I’ve used this car wash once before and purchased the Diamond wash. While I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the interior cleaning I thought they did a great job so I decided to visit again on today. I purchased the diamond wash again expecting their top wash as it is advertised. However as you can see from the pictures below I was a bit disappointed. Again the interior was not cleaned or vacuumed to my expectations. The back seats were not wiped clean, nor the cup holders and under the steering wheel. The back floor was not cleaned as I could still see the white flakes from an old drink spill. This area was clearly visible to the person cleaning and it showed no evidence they attempted to wipe it clean. There was dirt in the front seat, as well as a couple exterior areas that were missed (or ignored). This place was recommended to me, as I am new to the area however I do not think I will return after now two disappointing encounters where I’ve spent $47 +tip for a undone job.

They did a wonderful job on my car. I had the hand wax and couldnt be more appreciative. I would recommend their service to everyone.

I got their full service car wash. They ended up breaking the rear wiper on my van. A manager came out and looked at it and said he would be back in a minute. He didn’t return. After about five minutes I went looking for he was working on a different car. He said it wasn’t something they did and repairs expenses ($75). I will never go back there again and I advise anyone who does inspect your car and take pictures first so you know what they mess up. If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would do so

My car looks great after receiving a wash at All Seasons. I found a couple of spots on the exterior and interior that were overlooked but overall I was very pleased with the job that was done. I will be back.

I’ve used this car wash for years specifically because they offer hand wash services which I prefer for my car. I moved 40 miles away but return here when I can. Upon my last visit, a Thursday at 12 noon, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish my car. They didn’t even start it for over an hour! Plenty of other cars got washed, came and went while I waited.I paid $49 basically to burn 2 hours and no one even bothered to warn me the wait would be extensive. I get the impression they don’t cate about hand wash business in which case they shouldn’t offer it. Regardless, I won’t be returning. I must say the employees seem to try hard to please so I feel the issue has more to do with decision makers that put hand washed vehicles absolute last on the priority list.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, and they always do an exceptional job. The people working there are so kind and friendly, and they even have a cool shop inside where I really don’t mind waiting for my cars to be done. Love it!

I’ve been going to all seasons for over 5 years now. They ALWAYS have exceptional service and do it in a timely manner. This most recent trip a tech accidentally damaged my oil drain plug. I called the General Manager, Jeremy, the next day. He set me up an appointment at a nearby mechanic shop. My car was repaired at no expense to me that same day. It’s nice when a company not only does great work, but also stands behind their quality commitment to the customer. I’ll be a customer at all seasons for years to come.

I just wanted to share my experience of having my car detailed by All SeasonsI dropped off my suv at All Seasons for the hand detailing service on 7/29/2020. After going over the menu I chose the full interior service, full exterior wax and payed extra for the polish, the total coming to a little over $300. When i returned to pick up my vehicle, the manager guided me in to the store so I could pay, and i did. Then he showed my vehicle, which was very clean. I then started to notice the damage. They broke both of the front spray nozzles for the headlights, they completely broke my passenger side mirror, my front license plate. Also there were several tree sap spots that were not removed and just waxed over, dont forget this is a $300 detailed job. When i brought this to there attention, the manager gave me coupons for free washing.My mistake was paying before inspection of my vehicle. Just letting you know if you take your vehicle to All Seasons, make sure you have full coverage insurance.

$45 “Diamond” cleaning and they didn’t even clean the cup holders. There is still a layer of dust on the center console/screen area/stereo area of the car, indicative that they never even touched the area. The outside looks nice, but then again a machine did the majority of that. Nonetheless, I will NEVER come back here again with any of my cars. I don’t trust them

Great experience as always! The team did a great job! They even cleaned my cup holders thoroughly. I also enjoy shopping in their boutique. You can definitely tell they believe in quality service. #happycustomer.

