Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We got what we came for and more. We upgraded our original engagement ring to a larger stone and we could not have been more happy and satisfied. 5 stars.

I got my fiances engagement/wedding band here back in 2017. She stopped in here Memorial Day 2019 and they didnt even ask for proof of purchase. They cleaned her ring no questions asked. Pretty cool place. Fun fact most the jewelry stores that compete with one and other in close proximity are all owned by the same company.

Every experience I have had with Kays has been awesome. I bought some extra warranty they offered. Year later a diamond was missing they replaced it hassle free. Just like it should be. Good Job and Thank you.

We came in on 5/13/19 to purchase a Sapphire band to add to my wedding ring. My original wedding ring was NOT purchased from Kay but the gal working with us looked it over anyway for us. She found the main stone and v prongs were loose/worn. The new Sapphire band had to be sized anyway, so we decided to send my original wedding ring in with it to be repaired at the same time. My original ring was a bit snug, but since I am in the process of weight loss they advices NOT to resize my original ring as it could harm the integrity of it. The plan was to fix my original ring, resize the new one to the correct size and NOT solder quite yet. Our promise date was 5/30/19. We thought that was great as we were moving to AZ on 6/2. The rings did not arrive back on 5/30. They did arrive on 5/31, which we found out via phone call. The gal we spoke to, stated “Your ring came but here is the issue with it..”Issue??The gal stated, “Your ring looks beautiful, but the repair shop sized your ORIGINAL ring and the new Sapphire band two sizes SMALLER than they already were. They also soldered them together. We need to send them back to be unsoldered and resized correctly.”My first thought was, it already took two weeks to receive it, and we are moving in a couple days. The gal on the phone told me their solution was to have the issue fixed, sent back to THEIR store then sent to our AZ store.I also mentioned to them how they stressed to me not to resize the rings a bunch as the integrity would be in jeapordy, now they are being resized a bunch anyway. There was little and I mean, very little remorse of apology. Although the gal I spoke with did say they would be shipped back to repair 6/3 and with a note of priority so it doesn’t take several weeks to receive. While quite upset, I thought it was efficient as long as I get them back soon and they are not damaged.I called Kay’s for a follow up today. They did state the rings were sent on 6/3 but they had not yet been worked on.I am beyond frustrated. I am hoping the Kay Jewelers here in AZ has the slightest clue of what is going on and everything goes smoothly once and IF they receive my rings.

Tried to add to my wedding ring, this store made it next to impossible. Was difficult to work with, attempted to overcharge, stated they had the ring, then they didnt have the ring, and then they found the ring. Doesnt seem worth the hassle. Regret buying my wedding set from them.

