This is our third Comfort King mattress for a third bedroom..first one purchased in 2006. The craftsmanship of the finished product, and professionalism of the staff are excellent. Finding a mattress was a smooth process for us, and having it delivered 2 days later was fantastic. From the moment we walked in the show room to the delivery the folks at comfort King treated us with respect and accommodated an expedited schedule to get a new mattress set up for us. The amount of customization options for the mattress was a little overwhelming but they were very knowledgeable and were able to help us narrow down exactly what we needed. Once decided they can make the mattress right there, even remodel previous mattress bought from them. Sioux Falls fortunate to have this local business.

I purchased a Comfort King mattress with an adjustable base last week and it was delivered today! The service I received was excellent, both by the sales person and the delivery team. Dylan and Brendon were here promptly at the scheduled delivery time. They removed my old mattress, box spring, and frame and then set-up the new bed in a timely manner. Dylan explained how to adjust the bed and explained other features on the remote. Before leaving, they wanted to be sure the bed was the right height and said that if I needed any adjustments to the mattress or the height of the bed, to contact Comfort King. It was nice to have a polite, efficient delivery team.

When we walked in we were greeted and it was recommended we try out a few models to see what we liked before the salesman would come back and see if we had any questions. It was really no pressure. There were around 18 models on the showroom floor. There was a big glass wall separating the showroom from the factory. Once we found a couple models we liked the salesman took us through how they were differently constructed so we could decide which one we thought would work better for us. Since the mattresses are made on site they had numerous samples of they layers so they could show us what exactly was going in the one we were getting. They also explained if for some reason it wasnt comfortable they can open it up and swap out layers to dial it in to our needs at little to no cost. My current mattress was ordered online without ever trying it. After 8 months it is sagging badly. I typically shop around and had planned to go to a few stores but ended up buying one here at my first stop. The mattress is scheduled to be made in a couple days and then delivered. Overall I had a really great buying experience. I will update once we have slept on the new mattress for a while.

They have very lovely mattresses, but can I just say, their logo of that creepy giant mattress with eyes is very terrifying. It reminds me of bowling alley strike screen but mixed with my nightmares. Like it wants to creep up on me at the bar or something, other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

When I called to get an idea of what options and costs the young man who answered was immediately friendly and very helpful. I cant say the same when I called a competitor. I then went in and picked out my choice of mattress. Again friendly helpful and remembered my phone call.They delivered my adjustable bed and mattress today. So excited 😀 The 2 young gentlemen were very friendly and were very careful in bringing it in and taking out my old bed.So glad I went with Comfort King. We purchased an adjustable base there a year ago and wanted split a mattress so we could each adjust our side as we wanted. I purchased a bed from comfort king way back when they first opened. I only had to get rid of it 20 years later because I had kids that lived in it too. Nothing was wrong with the bed. Spring were still good and foam too! But kids. So after much shopping around Sioux Falls I went back to Comfort King. (At least half a dozen times). And talked to the manager. I have two Comfort King mattresses—the Angelic and the Harmony—in my house. I’ve never felt a more comfortable mattress, and the customer service was great. I told them I wanted delivery before Thanksgiving, and they made it happen, even though I live outside Sioux Falls. It’s been two years, and they’re still as comfortable as when I bought them. Twenty-five years ago we purchased our first mattress from Comfort King ... and just last week we purchased our first replacement for that mattress! Our original mattress has kept its shape and support surprisingly well for the length of time that we have had it and we are anticipating that our new mattress will serve us equally as well for the coming years. My Mom bought me my first Comfort King mattress when I started high school. It was a twin majestic ( side note they still make this model today). Today (22 years later) my son is sleeping in this bed. It is still a nice comfortable bed.When I moved out of my parents house I bought a queen majestic. Fast forward 13 years, I just took it back into the shop for a tune-up! They measured how much support it has lost over those thirteen years, only 4%!!! What??? Crazy, since industry standard is 20% loss over a beds lifetime. This bed has held up even past its guaranteed 10 year life span. Cheers to 13 years going on.....yet to be determined. This is our fourth Comfort king mattress in our whole house. We love it. We tried the discount mattress companies, and were very disappointed. We should have never thought we could get the same quality that you get at Comfort King. Their delivery guys are very courteous and do a good job setting up the bed. Now it is time for a great night sleep again.

