My advisor was a very polite and personable person. When informed my truck was done, I went to look at it. The body parts were not bolted on. The truck was filthy so I couldnt see the paintwork. So I left it there. Next time I went, they had it pulled into the shade for me to look at it. I took it. Once it was in the sun, it was immediately noticeable that the new body parts were not the same color as the existing body. There were some dry spots on in the new paint where the clear was put on dry. There were some areas that the buffer was run on edge leaving marks in the existing body. The body lines were not matching correctly. I took it back in. They did a really nice job cleaning up the buffing marks and told me its done. So now I have a $3500 bumper that doesnt match color, doesnt line up, and has at least one dry spot. I am a little critical because I have done some painting, and was paying for someone to do better than I would in my garage. Its not better. My garage paint job would have been better, and cost less.
They were awesome! Jeremy and his team pin pointed the problem and had it fixed in an hour! 😄 I had taken it to the Southtown location 3 times. 😟 Thanks Jeremy and your great team!

Trash customer service. Took my bumper in for a quote to get it installed they said they’d call me back on when they’d be ready to do it. Never did. They were also rude the whole time and didn’t take me seriously.

Waited 3 hours for rotation, balance, and oil change. Once it was done me and another guy waited 15 more minutes because they didn’t have papers processed as our vehicles were done sitting outside.
This will be the last time I ever buy a new vehicle at any Billion Dealership! My business is going to Vern Eide or Woodhouse. Now on two separate occasions I have gone to this place for Warranty repairs and to be denied about some lame excuse it’s past the 12k mileage when I still have my bumper to bumper warranty. First time my factory wax coating on the frame was peeling in places, I came here the service manager said sorry but the truck is already past 12,000 miles. So I drove to Vern Eide in Mitchell and they submit pictures to GM and what do you know it’s covered under my Bumper to bumper warranty.
My wife and I were on vacation going out west from our home in Illinois and were about an hour away from Billion Chevy when my 2012 Duramax had check engine light come on. Followed shortly by message that DEF fluid poor quality and reduced power mode would start in 90 miles. The service guy.,Mark got us in right away and they started working on the truck which we greatly appreciated since our first stop was in Nebraska. The service was great and they finally got the truck fixed and we were back on the road. The only bad part was it took 7 1/2 hrs to get it fixed and it was not covered under warranty. With that being said, the service was excellent!

I stopped into this lot on Friday. Salesman Matt was very rude, I simply asked if I could take a look around and contact him when I wanted to look at something or had questions. In response he said to me what kicking me out already, well its not like your going to buy anything anyway then he walked away. I was very angry and at that point left.
Billion owns several dealers. I was told by Toyota if I didnt want to wait I could go to Chevy across the street. Guy complained he would have to go across the street to get parts. Never got an vehicle inspection like I do from Toyota. Hoping things are ok really dont know. Wouldnt suggest anyone ever going there...

Sold me a vehicle without headrests, promising they would get them to me and never did. Wouldnt be a big issue but headrests are kind of a safety feature.
