I chose to shop at Kay as a first option as they have served me acceptably in the past but it seems they have forgotten the definition of customer service. I understand that there are still a small percentage of stores in Sioux Falls that believe mandatory masking is a viable policy but please spare me the sanctimonious attitude. That attitude drove a significant amount of business over to Ashcroft & Oak in the mall who are more knowledgeable and have better options anyway and thats combined with people who understand service with a smile. Kay has greatly diminished themselves in the last few years.

Kassie was right there waiting to unlock the door for me & she was a delight!! Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, a joy to speak with! Brought in a few bracelets whose clasps had broken & one tarnished bracelet & she explained what they could do for both issues. Gave me receipts for the two she kept to fix letting me know theyd look into the options for repair & call me with the final cost before proceeding. Asked about the statement on their website that they clean any jewelry even if it wasnt bought there for free & she assured me they could indeed clean costume jewelry as well! Will go through my pieces & call to set up appointment. I am really looking forward to doing more business with her & the company in the future!!

Sioux Falls Kay is the best. They worked with me for 3 months making sure my wedding ring was perfect. Everyone there is amazing.

Staff can take their time and answer your questions as very few people have yet to discover this location. Good selection.I am sure they make mistakes or may have to answer for situations, I wouldnt expect perfect but you will find a hard working, caring group of people ready to help you.

I was in a huge rush to resize a watch my grandfather gave me the day before my high school graduation they had just changed the hours they opened and actually opened early for me the people there were amazing and friendly.

If you have to get your ring repair because of loose diamond are lost diamond. Check your gold bands my rings got burnt r tarnish when I received it back so not only did I have to wait 3 weeks to get my ring back I may have to wait another 3 weeks to get it back again the sad part is they should have checked it before they sent it back I was the one who spotted it this will be the third time within a year for repair
