I Called to ask a simple question and was laughed at by not one but two grown men. They wanted to know why I brought my BMW elsewhere in the first place to be repaired and thought it was funny. Before I could even finish my sentence to ask for the right help I was verbally attacked. I’m not a rude person at all and I myself was confused thinking they could help me instead I was made a joke out of. Very weird behavior and unprofessional as hell. Grown men should not be acting like children over the phone. I honestly don’t know how they get any business. I’m still thinking that had to be a joke because of how bad this was.

This is my personal mechanic shop for my mercedee. I been going to the same mechanic for 20 years. Sam is reliable, and honest and trustworthy. And so is the rest of the mechanic in the shop. But overall if you are looking for a good mercedee and bmw shop. This mechanic shop is number one from my personal experience. And still patronize .

German Performance Service is rated excellent in my book. The staff was friendly and courteous, I had to go to work once I dropped my car off and a staff member was able to take me to work. Hauled my bf Bmw on Thursday and it was completely fixed on Friday by 1pm. Great service and reasonable price.

Spent over 1200$ at this place and my car came back with issues. I thought this would be a honest place to try after reading some reviews. i call them 2 times about the problem and they would not call back or offer any never showed any interest in repairing the problem. Take your car here at your own risk. If something goes wrong they will ignore you.

I towed my car there on a Wednesday. Told Sam I had my rental until Tuesday of the next week to give him plenty of time. He never would call me with an update and never returned my calls. I literally called him over 20 times back to back on Thursday of the following week and he never called until I left him a message. Then called from a different phone saying he lost his phone. Lied and said that he called the warranty company about my car when I checked with them they said they never got a claim or any call from his shop or from him. He did this same thing on 2 separate occasions with me. I should have learned the first time, my fault. I tried to give him another chance. Hes obviously super busy but he needs to communicate with his customers to let them know what the status and the next steps are. I paid for a rental car twice for a week each which the warranty company won’t pay for because he never did any work! I ended up towing to another shop, Markert Motosports, who not only gave me a free loaner car but got started immediately to diagnosing and fixing my car and worked with the warranty company to get paid. Use German performance if you want to waste your time and money. I would give negative stars if I could.

Took my audi A4 here after I called around everywhere for a quote for a radiator fan. Found these guys to be the cheapest and actually the only ones who said they would be using brand new parts. Brought my car here and half way through he called me to the back and showed me a leak in my water pump and also recommended that I change my timing belt since its already there.. The prices I was quoted here were so much cheaper than I was quoted at my regular mechanic shop. Osama is very professional and I would definitely highly recommend these guys to anybody who babies their audi, mercedes, bmw, porsche or any german car! Definitely will be coming back for any future problems with my car!
