Took my arctic cat four wheeler in for full service job, they did an oil change as part of the service, four wheeler ran like crap next time i drove it, brought it back and they said there was no oil in ... Cause they didnt put any oil back in, they denied it and I have to pay the repair for damage myself.I thought they were decent guys at first but wont go back again..In regards to the reply back from travis dejong,My four wheeler ran fine, just like it did the three years I owned it before I brought it to you guys for service work, just cause the choke lever was broke doesnt mean a motor was on its way out, only 1600 miles on it, you say several weeks after I had the work done, was because that was the next time I used it, the day I used it, I brought it back cause it was running bad, thats when u guys told me there was no oil in it, no leaks on the motor, and no puddles on my trailer, just like I told them when I brought it back.. plan and simple you guys made a mistake, just like every other mechanic and acrtic cat dealer I talk to said, own up to your mistake and this will go away.

To the below review (Keith Netten)--there WAS oil in it when it left, and it was low on oil when it was brought back weeks later to us. We added less than a half-quart to refill, and it continued smoking bad, as well as knocking. This was not the result of an oil change, more like an engine on its way down. We just cant stand behind something we did not cause.
