Female employee practically assaulted my 7 year old daughter. This game stop has a Gashapon machine inside their store. My daughter was excited to see that they had one of the items she wanted and placed her coin in the machine a got the toy out. The employee then asked her if she purchased the coin from her, my husband told her “no” but we can purchase from her. The employee then proceeded to rip the toy out of my 7 year olds hands and told us that we were stealing. She then took the toy behind the counter and held onto it. We proceeded to purchase the coin from her and explained that all she needed to do was tell us, the parents, that we needed to purchase a coin from her and that we couldn’t use one of our own. She claimed again that is was theft and refused to give us any number to contact any kind of management. We stole nothing! We didn’t leave the store with it. What’s the difference between that and my daughter holding a game or other item in her hands until we purchase it? This could have been handled so much better. But this employee was terrible and kept telling us that we were stealing. Maybe GameStop should have better training on how not to assault children?

The cashier was super friendly. There was a game I wanted to try but didnt know much about so he gave plenty of tips. There was a sale showing online and i mentioned it and showed him, even though it ended in store he still honored it for me which was amazing.

I liked the fact that it was in a convinent place in the mall, and the selection was pretty good. I was looking for a xbox one chatpad, but they didnt have it. Order it online like Im going to. You have to wait in line, because only 7 people are allowed in the store at a time. Let me know about your questions and I will answer them with the best of my ability! 😀

Pretty sweet little store I have to say. I visited with both of the employees. They were both very attentive and had a lot of product knowledge. They were also friendly. I really like the younger guys N64 t shirt on Memorial Day.

My 6 year old son picked out a game that was a little too advanced for him. We took the game back, but were beyond the return policy. The employee we were dealing with was very understanding since we were unaware of the policy and graciously allowed my son to exchange the game and also gave him a gift card with the remaining balance! Thanks so much!!

Manager was extremely rude to my 8yr old son, I dont believe the manager knew I was in the store. My son tried on a hat this was (1 year ago) and the manager said to my son, you tried it on now you have to buy it. My son told him he didnt have any money and he told him to call his parents and thats when I stepped in. I was infuriated, what a sad man.

Im always getting games and trading in old ones. This place is great for that. The staff are gamers and thats a bonus. Nobody at Amazon to talk to about game play.

Visited during black Friday and the staff was friendly and helpful. They are more expensive than many online retailers but I prefer to shop at brick and mortar shops.

There werent very many options for used games, but the clerk was quite nice.

Terrible GameStop, manager saw us out side told us where the line to wait was then after waiting from 8am-10am they let people sneak in through the other side and take the last preorders

Awful store and wont come here again. Called 3 different days this week and they kept saying they were getting new switches in today. Turns out they got them yesterday and are out today. Thanks for wasting my time waiting for an hour before you open.
