We were there twice the first time just looking and Allan who helped us the first time was very informative about the different mattresses. The second time we were there Celeste helped us out with more details about the bed frames, in depth on warranties and mattress add ons.

Updated.After struggling a little bit with warranty claim I got response from the store.It was taken care of, they replaced the faulty matreess and replaced it with a New one.It was done real quick after managment contacted me.

Celeste was amazing! Basically spent an entire afternoon in store where Celeste answered all of our questions and was super patient while we figured out exactly which product to go with. Highly recommend. Delivery personnel were also great. They showed up early within the delivery window, which was awesome. They were super careful with items, verified the placement of the bed and made sure to show me how the adjustable base worked.

Celeste did a great job. I did some research on what kind of bed I was looking for. I came in with questions and she was very accommodating and got me a great deal. I was initially going to go home and do some more research but she assured me I was making the right decision and I was sold. Definitely will recommend my friends family and customers to come to mattress firm.

Best place to go if you want a new bed for an affordable price

The customer service was excellent! And I loved that they allowed me 160 days to literally sleep on the mattress we chose to decide if it was the bed for us. We were just shy of that and we weren’t happy with the mattress we chose. We were able to go in and exchange it for a different mattress no questions asked. Yes we ended up paying more money for a better quality mattress but it wasn’t a lot. Not only that but the delivery was covered. If we end up needing any other beds we will definitely buy from them!

The manager was really nice I live in Sioux City Iowa and I was in a bad car accident on August 23 where I broke my humerus bone above my elbow area and I’m in therapy working on trying to get my movement back but the employee we first talk to was very rude but the manager came. Over and help us and was very friendly to us the employee never came back to us to see how we where doing but I think the employee needs a little more training on kindness and being more nicer by checking on us

Absolutely loved the helpful staff in the Sioux City Store! They were always cheerful and worked hard to help us find the right bed. I have some struggles with chronic pain and several neck surgeries,and thanks to their knowledge of their products and honestly listening to our needs,I have more GOOD days than bad on this wonderful new bed. We even needed a few changes and they were handled the day after our request. Thanks for that great customer service!!. You have our loyalty!

This place sucks. If I could give it no stars I would. High priced beds, made badly. Customer service is non existent. Very poor. Adding on from the appalling service this company has, to be told by salessperson in Sioux City store that the head company of mattress firm doesnt hold the same products as Sioux Citys store basically meaning they can sell inferior goods to anyone. Two mattresses now failed all under the 120 day specified trial and everyone is playing dumb from the unprofessional staff who serve you to the corporate office who are ignoring everything and its been sent in writing. Hand delivered all letters and documentation to the Sioux City store two weeks ago and no one calls. We are not paying for goods that have failed I mean what right minded person accepts trashy high priced goods that fail. Check out all the 1 star reviews online its appalling.Next step go to the newspaper and the television media. This company is in breach of contract and do nothing.

Best place around to get a mattress!!!! One step in the door and you are greeted with a happy, cheery employee! Definitely recommend everyone to get their bed here. It is a great way to cheer yourself up and take a normally daunting, annoying task off of your to-do list.

The salesmen at the store were very helpful in getting us the right bed, however Progressive leasing was terrible, that would be the leasing company we were put with. we told them a specific day to withdraw our payments and they kept taking them out a different day and would not correct the problem.
