Good people, nice to work with.minor hiccup, with work to be done, but they took care of it. would recommend and have work done there again

I was sitting in the waiting room and there was a family with two young kids. One of the employees comes out with a plastic grocery bag and asks the kids if they like hot wheels. The kids got very excited! They each picked out a brand new, never opened car to keep! What great customer service!!!

After having my adjuster Crystal inspected my car, she carefully estimated the repairs and new parts. Crystal professionally coordinated with my insurance company and set up my repair date as well as asked me to get reservation information for my car. I felt well taken care of and completely set up before my appointment to fix the damage to my car which included getting a new rear passenger door. Heres to hoping the actual repair is just as professionally managed...fingers crossed!

They came recommended however I’m not sure why. Had my pick up repaired which took a very long time. There was a lot of damage so there was a wait for some of the parts. I received comments from friends about how sparkly the repair paint job was. I took it in and told them the difference in the paint and pointed out the bubbles in the tint for the window. They apologized and said they will contact me to make it right. I have yet to hear from them and that was back in August of last year. When I initially called with the complaint they had a hard time finding my work order. Not impressed.

I had an overall great experience getting my car repaired through Abra after getting rear ended. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. She handed me off to James who did a great job. He kept me updated after finding more damage underneath and having to order more parts. Even with the delay they had my vehicle fully repaired and back to me within a week. The repair job they did was excellent, my vehicle looks as good as new. Would highly recommend!

The work looks good but they put 76 miles on my car. That is unacceptable. I cant even imagine how that is possible. Not happy. Also two of my floor mats are missing. Very odd and not good

I took my car in for a new bumper after I struck two raccoons frolicking about. I had to take it back after the technician forgot to reattach a fuse causing my “open hood” light to come on, my parking lights not to come on when I hit the keychain lock button, and my auto start no to work. When I picked my car up for the second time and two of the three issues hadn’t been fixed. I expressed my frustration. Nolan, a manager was kind and understanding stating he would fix the problem. Kara (or something like that) at the front desk was rude and snotty, telling me no place is perfect and saying condescending remarks like, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” In my opinion I had a reason to be unhappy and she just put a cherry on top (I wasn’t name calling or swearing at them). Simply apologize and remedy the situation. Because of her I will not give them my business again. I can handle screw ups. I will not tolerate terrible customer service.Abra- get a new secretary.

They were very quick with the repair but picking up the car was quite an ordeal. They called me in the morning saying the car was ready but when I came in later that afternoon to pick up the car they said I couldn’t take it. Definitely need to work on customer service and obviously communication skills within the work place. Honestly so frustrating and quite annoying. Next time I’m using another auto shop.