We have had our master mattress for four years. I felt it wasn’t as supportive on my side as I wished. They quickly came at a scheduled time and used their high tech soft spot detector and discovered a 20% soft spot on one side. They stabilized the mattress and returned it to us the same day with no charge. We are very happy with our mattress and their service and willingness to stand behind their products. The delivery staff were knowledgeable and friendly and punctual.

Went there to look at getting a new mattress. We have lived in South Dakota this time now for 22 years. During that time we have purchased 6 mattresses. And the places we bought from didnt want to talk about the warranty on the mattresses.So, we went to Comfort King for the life time warranty. I hope we dont need to use it, but we have it if needed.So far the mattress is very comfortable and we have not had any problems yet. We needed a shallower box spring when we moved into a new house so we could get it up a steep stairway. It was on a Sunday and it was in the late afternoon. We went to Comfort King to see if they had one. They did not, but said they could make one for us. It was 4:30 and they said lets do it now. They stopped what they were doing and built one. We drove away with the box spring at 4:55. That folks, is Customer Service. Thanks guys, we wont forget it.

We had bought a queen mattress and box springs for our 64 Football player son and since the frame that we already had squeaked every time he moved he took the box spring and mattress off of it. So it ended up that he bent the frame of the box spring and so the mattress wasnt fully supported. We brought both in and Comfort King replaced the box spring and repaired the mattress. We bought a new frame and now Zach is comfortably sleeping again!! They have excellent service at Comfort King!!

We had an older mattress and didnt realize how bad it was until we went to comfort King and layed down on one of their mattresses.Travis was fantastic, walked us through the process, made sure we understood all aspects..We were so anxious for our new bed to arrive. Have to say, it was the best sleep in a long time.

After seeing the ads for years, we finally had to see what Comfort King was all about when we were looking for a good quality mattress for our young daughter a few months ago. Pat explained the product line, sold us her mattress, built and even signed the tag on her mattress. FF to now...the mattress was a bit firm for our daughters taste so we went back and Pat added a layer of convoluted foam. Our daughters mattress is now perfect and she feels special knowing it was adjusted just for her. My own research yielded that foam over a coil innerspring (Hybrid) is the ultimate for comfort and durability and thats how all but their entry-level mattresses are constructed. So...we just bought a king Dream X for ourselves...yes, from Pat.

The atmosphere was relaxed and unlike everywhere else we had been in town, the sales person was not pushy. He explained to us their process, showed us a few beds, and then let us find the best mattress for us. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

As a kid, my mom used to jokingly say that people die in bed... Perhaps she somehow knew something about Comfort King Divine 40 years ago. This bed is heaven!As owners of the Divine King size, we now know that she was on to something!We LOVE this bed!There is nothing cheap about it! Very comfy (after you get used to it about 4 weeks for my wife and I).We really enjoy the lifter thingy as well. Great add on... We dont use it every day, but close... great feature for reading!Ironically- my parents went and bought the exact same bed after we referred them (among many) to CK! Hard to sleep in other beds now....Just go get one. You will thank us... in four weeks!

It was an awful experience going into this store. At first it was the normal, but we werent even greeted with a smile. He gave us the information, let us talk, and then we said we wanted to go check out the other stores to shop around. He then got very defensive and aggressive towards us. He bad mouthed the other stores and made us feel like we needed to reinforce that he had the best store. We shopped around at 5 different stores here in Sioux Falls, and none of them, except Comfort King, said anything bad about the other places. They were all very professional and polite, but Chris was aggressive and said rude things about the other stores. We were very uncomfortable and tried to leave as quickly as possible. Their beds were fair priced and seemed like good beds, but the service made us run scared.

My husband and I are now lifetime customers of comfort king! We had a great experience there! We love our new bed SO much!!! It is wonderfully perfect!! Justin did a great job explaining everything to us!!