My parents have a membership here and usually they are super fast but this past week wasn’t a good day I don’t know if it was their bad day or my bad day I just got off from a 12 hour shift I told my mom I’d take her truck in I got there at 9am I know their a little starting up but when I started seeing cars that got there after me leave before me I started getting mad so I had already been there for about an hour which means it’s almost 10 then they come to me and tell the guy locked the keys in the truck and asked if I had a spare like who carries a spare key.. so the manager tries to get the door open and lets just say I didn’t didn’t leave until 10:40 and all I got was a free wash as if I didn’t have the membership and get free washed as much as I want smh

Went in opted for the gold wash. Amazing and you can come back for another wash before 7 days. Great service and great work

Came in to get car detailed around 1:15pm on July 23rd. Went across the street to Chick-fil-a for about 40min to pass the time. Came back and asked about my vehicle, waited about 10-15 min then had to ask again. A nice young guy came and said they had gotten backed up and it was going to be 45min to an hour. I said Ummm its already been an hour, you mean its going to take ANOTHER hour? He replied yes. So I waited but had to ask 2 more times about my vehicle because at this point Im highly disappointed and frustrated with this service. The staff was very nice even through my high level of frustration, and I tried not to get tooupset with them because Iknow they were trying. I understand times get busy but I shouldnt have to ask 3 and 4 times about my vehicle. Im 8 months pregnant and if I had been told at the time of asking or paying for service that it was going to take 2 HOURS (I left at 3:20pm) I would have gladly come back at a less busy time instead of sitting in a lobby for 2 HOURS in my condition. As far as I can tell the car does look well cleaned but I would not come back at this time. It was too much of a hassle for the service provided.

My oil filter housing cap was stripped and no one could change it. After 3 other oil change businesses couldn’t do it, I came to Four Seasons. Benjie was great, knew exactly what to do, wrote down the name of the parts I needed, told me where to get the part cheapest, changed my oil, and I was back on the road in 10 mins. He even showed me what was going on. He helped me more in 10 mins than 3 other oil change mechanics twice his age did in 30 mins. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful etc. 5 star employees mean 5 star business reviews.

Paid $59 + Tax for a car wash and I was handed a half clean car. How is that you charge me full price and give half cleaned car? Don’t be that CarWash in Snellville area. People will stop coming and competition is high. Staff is friendly and understanding, but management, not so sure.

Ok. Ok..I know this is a little weird,, but i hate the self drive thru car wash places.. Yes, I know the price is less but for me its all about the service and experience and that is where All Seasons delivers hands down!! And they have FREE Starbucks Coffee...need i say more😄. I love being able to sip my coffee and sit outside and wait on my car to be cleaned, vacuumed etc. and the staff is ALWAYS friendly!

I use All Season for my oil changes and car wash. But on two different occasions I took each of my daughters cars for a full detail. And after they finished, it was like night and day. The service is super, the staff is professional and informative. Special shout out to the details shop manager. Juan! He and I are buddies. Ill be back with my own vehicle to be detailed the next time. Keep up the good work my friends!!

They did a poor job cleaning the inside and took one of my coasters out of cup holder, threw away my masks. Call the manager and he said they found my coaster on the rags and was going to throw it away...he offered nothing but to redo the inside and I told them No I don’t want them touching my car again since this was the second time they did a poor job. He ignored me. I’m going up to get my foster and telling everyone I know about my experience. Facebook is next..

Got my wifes car detailed on the interior. Car looks brand new now. Great quality work at this place.

The exterior service was great but my interior was sub par at best. I still had a ton of pollen on my dashboard and door panels.

This car wash severely damaged one of my rims. Most car washes allow you to drive through while relaxing in the vehicle. This car wash has you get out and their attendant drive the vehicle. After this experience Im thinking is the LAST time I will use one of the drive thru car washes.

