Great owners and great prices. Makes everyone feel like family, I also noticed that everyone that works at Mattress Firm is like a huge family. If you need help with bedroom furniture, like if you are just getting on your feet and dont have the money for a brand new mattress, they will help anyway they can that is reasonable for all involved with helping you get mattresses for all the family to sleep on.They treat and act like each customer is royalty, not like other big chains that just see you as money and commission. Will shop here for all my mattress/bedroom needs. They have a customer for life.

Always recommend this store for great clearance savings on high quality beds that are all USA made. The bed love it stopped at three different places and I got the best deal here but service sucked I gave the sales man my ID and he summit everything with my last name wrong then I had to call around to the finance place to fix it... days later I call to set up payment plan with the finance place and mattress firm still had not updated my delivery date and I picked up the day I got it in the store again I feel I got a run around horrible service from the sales man, quality and price were great

Buying from Mattress Firm is one of the best decisions Ive ever made! After exhausting efforts going around town, and trying other stores, I made it to Mattress Firm. Kelly, being very knowledgeable and friendly, had answers for all of my questions. She really helped me narrow down what type of mattress to buy, all the while giving me plenty of space and freedom to try different mattresses and really find a perfect fit. I found a Sealy mattress that I loved, it was perfect! Kelly gave me a great deal on the Sealy in a King size, with additional accessories, delivery, and warranty for such a great price! All other competitors in town couldnt even touch their price. One of the competitors was going to sell me the same mattress used, stained, with no warranty, and they charged more for delivery, for the same price as the brand new one with all additions at Mattress Firm. I feel so amazingly happy with my purchase. And sleeping in my new bed is incredible! Thank you so much Kelly for the exceptional customer service! I seriously recommend everyone buy their beds from here. Great prices, staff, and beds!

Best experience in Sioux Falls! After shoping all over town, I found Mattress Firm, and right away I knew they were different and better! Kelly being a very bright and friendly sales rep, she was never pushy and very knowledgeable. And to top it all off, they have all the same name brands as everyone else. With one HUGE difference. Their fantastic prices! I picked up a brand new king sized Sealy bed with more extras than you can imagine and for far less then the last universal furniture place. The competition wanted the same price for the exact same bed except used no extras no warranty and had huge brown dirty stains! Dont believe any bad reviews if there are any! They are fantastic people with amazing products and prices. I will never shop any where else again.