My wife and I chose the Oasis model with the power base. Absolutely the best bed we have ever had!! Put the power base on zero G mode and it feels like you are floating!! Everything about Comfort King has been amazing!! The staff was low pressure but well informed and could answer any question you can throw at them. The guys who came to install the bed were on time and happy employees who did a wonderful job. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you Comfort King and your amazing staff!!!!

We just purchased the Emerald mattress a few weeks ago and love the comfort of the mattress. We are new to Sioux Falls and I did some research on the local mattress companies and found interest in Comfort King. From walking in the door the staff was friendly and informative and wanting to make sure we were happy with the purchase as well as beyond the purchase. I returned to the store a few days later and bought two of their pillows and love love love them. My husband and I sleep more soundly and my husband who use to wake up with headaches is no longer having them in the morning. I high recommend Comfort King if you are considering a purchase of a mattress.

My husband and I bought a mattress from Comfort King 15 years ago when we lived in Sioux Falls and it is the best mattress we have ever had!! We have since moved to Illinois. Recently we decided it was probably time to get a new mattress. We went to another well known mattress factory in Illinois. That company opened up our Comfort King mattress and told us it was the highest quality materials they had ever seen and they couldnt make one of the same quality. We will never buy another brand of mattress again. It is extremely comfortable and durable. Our family loves Comfort King and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress!!

After doing some research on mattresses, my husband and I decided that Comfort King would be the best place to go. Their website is very thorough - they explain how high quality their materials are and the guarantee they provide. We went shopping there today and certainly were not disappointed! Jacob, who works in the factory (that you can plainly see from the showroom), came out to help us. He explained about the materials, told us which ones had what, then gave us some time to test them. We took a good hour or so trying different ones; Jacob would check on us from time to time to answer any questions (and never made us feel rushed). This was NOT a hard sell at all (they dont work on commissions,); he just provided his knowledge of working on them and sleeping on them. He answered all of our questions, showed us the adjustable feature (which we did purchase), and gave us the space we needed to discuss what we wanted - no salesman hovering. It was a great experience and we are so excited about the bed we purchased. The time frame for delivery was excellent, and we are looking forward to getting a bed that will last us for many years. We also really appreciate that its local. One of the owners was there working in the factory! I respect that. Highly, highly recommend.

Customer service after your purchase is a zero. I couldnt sleep on my new mattress, in order to fix it I would have to take it in, pay for the materials and then pick it up. What kind of guarantee is this? Do yourself a favour and buy your mattress somewhere else.

I moved today & upon laying my mattress down on the bed frame in my new apartment, I discovered it had some bumps in it. I visited the store & told the staff about my issue (within 1 hour of their closing time) & they literally WOWED me! They explained to me the design of my mattress, how the stuffing can shift & how they were going to fix it THAT very evening! I was floored & extremely grateful. Tregg was kind enough to drive to my new digs & fix my bed at the end of his shift & he was super nice & kind while doing it (not begrudgingly like some people would be at end of a long work day). This is exceptional customer service & frankly just the kindest human experience ever. I was already enjoying the BEST sleep ever on the best mattress ever from Comfort King, but their continued amazing support & kindness seriously should sell anyone & everyone on wanting to do business with them. Ive slept on Comfort King mattresses since the 90s and wont ever again consider buying from any other mattress store. This company is the best! Their mattresses are fantastic and their customer service is beyond excellent. I would highly recommend (and have) to all my friends and family. If you want a good nights sleep, a mattress from Comfort King is the way to go.

Dan was amazing. Low pressure and helped us to narrow down the best fit in our price range. We had a great experience when we bought our first bed from comfort king for our teenage son. The bed is so amazing that we had to come back and get one for ourselves.

Dan the MAN-Three things are very important to me. Good shoes, good site (glasses), & 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Several of my friends said buy a real bed @ Comfort King. I walked in to this location and a sales man walked up and asked to assist. I explained what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. He got a little rude at this point and told me I would not find a good quality bed for anyone to sleep on at that budget. On top of this rude exclamation that my budget was unrealistic, he then tried to sell me on a bed for my daughter who we were not shopping for. It put a damper on my day and my husband and I excused ourselves and left. We did find a great quality bed later that afternoon that did meet my budget at a different company in town.

