Absolutely hands down the best experience ever!! No pressure. We were able to lay on beds till we found the one we liked and were able to have it delivered. Anthony was awesome to work with.. we were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes!! Thanks again for being such an honest and caring person!!

This was the best mattress buying experience ever!!! No pressure and when we picked the one we wanted it took less than 15 minutes to get in and out of the store. I am reading a lot of the positive reviews and agree that we had a decent experience with the initial purchase.**However, regarding quality, buyer beware!!**Our mattress is now just under two years old and has terrible body impressions and is collapsing outward on the sides. We actually wake up in pain. First I couldnt figure out why my back hurt in the morning, and now I realize its because Im sleeping in a giant crater. It was a 900 dollar queen mattress.The warranty process has been... a nightmare? You have to fill out a bunch of paperwork, take a full on photoshoot of the mattress, foundation, and frame. You have to take measurements with a straight edge and down into the impression. Then you submit the claim and wait. I emailed my claim a month ago, and am finally now hearing back. But Im being given the run around. One person cant help, so talk to this person. Keep waiting, keep writing more emails... keep sleeping on defective mattress.Im not convinced anything good will come of this other than me buying a mattress from somewhere else and learning my lesson.These mattresses are cheap for a reason! I legitimately think they are the reject mattresses.Im sorry I couldnt write a more positive review, but my back hurts from this mattress and Im over it.Shop elsewhere and thank me in two years.Ill update the review if they make right by the warranty.Update: did honor warranty, it just took several months.

My teenage daughter needed a new bed and Anthony was really great to work with. He was extremely knowledge about all the mattresses. My daughter ended up picking out a very affordable very comfy euro memory foam topped queen mattress that she absolutely loves! She went with the high rise bedframe on Anthonys suggestion. So happy that we did! He made sure we got the right brackets to attach to a headboard. He even offers delivery at a small extra cost. Which helped us out a lot! A great experience and I highly recommend Anthony with Mattress By Appointment!!

Looking forward to sleeping better.What he dont tell you is if you use the finance company snap and dont pay it off in 100 days you are paying double the price. $3200 for this king mattress and high-rise frame. Plus I got a mattress protector and a pillow. All that came to $1704.

Just purchased my second mattress from Anthony. Bought a queen mesquite plush last year. Loved the mattress so much decided to upgrade to a king. My daughter now gets the queen. I will never do business here again. We bought three beds last September and spent over a thousand dollars, and within a few months of purchase, our bed was shot, as were the other two that my kids have. When I sent a message for wanting my money back, I was instructed to contact the finance company. The process to file a warranty claim was ridiculous and tedious, so we did not complete it. . We paid them off early due to this whole mess. Do your research and buy from a reputable supplier and not here.
