This store has all new manufacturers of their welders and tools. Im really impressed with the quality of their welders and plasma cutter.They have the really good gloves here. Inuse them for everything. They dont tear or break very easily either.Cant find any gloves in MN.

Tools are cheap and of decent quality never had any complaints about any tools purchased from there

TERRIBLE! One cashier and was supposed to be a supervisor 6 people deep waiting to check out and didnt get anyone to come help! Worst service ever seen! Wont be back had probably 25 $ worth of merchandise and I walked out! No wonder they dont have any business! Supervisors name was EDWARD! Needs to learn how to LEAD!

Nice selection of tools at low prices. Some tools are low quality and dont last very long while others hold up well. I havent had any major issues yet.

I called in my order 15min. Before I got there and they had it by the register when I got in. They also walked with me as I picked out some other supplies that I needed and then helped me load it all up into my truck. I love this place.

I went into the store about 8:40am. Found my 2 items in a couple of minutes. There were two customers ahead of me. One guy wanted to buy an air compressor. The cashier takes the guy over and shows him different air compressors. I kept thinking is she the only one in the whole store? Stood in line for 30 minutes. Manager brought the air compressor up and then left. The cashier had problems with the guys phone number and information. The manager came back up to help the cashier. Then finally checked me out. I think it’s very poor customer service. They cut back on help to maximize their profits. With COVID 19 that’s the last thing I want to do is is just stand there and wait breathing in germs. It’s going to be long time before I go back there.

Well cant say anything bad. Sears use to be my hangout but now Harbor Freight is. This place has about any kind of tool you needI admit that some of the tools do need to be more rugged, but all in all with the warranty its hard to resist. I generally buy Snap On tools but have to admit after using a few of Harbor Freight tools they seem to hold up fairly well. Check them out.

Going in the store and buying is easy very orderly well when I was in there and pretty much everything that I needed I got. But order something online oh my gosh I had to wait like 2 weeks so that could improve.

Great place to get cheap tools and items for little jobs. The best items are their rubber gloves 7-9 mil super cheap but tough!

They have a lot of tools. Most are really good quality for the price. I recently bought a motorcycle lift and was amazed how helpful the staff was. They keep the place very clean and well stocked which makes just stopping in to browse around pretty easy

Went to buy air compressor for around house small stuff. Got extra treat from old lady backing into me in lot and try to drive off. Yaaaaa!!!!!

Cool tools at reasonable prices can buy 12 wrenches for what 1 craftsman costs. And we all know a mechanic never looses a tool in the engine cavity (i personally would rather have many wrenches to snap and loose vs. just 1 that will get replaced with inferior model if damaged under normal use.....and who the hell can afford snap on.. only people who use screwdivers to drive nails)

I live about 60 miles from harbor freights and every time Ive been there theyve treated me with respect. Great company and quality of tools.

Great place to get hand tools, yes they arent very good quality, but their hand tools have a lifetime warranty, so if they break you can just go in and they will give you a new one for free.

Love this place large variety of items. I can spend an hour in there just browsing

If youre a DIY type for home and automotive projects these guys are a godsend. You do get what you pay for but the quality has gotten really good over the last few years.
