They are currently only allowing a single party in at a time. The clerk had excellent customer service and patience. I felt bad as there were many people stuck waiting outside as we set up 5 new lines.

Where do I start when I first came into the store with someone that was setting up a new line I explained to her that I was referring them for the 25 dollar referral she tells me that I have to send a code well Im sorry how do you send a code to a phone that you havent even activated yet? Them when we finally get the phone and leave it is not even activated never never ever again

The customer service is outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

Phones are junk service sucks at the store on Floyd Boulevard they dont know what theyre doing I sat in there for almost an hour finally got my phone got the hell out went over to the store on Hamilton and the gentleman there got me somewhat straightened out for the most part I dont recommend cricket
