The guys here are simply awesome. My GPU wasnt working properly so I brought it in for them to see if they can fix.Not only did they perfectly fix the issue I brought it in for, they also rewired my whole system and made everything look super nice inside my case. .They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was probably half of what I would have spent at Geek Squad.Cannot recommend these guys enough for ALL of your PC issues.10/10

Needed a simple part (4.5mm standoff for m.2), I knew the size and they wouldnt sell me one without bringing in my mobo. Went elsewhere and told them I needed a 4.5mm standoff and Im good to go.

These guys are legit! Really friendly, straight shooters. I am not a PC person and compare run ins with PC guys to run ins with mechanics. Its rare you find one that you trust. These guys could have rang up a huge bill trying to fix my PC. They explained what the problem was and the most efficient and cost effective way to fix it. BTW, they also do total custome PC mods! Very paitent, and obviously have a passion for working on computers and helping others with their computer issues.They were able to go in detail the issues with my computer and even went above in optimizing the airflow in my PC. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having issues. The guys down at this shop definately are HONEST and know what they are doing.

Had a broken screen on my gaming laptop and BestBuy was going to charge me 300 dollars to fix it. Dude got me in, fixed it in 15 minutes (vs. BestBuy’s few days), and it costed me less than a 1/3rd of the price. Definitely recommend!!

This place is amazing at customer service. The guy literally helped me over the phone while I was in another state and had my order shipped to my house. He put in the extra effort to get me a laptop charger that had to be special ordered. I sent him a few pics of my laptop and what the charger hole looked like, the laptop and all and he quickly figured it out. Genius and hard working. You cant find people like this just anywhere. Give this man a shot you wont regret it. I want him to succeed because Ive never been helped like that in my life with any company. Thank you sir if you read this.

I needed a security camera in my house and asked this guy to do it . They said it would cost $450 and I’ll have it done in a week, I said ok and paid the money. After postponing it for about 3 months he told that he couldn’t do it, and will return my money. Imagine my disappointment and here I am another 3 months pass by I. Didn’t even get my money back. I am taking this matter to the law but just be aware people. He won’t even answer my phone calls, I’m extremely sorry about how I am being treated .

Let me tell you straight up.. I havnt bought anything from them in a couple years now but here is my experience with them.. Bought a computer for my son, cheaper one for under 200 bucks to play minecraft, nothing fancy. Power Supply took a dump, They replaced the power supply, as well as other parts (without my knowledge) which rendered the computer useless when it was returned to me.. Probably assumed we were too stupid to notice.. After being confronted they made right and put a decent video card in it. New power supply took a dump a month later, I replaced myself and it continued to work for the next year until I finally built my son a computer myself.. My mother bought a computer during this time from them, has had nothing but problems.. They basically recycle junk parts and sell them for whatever they can get.. (makes sense) I am not bashing them for this.. just word of advice, build your own, or have someone build you one with quality parts and not the junk they use.. If you are looking for something cheap to get by, this is probably a good choice.

We have taken our laptops here to have then cleaned for better performance & have purchased a refurbished Macbook Air at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with service.
