This place just does work like the car came from the manufacturer, he done my 2021 Toyota 4runner and it came out perfect. Now he is going to do my 2004 Toyota 4runner

Happy the car was fixed. Thats great. Took them over a month and a half, back and forth between this date and that date. Was very unhappy about that. Unfortunately I had a cheap insurance company that was just hard to work with.Owner was nice. Jay. Knowledgeable! Good attitude. Felt bad yelling and pressuring him to get my car fixed asap but in reality wasnt his fault. Good conversations the day I went to pick it up finally.Nothing personal regarding the one star but truth be told Ive had a few mechanical issues the first week after I got it back. And this was all on the first week in June.

My car was damaged in the front by a careless valet Parker. I had to bungee the front to be able to drive it. There were other problems with my beautiful, though now heavily damaged car. Jay and his crew were able to repair or replace parts and made my car look better than it ever has. This place is terrific. I will never hesitate to go there. Even though I moved several miles away, the trip to Oakton Auto Body was worth far more than the trip.

Took my car there to get it fixed had bumper, headlight and fender damage. The owner took care of me well and kept me updated through out the whole process as it took about a week and half to fix. Very professional environment. Would recommend anyone who needs car fixed to try it out!

Great people great body work honest take it or leave it but you will get the truth

They cut major corners on body repair. My car was rear-ended and needed a repaired quarter panel. Instead of welding it on, these guys bondod it terribly. Years later, I was rear-ended again and needed more work on the quarter panel. But because of the bondo, the quarter panel must be entirely replaced instead of repaired, and the insurance company will only pay for the cost of the repair- so now it will cost me over a grand!
