Went to this place twice 10/24/21 and 10/26/21 for a gift I order told them to hold it, but it would have been nice if they said they have COVID hours and they have been closing early but it doesn’t. This is a big inconvenience I have birthday I have to go to and that’s why I got the gift. This has happened way to many times for my liking. This store never stays open if you go please call in the morning and hopefully they will be there.

Thank you for treating us like actual customers and not judging us for our budget. We have had such bad experiences at other jewelers that Zales was a breath of fresh air. We were assisted by a kind woman who never showed us anything over budget, nor pushed us to the limit of our budget.

5 star selection and service. Great staff, and great atmosphere. Heather and Shawn were lovely people, they were patient, very kind and helped me find EXACTLY what I needed. They went through all the options for financing and were able to keep me within my price range. Definitely will be returning in the future!

When we went to Zales two weeks ago for a new wedding set the guy working literally called my daughter a thing.... As well as the store was filthy. He told us that I could pick my rings up today but when we called some woman answered and pretty much called us a liar and we need to listen better. They said the ring is shipped and doesnt know when itll get here. Literally inconvenient I have a 7 month old so its hard enough to go anywhere especially almost an hour away. After I get this ring set I most likely wont be back.

I went in there with a budget and had quite a few to choose from. The manager Shawn G never let me look at any of the stuff I was interested in but just one, and insisted to steer me away to more than twice my stated budget. She then preceded to tell me that it wasnt her problem and was very rude to me (even once stating oh, youre finally back as i was walking up to the counter) the several times i went in there..... ill admit, theres lots of other jewelry stores in town and ill be going to any other one but Zales!!

I went in with my girlfriend and stated that I was looking for engagement rings in the $1,200 range and was shown a couple and I found an amazing set that came with the ring and the band and I thought it was too good to be true. Turns out it was because it was also on a clearance that ended that day. As they were ringing it up, the sales lady said twelve thousand! I thought she was joking, but she wasn’t. When she was using words like “nine” and “twelve” when we were looking, she actually meant THOUSAND, not hundred.... I ended up getting another ring, but I plan to return.

The last time I was in Zales, I had my husband’s and my wedding set cleaned! Heather was very nice and very professional! They weren’t very busy, but every associate said hello to me while I was there. I think they did a fine job!

Beautiful ring but customer service has been poor in resolving issues. My ring has been sent in 6 times in 2 years due to a loose diamond. Employees continued to send in to be tightened. Not until I spoke with the manager of the store did they suggest another repair that could he completed. It also took 3 visits over 2 weeks in order to get a hold of the manager because he was away at another store.

My husband purchased my engagement ring in 2009, along with the Zales Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan. When we purchased my wedding band in 2010, I needed them to resize wedding and engagement band, and specifically instructed them NOT to solder them together.But they did anyway.I had them take them apart, and when my rings came back my engagement ring was SIGNIFICANTLY thinner. I asked them about this, and they told me it was the only option. No apologies, no real explanation. They also told me they will keep the gold from the band in case I need to enlarge the rings later on.8 years later my engagement ring snapped because it was too thin. I brought it into the store, and despite me having purchased the protection plan, they inform me that they will charge me $200 to fix the snapped ban, as they have to add gold to it. I told them the only reason it was thin was from their mistake, and they told me they couldnt help me.I have never been treated so poorly by a company, especially after making a large purchase. Not only am I not fixing my band here, but I am giving up the protection plan because apparently it doesnt fix anything anyway. Horrible customer service, and I will never return to this company again.

I bought a Vera Wang ring In January of this year. It was an expensive piece but it was one of those once in a life time purchases. So in August I was out in my shed cleaning up and I barely touched a piece of wood and the next thing I knew the large diamond in the middle had fallen out. I looked all over and found it and took it into the store and they said it was still under warranty and they would take care of it. Just as a side note Ive worn my wedding ring for 23 years and the diamond has never fallen out or broken. But it was not purchased at Zales. Well now it here it is 7 weeks later and I still dont have my ring back. They tell me they cant find the proper diamond for the center one evidently it has to be the same low quality is the 1st one. I actually called the corporate office also and they dont understand why its taken this long either. At this point I just want them to take the ring back because of the shoddy quality of the ring. Vera Wang was supposed to be a name you could trust and so was zales but never ever again. I dont know where my ring is I dont know when it will be fixed and as far as Im concerned they can take it and put it where the Sun doesnt shine because thats about what is good for. I told the customer service person that Im fed up, theyve taken my ring and they keep telling me they dont know when it will get back. Ive made 5 to 6 phone calls and each time I brushed off and never receive a phone call Back to explain whats going on. At this point I think zales should just give me a full refund and just keep the ring. I want to be able to wear it but worried it will keeps breaking or falling apart. So run run away from Zales as fast as you can. The store manager has been snotty and rude to me and seems to just think its no big deal to have my ring has been gone for almost 2 months. I bought the ring so I could wear it but I cant wear it if its going to break all the time. Like I said at this point I think Zales to do the right thing give me my money back and I will go find a ring somewhere else with quality that I expect when I spend $10,000.00. This is just laughable if you cant get good quality when you spend that kind of money what kind of quality are you going to get when you buy a cheaper set of rings. Please do not buy rings from Zales look at the other reviews plainly Zales has a problem that they are not addressing. This is the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. Now Ive been ripped off for $10000 with a low quality ring poor customer service and the Inability to provide good repair work. I cant believe how awesome my zales associates are. Very welcoming and courteous. I was greated with warmth and compassion when they found out how my diamond necklace broke. I was fully restored with confidence in the warranty and 10 minutes later i walked away with a new necklace. Trust me when i say this truly is a family engagement from start to finish.

