I came in with my mom yesterday and she was acting like a total Karen! It was so embarrassing. The two gentlemen who helped us were beyond friendly and professional. God bless them. If I was working and someone came at me like that, I would not be as nice. They went above and beyond to ensure that both my mother and I were satisfied even when, to me, it seemed unreasonable. I scheduled an appointment with this store to get set up on a new iPhone.Before arriving at the store, I explained to the individual I spoke with on the phone that getting a new phone always seems like a very long and painful process and asked what I should do to prepare for the transfer. She said nothing.The individual I primarily worked with at the store was nice. After relying primarily on his new phone selection judgment, when he tried to make the phone transfer to the new device there was not enough memory on the new phone to do the transfer.After struggling to find a solution, a different sales associate came over and berated me (the customer) for purchasing the wrong phone, and he let me know that it was my fault for picking the phone I did.All while in the store, they additionally let me know that the phone I purchased (before even leaving the sales desk or paying a dime) was non-resalable and that it was my fault they were going to have to eat the cost for the phone.Additionally, any questions I had asked about how to avoid this problem in the future were blown off by the senior sales associates. And now, five and a half hours later (and counting), without a phone, I am at my home waiting for them to figure out how to set up a new device.I cant help but think of the phrase its hard to find good help these days, and thats sad even with a phone company/retailer our family has spent thousands of dollars with over the years.People, first, just be kind. Second, if you are selling phones, know your products and the issues that may arise. Its hard for me to imagine that I am the first or the last customer to have similar service requests. Thanks.
Would do 0 stars if was an option. My wife was in there last week to get a new phone and was repeatedly called sweety and honey to the point she was creeped out. She had to go back Sunday to pick a watch and the same guy kept calling her honey and proceeded to ask MY WIFE on a date. Very unprofessional to say the least. Im working on finding a name and will be taking this to corporate.
Off the Grid for the Pandemic and got 5g from verizon for 40$ mnth..Right within my Budget + the added bonus of my premium going down to 25$ after 9 months!!
This is the only location I will go to get my cell phone needs taken care. Jason is super friendly, quick, and fun to work with.

The customer service is always excellent. It always takes a super long time but I dont think the employees can help that, I think its the process.The only thing g that bums me out is that I went to take my Dad off of my account had he passed way, is that I need a death certificate, so another trip to the store. I took the obituary after I go get a certificate of death. Again not Jasons problem it the process
We have been shopping and buying from Jason in Sioux Falls SD location at 57th snd Louise since 2011. Our daughter and granddaughter have also used Jason as their “go to” for the past ten years!! He gives excellent service and we have a trust he will give us the best information!! He is a definite 10 in our book.
Cassandra was so helpful with a phone and watch upgrade today- she explored options in order to give us the best deal possible and was eager to make the phone transfer of information as smooth as possible!! I’m impressed with her customer service skills and gotta say the only Reason we went to that Verizon was because it was the only one open on a Sunday at this time and due to all the closings of merchants earlier during this time I am super glad they were open and that we made the drive!! thank you!

I was here in afternoon, waited for 30mins no customer service. Surprising that version have that kind of employees. Plus check the reviews all are not real, it’s friends and relatives giving 5 rating. Rather go to another store then wasting your time.

I would highly recommend Josh A. From the Verizon store SD office on 4904 S. Louise Ave. He was very knowledgeable about fixing my phone, when I had already talked with Verizon on the phone on Feb 20,2020 for at least for 8 hours and than today talked to them for 1 and a half hour. My Calendar was all gone and I had no contacts. I finally went to Josh A. Store, because I had a Dr. Appointment in Sioux Falls. I explained what was happening and he had my phone fixed within five minutes. Thank you Josh so much for helping me, you will never know what this has meant to me. You are a lifesaver!!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊

I asked your person what I need to do to unlock my phones. He said I need to go thru customer service. Found out from another store in Sioux Falls that my phone is already unlocked. Why couldnt your person tell me that? In fact he told me what I needed to do if I went to a different service. Very poor customer service at this store. Very dissatisfied

I just recently had the misfortune of trying Straight Talk for the cheap prepaid plan. Long story short, I switched back to Verizon, and the process was horrendous. I spent nearly 5 hours and 3 separate trips to this store to get my new plan set up. The staff was seriously awesome. They were super patient and friendly - especially Jason. He worked his a$$ off to get the deal done. If youre looking to go to a Verizon store for anything, go here. You wont regret it.

It was time to upgrade to a new phone so out of convenience, I went to the closest Verizon location. I told them I would like help with transferring over my data from my old phone. I was given a printout of “do it yourself” instructions. They didn’t even take my new phone out the box (which was a new experience). I again commented that I wasn’t confident in my ability to set up the new phone—the sales associate went over the handout with me again and sent me on my way. I was told my old phone would work until the new phone was powered on. However, this was not the case. My old phone did not work and my new phone was still wrapped in a box. I spent about one hour trying to transfer all my data without any luck and then decided to try a different Verizon location. Thank goodness I did. Going forward, I will only go to this Verizon location. The service wasn’t fast, but that’s because they are extremely thorough and helpful. They aren’t just pushing people out he door—they are helping them. It’s worth the wait!!! After my first rushed experience at another location, this was a breath of fresh air. Jason Lamkin was able to transfer all my data over (which was more complicated than usual because I was trying to merge two different sets of data) and I left not only happy but relieved. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants personalized service.
Really unhappy with my service at this location. I was in to work with customer service reps on 4 different occasions to make one thing happen with my husband. To save on space, I wont go into great detail. When something unsatisfactory happened to a situation, the person who originally helped me became defensive and back-pedaled on something that didnt actually happen. Regardless of how it did or didnt happen, she was very unprofessional in her customer service. When I asked to speak to her manager, she shut down and gave me one word responses. When talking with the store manager, he had no solution for my situation but again back-pedaled when I said I needed to talk to corporate level then to explain my situation. Again, with the professionalism...not there. His final response to me when I mentioned something was k. I am a true believer in supporting local business and quality businesses. As a new customer to Verizon, Im not off to a great start as a satisfied customer. Thankfully Verizon is present at many locations in Sioux Falls and I will need to make sure all my business is handled through another retailer from here on out. Wish I had better news for you on this location, but I dont.

No working models of phones to demonstrate, no stylus to show on stylus model phones, limited selection, short staffed, only 2 chairs for customers, poor lighting, small, salesperson had difficulty providing cost estimate for new plan. Used we arent a corporate store as an excuse for deficiencies. Although friendly, sales staff could have been more knowledgeable and available.