I was surprised by just how knowledgeable and confident of their product they are. I questioned where the materials were sourced and details I thought would be obscure and all were answered with ease. The factory floor is proudly displayed for all to see. I was really impressed. I was able to talk to one of the factory workers and his pride and confidence in the product they produced really sold me on it. I was in town on my way to another mattress place and stopped in there just to see and Im glad I did.

Wonderful locally owned company. Only thing better then their customer service is “sleeping on one of their mattresses”!

We bought our bed from Comfort King 9 years ago. It was starting to sag a bit on each side so we brought it in to get filled or leveled. They found that it was still under warranty and the work was covered under warranty. The bed was done the same day and they even threw in a brand new cover so it looked like we walked out with a brand new mattress! Excellent customer service. It was far more than we expected.

From the moment we stepped in the door everyone was super nice & professional! We were so impressed with Pats knowledge about mattresses! We ended up finding the perfect one, bought a headboard as well! We LOVE our new bed and head board!! Never have we owned a bed that put us to sleep 😴!! We bought a mattress here 4 years ago and have been so impressed with the service here. We did some mattress shopping before deciding to go with comfort king, and Im so grateful we did. The mattress was significantly less than other mattresses and four years later it is still as flat and comfortable as it was night one. Dont waste your time going anywhere else!

The service was great. The advice was very helpful. I had one mattress made a bit more firm, and I bought another mattress as well. All in all I am very happy and will use them again. Its also nice to know that they are local and I can go in anytime with any concern and they will work with me on it.

We had a great experience with the knowledgeable staff. They took the time & patience to explain every step of their assembly process. To top it off, all their mattresses are made in house, so we loved supporting locally.

This mattress was purchased when I was 6.5 months pregnant and having significant back problems. Our mattress was a total game changer on the first night, both my spouse and I started sleeping better. Now three years later my sleeping needs have changed and instead of buying a new mattress we simply bright it in and for a few bucks we went home with our old mattress having a much different and comfortable feel for this stage of life. The service is top notch. Speedy,friendly and personable. They even let us lay on he mattress as they made minor adjustments until the right feel was found. Dont waste your time or money buying anywhere else!!

I am 25 and just bought my first adult bed after sleeping on a twin bed for a good portion of my life. I needed a change after all that time and comfort king was amazingly helpful. I believe I was helped by Dan. He was amazing from start to finish and even brought my bed out the same day I purchased it....he did it himself because he saw how excited I was that I made my 2nd biggest adult purchase so far. I can not wait to go to bed tonight. I will always recommend them going forward!!!

We bought a bed from them a few years ago and brought it in for their comfort guarantee due to firmness issues. It took a little back and forth with staff and the manager before I think we were all on the same page.Given the age/materials/general wear and tear used some adjustments were reccomened. Looking forward to seeing how much they help.All in all it would have been better to not have to get the manager involved but he came to me wanting to ensure they did everything they could and that says something for their commitment to service.

I purchased a comfort king mattress 18 years ago. And it held up pretty good. It was the most comfortable mattress. I decided to purchase another mattress (the dream set). And so far its very comfortable. I put my old set in the guest room. There very courteous there. And there delivery is top notch. I highly recommend them. Great quality for the value.

Comfort King is a fantastic example of what modern businesses should be modeling themselves after. They have a very knowledge staff that actually builds the mattresses right there in front of you and wont hesitate to answer any questions you might have about the materials or building process. Being around for 20+ years as a local establishment certainly doesnt hurt either!

Im loving my new mattress, it was long overdue and Ive been sleeping so much better on it! Chris was very helpful, but not the least bit pushy. The buying experience was a breeze. My new bed was delivered on time and they even moved my old bed and set it up in the spare bedroom. The memory foam pillows are amazing!

We loved our Comfort King mattress so much that it was the only place we went to now that it is time to get a new one. We had great service when they were on East 26th Street and had the same great service at Empire Place. They listen to your needs and give you their recommendations, but you choose what is best. We will always recommend Comfort King to family and friends!
