The assistant manager was rude and dismissive. He wouldn’t help this new guy transfer my number and kept talking over him, it was really unprofessional. They told me that they couldn’t transfer my number but I ended up going to a different location and they transferred the number easily.

Friend had canceled a line at this location after 5 days and the manager said she would cancel it and send the phone back. He got charged a months service so called AT&T. They didnt show the phone came yet and asked for a tracking number. We asked the manager for it and she refused just saying she sent it back dont worry about it. AT&T said not to cancel yet incase they need to make adjustments since it wasnt canceled when it was suposed to b. The manager also said dont worry about it for that too. Another month later he got charged again for a second month. Again the manager said dont worry about it and refused to give us a tracking number. We went to the Yankton store and they were very helpful. They knew true customer service by getting on the phone and trying to help cancel the line and erase 2 months of charges he got when he only had the phone 5 days. In the end they told the store they couldnt cancel it since they were a competitor store and we had to goto a Prime location to cancel it. So we drove to sioux city to this location. The guy working hesitated but eventually called in then gave us the phone. We were told it would b canceled and fixed by the guy on the phone. But yesterday he got another letter. So we called AT&T again. They asked for tracking which we told them the manager refuses to give us, so the agent called and was also refused the tracking number. So they told us we had to goto the store to have the cancelation done and credits issued. We told the agent they wont. The agent told us several times it has to b the store but finally said she would do what she could. Several AT&T agents all told us the store had to do it, but the store manager always said they cant and we had to call in to do it, or dont worry about it, and refused to give a tracking number to prove the phone was even returned. After 3 hrs on the phone and 5 different agents they said it was not canceled properly and they would fix it and issue the credits so nothing was owed. The manager at this location also added a tablet to my roommates tablet to his Dads line without contacting his dad for approval to add it to his account. So now his dad needs to call in to cancel the tablet. Hopefully he has better luck than we did with the phone. Seems to me this location cares more about commision checks for sales and new activations than they do about customers and proper customer service.
This is a great location! Great customer service every time Ive been in. Shelby is so knowledgeable and is genuinely focused on helping customers.
This “authorized retail” location is a absolute waste of your time, they are CONSTANTLY closed! They provide garbage service and have no idea what they’re doing, every time I take my phone into these guys my plan always gets messed up. What it feels like their only worker “Shelby” is uneducated and untrained in every aspect. Their turn over rate is ridiculous, there’s a different group of peons every time I go in there. Don’t waste your time here, save yourself the trip; My as well close this location down.
Shelby and Tori were so much fun! Other than the slow WI-FI, which is not their fault! Shelby and Tori were super knowledgeable and helpful!
This at&t store has a different manager since last time I was there. Duy is amazing. He gave me the BEST customer service. He got super busy and was able to help all of us in there in a timely manner by himself! He truly cares about his customers and seems to love his job! Has a great personality. He gave me an AMAZING deal on my new devices. I left very happy! I recommend anyone to this at&t store!
I’d recommend coming to this store. All of their reps are very polite & knowledgeable. These are the kind of people that will go the extra mile to help you with your needs. The manager Duy is a really nice young man, he help me fix my account because the other store messed up my account.
By far, the best service experienced in a wireless store! Both Duy and Chris have worked patiently with my elderly mother, through all of her many phone issues (after dropping it in water), over several weeks. While visiting the store with my mom, for her much needed phone upgrade, the two of them couldnt have been more professional or courteous. I also observed their interactions with other customers and they were always helpful and polite. A few days later, my mom returned to the store when she was having an issue recovering all of her calendar events, and sure enough, they were happy to help her, and we able to recover many important appointments. Hoping their manager sees this review and recognizes them amongst their peers, as both of them displayed excellent sales and customer service skills!
Duy and Jorge were seriously so amazing! From the moment we walked in they were beyond helpful and didnt ever get impatient with us when we couldnt make up our mind on what phone we wanted to get. We would 100% recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a new phone, my mom and dad are looking to upgrade with Verizon because thats their current carrier but I am going to try and convince them to go to this store and upgrade instead. Best experience Ive had at an at&t store for sure! These guys know what they are doing and are willing to go above and beyond to make a customers experience a great one!

Called into AT&T in Hamilton Blvd. spoke on the phone with an employee named “John” he told me the store is only doing appointments. The store door was locked and lights were shut off. He did not help me set up an appointment whatsoever. I asked to why the store looks closed when it is supposedly it is an “essential” store and he disregarded my question and hung up. Worst customer service EVER. Will not be going back. Wish I could leave no star at all.
The store on Singing Hills Blvd. didn’t do what they were supposed to do with my phone and my sisters phones. We then drove to the store on Hamilton. Chris (the worker) is very helpful. He taught us both a bunch that we didn’t know what to do before we should have came. I suggest to go to the store on Hamilton than the one on Singing Hills Blvd, because the one on Hamilton cares more about the customers.

Chris was very helpful on helping us upgrade our phones and gave us great customer service! He was very helpful on helping us get the the phones that we need and wanted, along with the accessories to go with them that we would need for our home and vehicles. The AT&T store on Singing Hills Blvd., they didn’t do anything for us. My sister and I went to the AT&T in Hamilton and Chris helped us very well. He went through every step we asked and did it very well! I recommend you to go to the store on Hamilton and not on Singing Hills Blvd!

Aleesa and Jorge was a wonderful pair to work with. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile to answer questions they didn’t know the answer to. (I did ask some very specific tech questions)Jorge knew the struggles I would embark on translating phone jargon and billing information to my family and broke down every option/plans to help them understand. To me, that means a lot and that he emphasizes with his customers to ensure premium service for everyone. Their service did not falter as more customers came in while they were helping us. There was excellent communication between them and their customers, thus making a very controlled and inviting environment to have my business taken care of. I would recommend my friends and family to work directly with him or Aleesa for all their wireless needs.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with an AT&T store. Literally when trying to return a phone (one that was missed ordered in the first place), I was told to talk with the corporate store to handle my issue. Well I talked to corporate AT&T, then they told me to talk to Customer Service, well I called up Customer Service. I gave my them my whole story, whelp guess what. They told me that I need to take this up with the Retail Store... this store! Guess Im back to square one. Now granted I did this whole loop about 2 or 3 times now. All to return a phone, it shouldnt be this hard to return a phone!!!So now talking with AT&T Customer Support, they say the phone is now under the buyer remorse clause. So I can just return the phone to the Retailer, and they instructed me to return the phone there... you can see where this is going. Yup, right back to where I started!!! Son of a stitch!!! So rather than go back down that rabbit hole, Im now ON HOLD (again for the 4th time) with Customer Support trying give this phone back, which is the S10 btw. Not the S10+ which I order, now granted, sure I could just live the S10. Yeah I know first world problems. But now Im a mission, a crusade, operation phone return, whatever you want to call it! But Im hell bent on peeing in someones cheerios!!!If I could I would give this rate a 0 stars out 5 stars, for the absolute worst customer service. If I wasnt so dead set on making the man pay.

Only one decent sales rep at this location. Short Hispanic guy is worthless, horrible at explaining things, and has to go to his manager for any kind of questions. Does not fully explain details of the plans youre signing up for. You will get more answer talkig to a wall than this guy.
