My advice for this location is to not order based on the menu pictures. The coffee shake flavor was good but I was expecting the drizzle that adds extra flavors to the shake. I asked the employee if the drink came with the drizzle after I saw it wasnt there and she stated, sometimes. Sometimes you get the way its advertised and sometimes you dont at this location. Sometimes you get good customer service and this time, I did not.

Very poor customer service today 9/18/2021 at 7:38 pm my husband and I walked in to get a some ice cream. Upon walking in we instantly noticed both employees look at each and mention how they have an 1hour 30 minutes left before getting off. The two employees were talking to a customer that so happened to be their friend. Instead of acknowledging us they continue to talk about going out and riding with each other tonight. My husband and I felt like they did not want to serve us. As we stood there for a few minutes listening to their conversation. we ultimately made the decision to leave. As we was walking to the door the young man said have a great night. This was the only thing that was said to us we was not greeted with “hello, welcome or we will be with you shortly”. Very disappointed by this it was rude and unprofessional. Also the lights were off so it appeared the place was closed from the parking lot

My boyfriend and I visited the marble slab creamery over the weekend. They are similar to cold stone creamery but they allow you to have as many add ins at no extra cost. That was definitely a perk. The only thing I didnt like is that they dont really mix the add ins into your ice cream like cold stone does. And theyre ice cream flavors arent as strong either. But if youre looking for something different and youre in the area, I do think theyre worth trying out.

I took my kids there a few weeks ago very very friendly staff but they needed at least 1 or 2 more coworkers with them. Two ladies running from ice cream counter to cookie counter & back. Ice cream was awesome as usual.

I Love marble slab. It’s been a favorite of mine for a very long time. From the moment I walked into this location the young man behind the counter was so very rude. I will never come back.

When they are busy they are not very clean. Hands reach in to the ice cream then run through long hair not in a net or covered totally by a hat then hands reach back in to icecream.😱 its kind of gross. When they are slow it seems better.🙂 so its a toss up.

Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else! My husband and I first visited this location after moving to LA at the end of last year. Its brand new so it looks absolutely beautiful, and appeared to be very clean. Regrettably, each time our service by the staff was less than enthusiastic. On (10/19/16) the young girl who served us appeared to be very frustrated and only gave one-word answers in response to my attempt to have a friendly conversation with her. We were the only ones in the store so it was especially confusing as to why she was being so rude when the selection process and payment only took about 5 minutes of her time.We agreed not to return after such a bad experience, but against our better judgement decided to give them another chance on (5/21/17). The employees werent as rude this time and our order was correct, but when we got home we realized we had been charged twice for two different amounts. The very next day I called and asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one on duty. I explained the situation and was told a manager would call me first thing in the morning.The next morning came and went, so I called that afternoon and was told the person who took my message forgot to give it to the manager, and since the manager had left no one could help me until Friday morning (almost a week after our visit). After not hearing back, I called AGAIN on Friday afternoon and the person who answered the phone said the manager was on her way out the door to go to her sons graduation. I said I understood she had somewhere important to be, but why didnt she call me first thing Friday morning knowing I had already been waiting to hear back from her for an extended period of time? The person I spoke with continued to say that they couldnt help me regardless because the two charges were not showing up on their end. I offered to print out my bank statement that clearly shows two charges and bring it to them as proof. They repeated they couldnt help me.I ended up calling our bank and filing a claim to have the amount refunded, and spoke with customer service for their corporate office who was apologetic but explained each location is independently owned, so it would be up to the owner to follow up with me. Seeing as the owner or a manager never reached out to us about any of these incidents, Im not expecting to hear anything from them.Customer service offered to send us gift cards, but we will be giving them to a friend as we have no intention of returning ever again.

Went there an hour before they were closed and was ignored by every staff member upon entering, we saw 3 employees... my husband, son, and I looked at there selections for a moment before we decided to just go elsewhere.. we were the only guest in there and got completely ignored from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Baskin Robins provided amazing customer service there are to many placed to go to deal with bad service.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!As a line of 8-10 people formed, both employees casually went about talking on the phone (15 minutes) and dissapearing into the back room. Stood in line for 15 minutes and as a disabled veteran that was not easy. Will NEVER go back. 3-16-17 approx 630pm
