This store has some real good costumer service, unlike the store just a few miles east. (Eastern store feel like they dont want to sale, customer service is garbage)...highly recommend coming to this store by the Empire Mall.

Dominic provided excellent service. Though the matter took some time to resolve, (my voicemail was not syncing up with my new phone) he addressed the problem I was having with patience and a professional demeanor. I never felt stressed or frustrated during the visit.Since I knew the issue would take some time, I decided to consider additional products in store, to protect and get the most out of my device. Dominic offered great recommendations and even checked to see if there were more of a specific travel charger I was considering in the back without my even having to ask.I left the store with my matter resolved, with a number of essential products that I hadn’t considered prior to my visit, and an overall excellent experience.Thank You.

I was just very pleased with the service I got when I entered the AT&T store in Sioux Falls i was greeted and helped immediately. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. He knew his job well and answered all my questions with confidence. He gladly helped me with transferring of all the data to our new phones and made sure I walked out a satisfied happy customer. Great Job guys!

I went in to upgrade my phone and add a line. Simple enough, and it didn’t take long to have what I wanted picked out. When it came time to activate new phones and pay and everything, the equipment kept screwing up!! It took nearly 2 1/2 hours to even be able to pay for the changes to my plan. Like I said, everything was chosen and decided upon within the first 5 minutes of me walking in. I sat around and waited for their equipment to work properly the rest of the time.

The associate was very disinterested. Seemed like she just wanted to get in and out. Although it took awhile for her to come out with the new phones. She was aware of some deals but wasnt all that interested in our discount from Wells Fargo. She made a weak attempt to help with data transfer and did so as if she expected us to do it anyway. I was planning on it anyway but she was in more of a funk than excited to work there.

Ive given this store 2 stars because if youre lucky enough to get the right person, things can go well. However...it is a gamble. Some days (like my experience today), you get the flip side of the coin and leave wondering if its time to explore Verizon options again. (Ive already started that).My chief complaint with AT&T and this store is that service and support is so inconsistent. I was actually in the same store trying to upgrade my phone 10 days ago and while I was unable to do so due to some business account blockage, I left after spending an hour feeling like I was looked after. Today, after 2 minutes I walked out and sent an email to Verizon.I am under no illusions that Verizon is really much better but it seems a new customer usually has about 3-4 years of good service and then its time to be a new customer elsewhere to up the level of service once more.If you do go here, ask for Keith and hope hes in.(For further explanation, 10 days ago, it was not a problem to upgrade my phone despite the crack in the edge of the screen, today with the same phone it was going to be $305 before we even started the upgrade and they didnt even know if the account blockage problems had been fixed on their end.)

Had assistence right away. Didnt feel as things were explained as thoroughly as they should have been. Was given the wrong device and was told it would do the same as my old device. That was wrong. They did let me return it after the 2 weeks, but not the most friendly about it. Overall I have had more success with online purchases and the call center has always been super helpful and informative. Will stick to the website and online purchases in the future.

Went in to port 5 lines to AT&T. It took over 5 hours and we didn’t receive what we were quoted or promised. We were quoted that we would each be receiving a free phone or be able to trade in our iPhone 7+s for iPhone 11s and would only need to pay for the taxes on the phones. The staff cancelled all of our old plans and transferred all of our phone numbers to AT&T and then suddenly told us that we needed to pay $1500 and couldnt trade in our iPhones for credit any longer. Since that was not what we agreed upon we asked her to put our lines back because that is not what she quoted us or promised on the phones, we were told that they couldnt because they alrwady ported our numbers over and the only option was to stay with AT&T and not get any new phones or wed just lose all of our phone numbers. Then they couldn’t transfer two of the phones back to the old ones because they were locked so they gave much lower quality phones to replace them. The manager is looking in to fix the problem. Will update review after.

Terrible store. Very misleading. The most complicated billing ever, low bill one month and your regular bill comes later usually 50% more then expected. Terrible customer service. They sign you up for insurance even if you tell them no. Go with Verizon.

Terrible service. I walked in the door and explained what I needed help with and she was rude from the start. Im on a joint account with family that Ive been on for years but wanted to get my own so the authorized person on the account came down to AT&T to help. When I asked questions and stated that we could look at our accounts and be able to change things on the computer such as data to each person on the line, she looked at me and said that she was doing this for 25 years, when she barely looked like she could be any older than in her late 30s, and theres no way we ever could have did that before. So then we tried changing the amount of gigs and how much money each line would be because I did not want to pay for most of it and she continually tried to convince the authorized user to just shut my phone off, numerous times and that she could do that online which earlier when I asked, said wasnt possible. I dont recommend going to this store if you want help with your service or plans.
