband all got new phones because we were eligible for upgrades! We spike with Edith and Adam! They were amazing!!! I give THEM 5 STARS!!! After the bad experience, I texted Edith and said I would only work with her!!!
