I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes changed and my battery replaced, which was fine. However, when I received my car back, I didn’t realize until the next day that it seems like one of the employees backed my car into something- which left black paint and residue on the rear bumper of my white car. I wish an employee would have communicated this with me. I will not be returning due to the dishonesty & lack of integrity of the staff. Be aware!

Getting my Honda Pilot Passenger airbag replaced due to recall. My battery died when they tried to crank it (needs replacing) and they just jumped it without making a fuss. Asked if I could just by the battery and replace it myself to avoid the labor fee... literally didnt hesitate to tell me yes and that they sell them at a discount. They are extremely helpful and courteous.
The customer service at this dealership is awful. If I was able to give them a zero I would have. Bought my car last month called several times on 6/24 no response call my sales person I was dealing with Todd when I bought the car of course no help gave me a number that was not working. I went up there on 6/25 let them know I have not received my tag front desk person calls the title manager she said I would need to go to the tag office knowing my tag was expired did not offer another temp tag. I went to the tag office to find out that they never did an emission on my car and should have before I bought it. These folk just want a sale they do not care once the sale is finally. if you go here make sure the vehicle you purchase has emissions before you sign the deal. They said they will reimburse for the tag and the emissions I will update when I take my receipts. They need to reimburse me for my time. This will be the last purchase from them.

Worst experience I have ever had from any auto service department. The day before I had schedule a 1:00 appointment, but when I arrieved I was told I did not have an appointment. It was not until 4:00 when they looked at my car. Took 2 hours and $1600+ to tell me my engine computer chip was bad. Said it could take months to get chip, but would not pay me interest on my money they are holding. After my car is fixed, I will NEVER RETURN to this RIP OFF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!BEWARE!
I am so very pleased with Carey Hunda. Also quite pleased with my Sales Associate. His name is Chris McDaniel a very nice guy, I really wanted a Hunda CR-V 2017. Now check this out I finally got to see the inside of a FLEX I am in love with that 😍 car!!! Oh k back to earth girl. I learned that most car lots are not going to be getting very many more new cars, they will be selling previously owned cars. I did not get the car that I wanted today, but I will be returning on Thursday to look at some cars that will be coming in.

They tried to cheat me, I was told that I needed something that was not needed. They tried to cheat me out of 1700.00 dollars, by doing work that was not neccessary.
