Good ice cream! A very good treat but expensive!! The design of the place is nice. Lots of seating available. Be prepared to wait 5-8 minutes for your treat as it takes a while to roll it up and put all the toppings in while it cools. A very fun place. I didnt give it 5 stars simply because it cost $18 for two bowls of ice cream. Which is unfathomable to me. But as a treat and with all the different toppins like: cake, waffle cones, fruit, Oreos, etc. its worth it. Plus the employees must cup up all the ingredients and spend a lot of time on each dessert. Staff is friendly as well.

First time ever getting rolled ice cream and it was a fun experience! You have the option to roll it yourself or pick from their menu. I chose to go with the key lime pie, hold the whip creme. It was wonderful! Loved it and Loved watching them roll it! The employees were nice and friendly

Pretty good! Had the birthday cake! Only about 3 of them come in the small size which to me seems plenty considering the regular sized ones are way too much. Too bad they all dont come in that size. I rather pay the $4 for the small. Very entertaining to watch them make it and the atmosphere there is nice!

Its really good. The 2 times Ive been i ordered the banana foster both times. I never get enough banana or caramel. The taste of the ice cream is delicious though. 😋 highly recommend

Been here 4 times in the past four months. The first time I ordered something and loved it. The other 3 times, I’ve ordered the same thing, and all THREE times, I was told AFTER paying that they didn’t have the ingredients for my order. The first two times it was peanut butter and the two occurrences were about a month apart but they were out of it that whole month. The third time they were out of bananas. I guess that’s three strikes. They don’t keep what they need stocked and they tell me after I pay, and I’ve had to argue to get a refund the first time because the high school worker told me they can’t do refunds. She tried to figure it out on the iPad/screen but couldn’t figure it out, and since there are zero adults here who know how to properly offer customer service (it’s all high schoolers), she told me they couldn’t give me a refund. The other two times I just took my order with the missing ingredient but that’s a poor way of running a business. Won’t be returning after three strikes, I kept giving them a shot only to be disappointed. I guess you need to ask them before paying to check if they have everything they need for your order or they will screw you over and they don’t have anyone who cares about it or willing to refund you.

Great selection of combo flavors

Sweet Rolls sure does a wonderful job of serving up some delicious ice cream and so much more. Whatever sweet treat that youre craving, this is the place to go because their different selections are amazing. Their variety includes a wonderful selections of fancy milkshakes, rolled ice cream, cookies, dessert waffles, coffees, and so much (I just cant think of everything because their selection is that incredible). I also love going here because the staff is always so welcoming and helpful.

Our family had a GREAT experience here. The sweet rolls were amazing and our kids really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, The whole work area was clean, the displays were neat and the bathrooms were even spotless! We will definitely be back!

Amazingly delicious!

It was an hour before close and the two girls working behind the counter I guess didn’t want to open up another station to make the five sweet roll orders, so now an hour and a half later past the close we are still waiting to receive our sweet delicious cream. Now patience is a virtue but we are just staring at these girls behind the counter one is doing nothing and the other is moving at a sloth place. Should’ve just taken my chance with trying to get ice cream at McDonald’s

Great place friendly staff. Our kids have to eat dairy free and the staff even asked if we wanted them to wipe down everything to make sure they didn’t get any milk at all on their ice cream! So sweet!

Been hearing about this place and decided to go today. Fairly busy, quick service while watching our ice cream being made. We had the cheesecake and bread pudding. Very good.

I dont know why this makes ice cream more fun, but it does . . . Dont be in a rush when you go; both times Ive gone, the average wait time for one cup is about 10 min. Imagine going to subway for ice cream . . . but they have to actually make the bread, lol. If you bring your family, expect longer.

Very good ice cream and flavor! I do think it was a little expensive, but I totally understand that it is harder to make than just a scoop. I definitely recommend the Cookie Monster Oreo! The staff was very kind! Although the wait was long, it was worth it! Also, the cannolis were very good! I had such a great experience and I 100% recommend it!

This is a new place. As of 05.11.2019 its only been open about a month.The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you never have had this before, the staff walks you throughout ordering process.They have sugar free also.

Went around 2 o’clock today and ordered the brownie time. Did not disappoint. We’ve been there before and saw the same girl, I believe the girl name was Brittany. She had a great smile and wondering greeting from the minute we walked in and from the minute we walked out. She’s the reason we come back every time!! They are a locally owned franchise, and make it their mission to have something for everyone. Its a fund experience to watch them take the cream and toppings and turn it into your own rolled ice cream right in front of you. Personal favorite is bananas foster. ( :

Gave them the benefit of the doubt since we first went on their week of opening. This time around we tried a new flavor then the first time but my review will remain the same. Atmosphere is great and a number of smiling faces but ice cream is way overpriced and unflavorful.

The ice cream itself tastes good but the staff was short and a little rude. Figuring out where to order your desert(s) is not clear for newcomers as the line to watch the staff make the ice cream is right next to the line to order what you would like. A simple place order here sign would be a great fit though. Additionally due to how they queued up orders caused people who ordered after me to get their order first and there were about 6 people served between the time I got my order and my date got hers.

Honestly you need to be fairly hungry because they give you so much. They also give you a relatively big side of what ever you got. Just too much for you to eat in one place, but theres nothing stopping you from taking it home.

Went on a late Sunday afternoon, took 30 minutes to get our order.!! The key lime had very little lime flavor, and I did not care for this type of ice cream.Marble Slab and Baskin Robbins are preferred.

Its ok to me, I am not big on sweets at all. But, if you are into sugary snacks, this place is worth a visit. Wife enjoyed it very much. Staff was polite and helpful. Cost more that a tcby or basken robins, but their creations take more time to make.

Had a great experience at the Slidell Sweet Rolls. Love the vegan rolls!!

1) they washed dishes wearing the same gloves they made ice cream with. 2) they didnt clean off the tools off after they got done so the flaver that the person before you got, was mixed in with ur flavor. 3) bananas were old. 4) they left my ice cream on the counter for five minutes.We will be going to Marble Slab for the next visit.
