I had a very nice piece of artwork framed here. It was by far the worst experience I have had in customer service in awhile. The frame camedamaged which they stated I knew about, and the artwork wasn’t laying flat which caused waves in it. The lady in framing was not polite when we brought it back in the be fixed and said I knew about all these potential things that would go wrong. This is a very important piece that I paid a decent amount of money to looking amazing and it just does not. 0/10 recommend them for framing.

Hobby Lobby is my happy place and my first visit to the store in Sioux City did not disappoint. Store was clean, organized and full of wonderful decorating items for amazing prices.

Store Manager is an over controlled of his staff without a overwhelming sense of customer relations for the customers.

I usually like Hobby Lobby, but this purchase was disappointing. I bought a towel rack. When I got home (out of town) and attempted to install it, i realized it didnt even come with the screws that are required to put it up. I called the store and was told Id have to come back and purchase the screws separately. Really?! Not a very customer friendly system right there... Annoying, to say the least.

I love going to Hobby Lobby. As a photographer having one of these near you is a time and money saver for making props or dressing a set for a shoot.

Hobby Lobby is where husbands go to die. The music being played overhead made me feel like I was attending my own funeral and the atmosphere didnt help it. At least if I really was dead, those attending would be able to enjoy the sent of real flowers and not the fake ones they have that dont even look good. Husbands are just led around, against their will by their wives and not one dude carries a smile. Great for people without souls tho.

I love it when you need a certain product for a project, Hobby Lobby has what you need! And your home decor items are all so nice. I always buy more stuff than I need...I wish you had a scooter, or even a big wheel chair for those of us that cant walk far...I want to wander through the store, but I cant be on my feet very long.

They carry a lot of arts and crafts including things like models for model ships model cars and paint and supplies for models. They used to carry more Lionel Train stuff I did not really see any of that

Beautiful store! Staff is great...I knocked something off an end display by accident. Luckily, nothing broke! A clerk nearby came quickly, made sure I was okay, and insisted that I let her pick things up.

Usually good. However, Saturday evening is not a good time to go. Trying to look at Christmas aisles and store associates were busy moving shelves with clanging and bumping into customers with no excuse me whatsoever. We felt like we were in their way so we left without a purchase.

Busy and no help. Had questions and no one there to ask. Stood in line to checkout and we were in line for over five minutes and didnt move at all.

My husband calls the store the womans Home Depot. There is everything you can imagine here for both men and women including kids. I love this store and kids spend hours here. I usually go home with lots of craft activities that I will never get to. But it is sure fun looking around. They have a great selection of all sorts of items. The manager always seems very friendly. And Ive never had a problem with any of the staff and theyve been very pleasant as well.

Nice place. very clean and well organized. could use more help around to help with check out lines. sometimes those can get quite long. hard to find a clerk to ask questions to but when you do everyone seems polite and helpful.

Its a new store for them in Sioux City and I was really hoping for a better experience than the old building they were in. Stopped in for some small craft type gifts for Christmas and they were extremely understaffed and there was little to no help offered in finding what I needed. It was busy, so theres a chance that played into it, but the overall experience definitely could be better.

Never been to one before, so much more than I thought. Wanted to buy more than I can afford. Cause it has some great stuff.
