I ordered 7 different drinks and one girl took care of me and made them all very quickly

They open and close whenever they want. They make their own hours. Don’t go by what the posted hours online are. They screw me everyday.

4 days in a row they are not open on time. Workers should be courteous enough to let me know they aren’t ready yet instead of having a line of people waiting for nothing.

This store is filthy. Bathroom was dirty, tables and chairs outside havent been wiped in weeks. Employees were placing warmed baked goods on a wet counter. All of the employees seem to be disgruntled. One told me she hadnt had an off day in almost 3 weeks. This store needs a redo because its a busy store. No welcome to Starbucks what can I get started for you? Do better or close!!!!

They deserve 10 start not five, very friendly. Was studying there and they say my drink empty. They got me another one for free. Wow what a customer service.

It was not so good. They were short staff again so even though I placed a mobile order I could not walk in because it was closed. After waiting 18 mins in the drive thru and when I got to work to taste that my $6.12 drink was wrong. Last time I placed a mobile order and the whole store was closed, nobody showed up for work that day. Its close to me but Im pretty sure I will not be returning

A normal starbucks in skokie. Nothing really to dock points off so 5 stars.

3:30 pm and the selection of bakery items are almost gone. The place is dirty and its not busy at all. The floor is always dirty and needs to be swept. Worst of all the baristas need training and are not very nice. No apology for forgetting part of the order. We have business meetings here less regularly and went elsewhere but come back a month later to this. Ok, not feeling the glow when we left.

Its always nice to get a good coffee.

Cool building, easy enough parking. Staff was friendly to me. Not a lot of seats though and even fewer with laptop charging ability.

Restrooms are closed to the public but the store is opened for business. Don’t support businesses that cut out customer service to save running costs.

I think its real unprofessional to open at 5am walk in and told you cant order unless its from the mobile app we cant open the register until 6am butttttt you taking drive thru orders thats means its a working register in the store... They make so much money they dont care I guess about the ones they lose... Pure laziness and I wont go back

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. The employees have no idea how to make any of the drinks - not even a simple black sweetened coffee. Each and every thing Ive ordered here has tasted like absolute trash. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Was tired in the morning, decided to get some coffee and it made me happy to see a employee who absolutely loves her work, I think her name was Miahna or something like that. She was energetic and I love those types of people. Although the coffee was slightly off from my expectations.

Peg has been the friendliest, most personable person Ive ever been served by at Starbucks. She was kind enough to laugh at my skinny latte joke even when it we all knew it wasnt funny.Keep on smiling and doing what you do, you make me feel like this winter wont last forever.

This is my ride or die Starbucks location. No matter what time of day I come visit, they always have warm and speedy service. The Frappuccino drinks I always order are made FLAWLESSLY. Other locations don’t blend/ portion the drinks properly so they often come out thick and hard to drink. The workers here show exceptional customer service. I’m a loyal fan! 😍

Repeated my order twice they still get it wrong. If youre getting paid to do a job then you should do your job right. This has happened multiple times. Manager needs to step her game up and lead as an example for her employees. Insted of messing around joking with eachother they should be preparing drinks as they are ordered.

Ordered cheese danish and Venti white mocha, got cheese danish and dark roast instead. Realized too late. I was already on the expressway. Funny thing is they asked you for your name. Still gave me a someone elses order. This is the 3rd time this happened on this store but i still gave them a chance. Bad luck?

This is my go to Starbucks and I wouldn’t trade it in for nothing. They have gone the extra mile to know my name and as soon as I pull up, they know what I’m going to order. Now, who wouldn’t appreciate that kind of service?

They got my order wrong initially but were very friendly and fixed it right away. Ill be re-evaluating next time.

Nice clean place prices are not bad

Drive thru is only open. Causing very large lines to wait for your drink. Other businesses are allowing people to come in for carryout. In my opinion as long as people follow the 10 person guidlines and keep their distance. I dont see the problem in allowing carryout to open. This is terrible service, they are causing traffic blockage with this layout. People are honking their horns and try to get to places. Would not recommend going here. Especially while Corona is still a thing.

I waited 5 minutes for my drink at the drive through window and no one ever came by, I ended up just driving away. It shouldn’t have taken that long. I would have been ok with it if someone came and told me it was going to took a little longer than usual.

Every time I come to this Starbucks, they never have Enough Chocolate Chip Cookies or Dessert! Always run out!!Come on Now! What is Hot Chocolate or a Beverage without a Chocolate Chip Cookie or Dessert??? You Need Both of These Things on a Cold or Snowy Day!!

Inside- rough to say the least. This is more of a rest stop for train goers.... do not expect luxury. Reminds me of a gas station. Drive thru is ALWAYS on point and so fast. Morning crew is the best!

This tastes like ice with a little bit of caramel. Not a huge fan of starbucks in the first place dont take it personally. The only reason they get 2 stars is because their refreshers are amazing.

This is the only Starbucks that never has anything. No sandwiches after 10am, no ice brew coffee at 12pm on one of the hottest days of summer. The service is very slow, especially drive through. The staff is friendly, I think it just needs better management.

As being a regular customer, I went through the drive thru. As I was ordering the worker sounded very rude. I drove up to the window and saw my drink was not what I asked for. I was very unhappy with their service. I am most definitely never going there again.

The Starbucks in this location always serves my coffee with perfection. I order a triple shot of espresso inside a mocha frappuccino with one pump of mocha and no whipped cream. Awesome!

The staff is super friendly! They even make small talk with you- you just have to initiate it sometimes! They are also laid back so to all you haters at least theyre not ignoring us like the rest of the retail society (panera, clothing stores, etc). They even have given good perks to me as a loyal customer, just be nice to them. Were all human :)

Close to the yellow line, which is good. But its really noisy here. Drinks are good, staff is nice. I also a bunch of high school students and younger kids drinking coffee. Not that that really matters, but it added to the noise level.

Finally something change in this location. Fast service and services table with milk and everything else. I dont some old workers the good ones and the rest is a new people. Very good.

Great location right off the Dempster CTA Yellow Line stop. Staff is quick and on point to insure a smooth transaction for those stopping in between bus transfers. This location has a drive through, a small patio and a small inside dining option.

This is a truly terrible business. I stop there sometimes while waiting to transfer between Yellow and Pace, and Im nearly always disappointed. Their service is terrible: this morning I stood at the register for two minutes, with no one else in line, and was not acknowledged. Ive had to leave without a part of my order on several occasions because they took too long to finish it. The employees are sour, the space is dirty and cluttered. Avoid this place if you have the option.

They seemed more interested in grinding coffee then taking my order. I wish I was exaggerating but my bus was suppose to arrive in 10mins so I went to get a venti pike simple enough right? No orders was being made 3 behind counter 2 was talking to each other and the other was grounding coffee.when my arrival time was at 3 I had to leave no coffee😢

Need my coffee at the Skokie Dempster el before I get on the shuttle place. My order is tall blonde with steamed coconut milk. Dependably good and a warm place to wait for the shuttle.