So I spent over $6000 in this store. Didnt realize I had any rewards or anything. Well was going through my papers randomly and saw I had a $1800 instant rewards paper folded up in the clear envelope they give ya. Sure would have been nice to know I had those. Well know they are expired as of July 4th. I called the store and the lady called customer service to see if I could be reissued the rewards. She called me back and said yes they can do that but that I need to call that number to give them my info. I called them and they said there is no way we can do that and no way to reissue them. Said they are not sure why that was said and that they arent sure why she would say that. So I called the Kays store back. Some other lady answered Tasha and said they are expired and that theres no way for a refund of the rewards. That they cant do anything for me. She tried covering up the other girls mistake of telling me I could get them back. I told them it sure would be nice to have been told I had them or atleast leave the card out so I see it and no fold it up and put it in between papers. Guess it doesnt matter how loyal of a customer you are at that place and how much you spend. I will not be going back there and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Will NEVER step foot in store again! Stopped in to get my ring repaired. Talked to Andrew said would be 3 months as baggett stones are hard to match (lie number 1). I use to work in a jewelry Store. Said would be in contact with estimate for repair. Month went by never heard from anyone. I contacted customer services. They contacted store and Andrew said he would call me today. Never received a phone call. Contacted CS said never heard from him. Their response was he said he left u a message (lie number 2). Got an email from Andrew days later estimate was approximately 79.00 for repair. I approved the repair to get an email back next day from home office to advise me Andrew misquoted the repair. Was 379.00. Andrew or someone sent me pics of b4 And after of the repair. I sent another message and called CS and said I did not approve my repair for 379.00. Said they would send my ring back. Month later received an email saying my ring was avail for pick up. Went and picked up my ring And was mortified. They replaced my diamond with what looked like an emerald stone. I told them that was not acceptable. Keep in mind. I did NOT have a missing stone. A print needed repair. Needless to say I was not happy and made it very clear. Andrew told me that is what the ring looked like when. I brought it in. (Lie number 3). I had taken a pix of my ring b4 I left ir at the store. Shows it to him. He had no answer for that. Said he called and talked to my husband and he said not to repair the ring. I asked when did he talked to my husband. Gave me some random date. I said that is BS as my husband would have told me. (Lie number 4). I said what number did u call him at. He game me my cell number. I said that is MY number and u never called it. I said would u like me to show u my call log. I said I don’t appreciate you lying to me and will NEVER do business there again. Oh and the ring he said might be a Marker mark on my diamond. Let me clean it for u! Wouldn’t u do that b4 I came to pick up the ring. And when I got upset wouldn’t u tell me that right away! Needless to say I am not done with this horrible service. Andrew is in way over his head. Never lie to anyone, especially a women in regards to her exspensive jewelry. And to top it off there was another sales clerk in the store with a very loud mouth that when I was leaving she said, Boy wasn’t that fun. I almost stopped dead in my tracks to ask her what did U just say. But, I didn’t but u can sure bet their HQ will get an ear full!

I took my engagement ring in to get the band for it. They sent it in and my promissory date was exactly 2 weeks later. I am an hour and a half away...I drove up on that date only to find that it wasnt in. I took off work to go up and get my ring. I had to take another day off to drive up when it was ready. When I got it back, because I wanted to keep the bars on the bottom, there was a gap or a larger space between my ring and the band on one side. So I took it back up on April 21st to have the bands removed and it closer together. The lady that took my info was very pleasant and said it would be done on May 4th or 5th. I called today (may 5th) and the lady was rude. She wasnt listening to what I was saying and said well, its not here and it will be in a couple of days, we will call you. I kept asking her to check my finances name to see if it was under his name but she wasnt listening and never did check. It is frustrating when you dont get informed nor do they listen to you. If I have anything else that I would need work on, I will be going to a different store.

BEWARE***DO NOT BUY FROM KAYS!!!! I purchases girlfriends engagement ring in may of 2015. it came broken. They had to request another one and they made me also pay shipping for that one....That one broke again 2 weeks later....and they again made me pay shipping....About 6 months later i decided to give kays another try and i wanted to get her something nice...i bought her a necklace for about $400. The chain broke 30 days later...I just got it back yesterday after 2 weeks....less that 24 hours later. she was hopping out of the shower and there it breaks again! About to call them now...this should be exciting....

Called for a status on an order, got put on hold for 3 minutes, got back and took my number. will call me back.... they told me it would be in on wednesday, so I called back yesterday now it wont be in until friday... they suck at keeping you informed about your order... thinking about cancelling my order....

Honestly I use to love going to kays. I had no problem dropping money there until last week. A couple weeks ago I dropped my ring off and I got a call a half week early. I went to pick up my ring and when I looked at it there was two diamonds missing, I sent it in to get a piece fix that broke, not to get dimonds replace. The lady insisted on sending it back, I was fine with that but as long as I got it back before leaving for my trip, witch was 5 days from the day she was going to send it out. I asked them to rush ship it, grey had no problem with that. But when I called to asked when my ring would be in, they said 4 days in after I would be leaving. Im very upset and very disappointed in kays one because I shouldnt of had to send it back in. The people fixing my ring should know better than to send a ring back without checking it over first. Needless to say after I get my ring back I will be taking my business elsewhere. If I could put 0 stars I would but thats not an option.
