Extremely disappointed in the service from the staff. I ordered a helmet on a Wed from them because they were out of stock. They told me that it would be in on Tuesday the next week. I was told that they would contact me as soon as it came in. I called 3 times in a month trying to get my helmet. Each time I was promised a return phone call. I even stopped at the location again and spoke with a manager about the situation, and again was promised a phone call, that I never got. Finally after a month of waiting and no calls, I stopped in to cancel my order, and the helmet was miraculously sitting on the shelf. It had been there for a couple days but still no call. Its hard to do business local with this kind of service

Got some work done on the spyder and I must say the sales man (Les) was awesome had tons of knowledge and went above and beyond to find me parts that were otherwise on back order till November. Thanks guys

Very pleased with my experience with them. Bought a defender max xt from them they were very helpful and knowledgeable made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend my family and friends that are in the market for a new toy too stop in and see what they can do for you. Very clean and organized showroom. They went out of their way to make sure they got our unit all ready to go for us even though they were short staffed on a very busy Saturday and thanks again everyone at Big Sioux Powersports you guys really made our weekend Fathers day will be that much sweeter!!!! Bob and Les was awesome. My check engine light stayed on from FL to this location and Les fixed it in a matter of mins. Highly recommend them for service.

Very happy with there service,from Texas and traveling through and had small problem with our Spyder,took the time and repaired it on the spot to get us back on the road quick. Great stock of parts and new Spyders also. 5 star all the way.

I called for some information, and was taken back by how rude Les was. It was quite clear that my call was a huge inconvenience.Needless to say, I will not be doing business with BSP.

I called for a Ryker, was told, I got 6 on the floor. I asked How do I get approved before I drive up there? Answered, Apply online like everyone else. Applied, no answer. Do not know how motivated they are but service so far is trash. Wanted to buy a not so desirable auto cycle and got this. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience. Drove 230 miles to look at a 4 wheeler that was misrepresented. I called twice before I left home and was flat lied to twice.

Couldnt get what I wanted done but it is a nice place.

Bob and the rest of the staff are amazing . I really enjoy going to the store because they make you feel welcomed and listen to what u need and dont waste your time.

I had a BaJa Ron sway bar installed at Big Sioux Powersports and it was installed quickly and the sway bar works better than expected. It made a world of difference and my 2019 Spyder RT Limited even tracks better and it didnt make the ride worse. I recommend the bar installed at Big Sioux Powersports to anyone with a Tryke like mine.

Brought in my 2017 FAT BOY S with 3700 miles for trade. Was going to spend about 28000 on new can-am Defender limited. They insulted me on my bike at 12200. When I told themI was going down the street to Vern Eide to trade and buy a Ranger XP 1000 North Star that same day do to there low ball offer they gave me an arrogant response and never tried to match. Got 13500 within 10 minutes of walking in the door at Vern Eide plus discount for prior military service. No comparison on price or customer experience.

Bob is up at Big Sioux Powersports now and still the best mechanic around! I will continue being a loyal customer and follow him around.

This place is suck I went to make appointments and they told to call back next week I didnt they keep telling me they will come get it I have call them 3 times talk to different people no one care to call me back I guess they dont want to service the it Im never going back to that them place dont buy anything from that place. ? Is the same number is going to be the same person Im gonna get no where again Im not keep calling talking to the same person again and again not thing done

Just had electrical work done under Warranty at Big Sioux powersports on my Can Am Defender. Ran across reviews looking up phone number. Past service experience was not good. I feel they are improving. This last experience went well.

I bought a 2016 can am defender brand new. I have had nothing but problems with the unit and accessories. The service department is very very bad. They told me they would fix the issues and file a claim. I have called and left messages for CONNER at the front desk many times.he has not done anything and doesnt call back. They ignore the problems and act like they have no idea about the issues when they are well aware of the problems this unit has. If you want a can am I would find a different dealer near by. I have been in and out of this dealer with many problems and not one issue has been fixed.Worst experience I have ever had dealing with service after I just spent 17,000 dollars at their store.Conner your dumb look on your face says it all.

Had an issue with my RZR XP 4 1000. I replaced my fuel pump and had an issue getting the nut to thread on the tank to hold in the pump. I stopped by Motoplex with my RZR in the trailer right at opening and asked if a tech could just give me an idea if I was doing something wrong (or drop it off for them to work on it). The service manager said they were too busy to talk with anyone and I could try the next day. I then called Big Sioux and was told to bring it by, they would see if they could help. Mitch was able to get it threaded, saving my weekend trip. I asked what I owed, was told to not worry about it. Highly recommend these guys!

Buyer beware.. Bought a new sxs from them. At first, they quoted us a good price. After taking our down payment/ hold money.. $1k worth- already charged to the cc.. they came back and said that they oopsed and now the final price was $500 more than what they quoted. We could’ve bought a machine locally for cheaper (we live 3 hours away), but because of their “oops” and already taking our nonrefundable hold money, we were stuck going thru with the purchase, which, we were getting free delivery (they had to travel thru our town to pick up a couple new machines anyway so they agreed to deliver at no cost) so we factored that into account. Our salesman told us there was nothing he could do to honor their original quote. We were annoyed by this but, whatever, we were getting it sooner than elsewhere and didn’t have to drive the 6 hours or spend the gas money to get it. So, anyways, we, very excitedly, get the machine and take it out with my nieces and nephew for it’s first drive. less than 10 minutes into it, the display reads “high temp” and is telling me the machine is in “limp mode”. I checked the coolant reservoir and the coolant level was below the “min” line on the jug. So I had to leave the machine and go buy a jug of coolant. I set the level of the coolant to just below the full level and fired it up for another run, only to find myself having the same issue. This time I ended up pulling off the other coolant cap to find that there was basically zero coolant in the machine at all. It took almost the entire gallon of 50/50 premix to fill it up. So thank you Big Sioux Powersports, not only did we have to spend more money because of your “oops” we almost wrecked a brand new machine because of another one of your “oops”.