It took them 6 weeks to size my ring, then when I went to pick it up they had someone in training so had to wait as he had to ask questions. Staff was friendly but that doesnt make up for their slowness and also lack of information as I had to call to see what the delay was instead of them notifying me

Horribly disappointed in the customer service. Have bought several rings and necklaces from zales in Massachusetts and never had a problem. Went to get some work done on my rings here and they had my rings for over two months. Had to physically go in to the store since they would not call me with updates and it turns out that they damaged one ring so badly they had to completely remake it. Never even got a simple apology for the delay and the changes to my wedding band. I’m going to take my business elsewhere in the future. Would not be so upset if they could have been bothered to just CALL ME WITH UPDATES.

I dont have any problem with the store in Sioux Falls but the 1-800 customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a necklace on April 24. Call them there weeks later for them to tell me they dont know anything and cant find anything out. I ask to speak to a supervisor and get placed on hold for 30 mins. I call back and go through the same stuff, get placed on hold for another hour! Call back later and tell them Im not holding for that long again and they tell me the supervisors are busy helping other callers and theres a few calls ahead of me. That tells me you guys suck!

I took my engagement ring into zales to get it resized. Was told it would be done in 12-14 days. It has been 2 1/2 weeks now, 4 phone calls, and I was just informed today it had been sent to a different warehouse to get sized. If that was the case why didn’t I receive a phone call? I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and the fact that I need my ring and that I’m just now being told this. I called back again and told the manager I want my ring back and not to bother sizing it. (I was also lied to about the price it would cost to size my ring) I was put on hold for 15 minutes just to be told “it’s in a large warehouse and it needs to be scanned then it can be sent back, but I’m not sure when I’ll have it back.” I’ve had very poor customer service from the start and I just want my ring back. So I guess here I’ll sit, STILL wondering where my ring is and when I will have it. I will never do business with this company again.

All I have to say is that I am extremely disgusted with the service that was provided by this store at one point I was laughed at by the staff when i came pick up the rings the wedding band was replaced with a completely different setting on the ring and the wedding ring was damaged so i dont have any of the original rings that we got married with but my ring which is tungsten and has scratches and dents in it already not even a year as well will go out of my way to go down to Sioux City if Zales is needed now and will not be buying and jewelry anymore from them I will be going Helzberg from now on because there staff will tell me the truth!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Zales. My rings have been sent in due to loose diamonds 3 times in the last 4 years.However, none of that bothered me until the most recent repair. It needed to be sent for repair because of loose diamonds and also to be resized because it was slipping off. I received a phone call 2 weeks later that the ring had come in, but the diamonds were still loose so they were sending it back. A week later I received an email that it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, the ring hadnt been resized. So, again they sent it back. A week later I got another email saying it was ready for pick up. I got to the store and the employee couldnt find it. After 45 minutes of searching and finally involving another employee,it was determined that my ring hadnt actually arrived and the email I got was from the previous repair that had never been closed out. Two days later, after another phone call, my husband went and picked up the ring. When I pulled it out of the box, I discovered that the wedding band had been crookedly soldered to the engagement ring.I will not purchase any jewelry from Zales in the future.

To be honest, the zales sale people have always been nothing but kind to us. That being said, here is my story.My husband and I bought our engagement ring and wedding bands all at zales. My engagement ring has been sent in 15 times in 2 years because diamonds keep falling out as soon as I put it back on. They insisted, at different times, that it was my fault for wearing it at work or it is because of how the ring is built, etc. Needless to say, we are frustrated.Tonight, the manager didnt even care that my ring has been in multiple times. And that bothers me. It may not be important to anyone else but me that my ring is not functioning the way it shoul, but Im the only one that matters in this matter.Disgusted and upset about the way they are dealing with this repeated issue. If you are looking for quality, I suggest you shop elsewhere.
