We went into the store and worked with Spenser. He took a ton of time to work with us and explain how their store works and how they will “tune up” or “comfort adjust” their beds after you have had them 3 months, 3 years, or 10 years. They truly want you to love your bed and be happy with it. He explained that if you aren’t loving the firmness or something about your bed, they can literally take out or add layers at their store to perfect the bed to your liking. Spenser made bed buying an enjoyable experience and took time to really explain the differences between all of the options of beds. We will definitely be returning for beds for our kids’ rooms in the future. Highly recommend!

Kaleb was a huge help when we were shopping for a new mattress. They gave us a custom bed size, great service, and professional in-home delivery. Weve had the new bed and electronic lift for a few months now, and I can say without doubt that its absolutely amazing! My husband and I keep taking accidental naps because our mattress is so comfy. From sale to delivery this was a professional experience. The sales person educated me on mattress construction along with pros and cons. He gave me time to experience the different mattresses so I could determine what was best for me. He shared the price points and helped me determine what was best. We just received our bed. The delivery guys were super nice and friendly. Very efficient. They made sure we were happy with it before they left and made sure to tell us if any questions or problems to let them know. The salesman was good also. Listened to our needs. Wasn’t pushy. My experience at Beds by Design has been excellent. The salesman was very thorough, he explained exactly how the beds were made and the quality of the materials used. He was able to work with us as far as budget and features were concerned.The bed was delivered when promised, it took 9 days and I received a call from the driver the day of the delivery to set up an exact time which was very helpful. Friendly staff. I went to quite a few places in Sioux falls and if youre looking for a mattress. This is definitely the place to go in my opinion. You can select your mattress from the insides out or visa versa. They have excellent service. Financing if necessary. They will custom build a mattress for you. I gave them the measurements to my daybed and they made it perfect according to my specs. They also offer upgrades at only the additional cost of a better and/or bigger mattress. in other words, if you buy a single then later buy a double to replace it. You only pay for half the new mattress because your old purchase gets credited to the new one. Also if for Any reason you decide that the mattress you purchased isnt right for you. They will exchange it with no questions asked. They dont have anything in the way of furniture or bedding but they have a serious corner on the mattress market in Sioux falls. Im am super impressed and extremely happy with my purchase here. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a mattress. I cant express enough about how satisfied I am having done business here. You owe it to yourself to check it out.

All of our questions were answered and we were given many facts to help us choose the right mattress with zero pressure. Delivery guys were efficient, friendly, and did the job right! I went in to check out the prices of their beds and adjustable bedframes and they were absolutely wonderful . Dylan waited on me. I told him that I moved to To Sioux Falls and I needed a bed delivered tonight this was at 5 oclock in the afternoon, But he said that he got off at 9 and he would personally deliver the mattress so that we would not have to sleep on the floor and they would deliver the adjustable bed frame the next day between 9 and 10 and they did.

We are very happy with the mattress. I would recommend paying with cash or they may keep withdrawing money from you when you account is paid in full. Then you will have to call them and there is never a manager to get it taken care of.

I bought a bed from them about 7 years ago from these guys. My wife and I loved how much better it was than the one we got from the furniture store. I spoke with Eric about how it was starting to sag a bit. He reminded me that my bed could get a tune up at anytime. We decided to turn in our old bed and upgrade to an even better bed one. Eric credited the full amount we paid 7 years earlier and we were able to put it towards the upgrade. We brought our old bed into the store in the morning and had the brand new upgrade later that afternoon. I would highly recomend buying a bed from Beds by Design. BBD is the BEST in the industry! We purchased our first BBD bed, a split king with power foundation, in June 2020 and received our bed only 1 week later! Our sales representative, Spenser, was super helpful and the delivery guys were quick and very knowledgeable as well. When we needed new beds for our kids last month, I called BBD and ordered 2 Twin XL mattresses and we had them in less than 2 weeks! Our kids love their new beds and the ability to upgrade their beds in the future with BBD and only pay the difference really appeals to me. You cant go wrong with BBDs expert sales team, delivery and top notch customer service!

While the price may have seemed a bit high initially, when you look at it as an investment in the purchase of something you spend as much time on as a mattress youre using every night, its 100% worth every penny. The warranty and trade-in program they offer is second to none, knowing that with use, mattresses do wear out, its reassuring that we can simply upgrade our mattress and only pay the difference in cost from our original purchase. Bed buying made so easy! I went into BBD knowing what firmness of mattress I was looking for and was listened too. After trying out a few recommendations, ordered the one for me. It was quick and easy. My bed was made and delivered within a week of ordering. My body has never been so happy! Beds By Design has the BEST mattress and pillow out there! First, their Omni Pillow is the most comfortable pillow ever, breathable, soft but supportive and you can really tell the difference from “regular” pillows, sorry Bed Bath and Beyond. They’ve focused on every detail you can imagine, even down to the fun packaging, and hello, it self-cleans (I can’t wait til they start making kitchen floors....). Now, the mattress. Ahhhh, so incredibly comfortable and luxurious feeling, I told them what type of feel I wanted and even though my description sounded like this—-“Soft but not too soft? A little firm but with bounce? Um, I have no idea?”—-they nailed it! The first night I slept on that thing was a literal dream and I’ve been in restful slumber every since. I’m a customer for life, unless of course this pillow and mattress last beyond that....which they just might. Thank you BBD!

For more than five years, I’ve been sleeping in a recliner due to chronic back issues. I was introduced to the Omni pillow in South Dakota, while visiting my cousin.I was so impressed with the support and comfort of the pillow, we went to the Sioux Falls store, so I could purchase one. Upon arrival I met with a member of their professional sales staff, who introduced me to their brand of mattresses. I thought if their pillows were this great, I had to see what they offered in mattresses.With my condition, which included three back surgeries, I know In less than five minutes after laying on a mattress, that I’m gonna be stuck in place unless I get up immediately. I had three such encounters, until I laid on the “Independence” mattress. It was firm and supportive, but most impressively, I wasn’t feeling the sharp stabbing pain from laying on my back. The sales staff tried to explain the quality material they put in the mattress, and I was still in disbelief that I didn’t feel the pain, which I normally feel when I lay down. At that point, I didn’t care what was in the mattress I had to have it. It was effortlessly shipped to California. I could not wait for a good night sleep on a mattress instead of my recliner.I wanted to wait to write this review until I had slept on it for 30 nights. I can’t begin to explain how well I slept through the nights, woke up well rested, and how many pain level has decreased just because of a mattress.My wife who has no medical problems, initially said the Omni pillows were awesome, and that she would give the mattress a try. Initially she said the mattress was really firm, but admittedly she said she is sleeping better. Being a very active and avid runner, she said the mattress was helping her recover quicker. She said it was probably due to sleeping more supported, which makes her sleep more soundly.Thank you BBD for improving our quality of life with your products!