These guys always do a great job. If they miss something, just tell em! Theyll git er done. Reasonable prices, too. Great service and even better attitudes. Plus, the lobby area is leaps and bounds ahead of most car wash places. Theyve had to separate the chairs due to COVID, but normally, they even have MASSAGE CHAIRS!Use this spot to keep your ride nice and tidy. And if you have a teen looking for work, Ive heard nothing but excellent reviews from staff regarding pay, work environment, and motivation.

After the manager Mr. Harrison learned I was displeased about the car wash I had received he called and said Let me make this right for you. - and then at his expense he hand washed my vehicle making it look almost new - no small accomplishment for a 17 year old vehicle. I paid for platinum service and extra for suv. They did not clean the top. Wad told the system did not have enough pressure to clean the top. Was told would have to have hand wash. Paid $42.00 for sorry job. 79 yrs old but will wash myself next time. Ripped off.

Nice car wash where the inside and outside of the car are cleaned.

I only go here for my car wash. Most of the people who work here have been working here for 8 or more years. Familiar faces every time and they do a great job cleaning my car. Even if they find a penny on the floor, they will leave it in a zip bag aside for you. If you are getting your car detailed, you will get a good deal here as well. For my accord its 80$ for all seats or 130 for all seats and floor.

I was visiting family for the weekend in the area and decided to give this car wash a try. I bought the gold wash for around $29 and it was a complete waste of money. The staff was courteous but their service was lacking. I brought my 2 door coupe here and the back seats and windows weren’t even touched. It seems like all they did was just vacuum the front seats. I know I had fingerprints on the inside of the front windows on the passenger side and it wasn’t until I got back home that I noticed the fingerprints were still there, which means none of the windows were touched.So for around $29, my car was washed by a machine, lightly towel dried, and partly vacuumed. For that amount of money, I wasn’t expecting the cleaning job to be perfect but was hoping they would at least fulfill what the wash package entails. Unfortunately, they just did half the job and I paid full price for it. This was my first and will be my last time coming to this car wash.

I like paying by the month. I have a Black color car that needs washing often. Its a great value and they do a great job of drying, vacuuming and even dressing the tires. I might go there 3 times a week sometimes for one monthly price.

First washing a car outside my home. It was alright.

This car wash is excellent. The thinner built young man at the beginning was so kind and patient with me. If I understood correctly his name was Lukas. I am an older man and a little hard of hearing and he took his time explaining everything to me and telling me what would be best for my car. He did not rush me even with people waiting. Treated me like I was an VIP. He even helped my wife to walk over the curb by offering his hand to her. The wash I got was excellent and the inside was like fresh new. I was very pleased. I will recommend All Seasons to my kids and grandkids and have them ask for Mr. Lukas by name. Checking out was very smooth also and they were kind to me as well. You have a very good staff in Lukas and your cleaners and cashout staff. I will be back very soon to do my other car. Thank you and have a nice day.

Take both my cars all the time. They do a outstanding job..

My wife and I had our cars cleaned and she also had an oil change. The day after the oil change, her car started making weird noises. When I looked under the car, I noticed that the skid plate was being held together with a nylon cable tie or tie strap. Apparently during the oil change, they removed the skid plate, but lost the 4 screws/bolts that hold the skid plate. My wife brought the car back to All Seasons Car Wash and spoke to the manager. He tried to blame it on her, explaining that there were two tie straps on the skid plate and one of the tie straps is a type that they dont use. My wife told him that we had to put an additional tie strap on the skid plate in order to keep it from falling off! The manager then said that this probably happened from a previous trip to some other car wash, but the person that worked on the car during the oil change explained to him that when he removed and replaced the oil change sticker, that her previous trip was also to All Seasons Car Wash. The manager was never apologetic and constantly tried to put the blame back on my wife. He came across very arrogant and finally agreed to place the 4 missing bolts on the skid plate. These are young kids changing out peoples oil and there is no telling what else is going on there. As for our car wash, I paid for the premium car wash and my 12 year old could have done a much better job. They didnt vacuum the trunk, and when they did vacuum, it was a terrible job. The vinyl clearer that was used was half done, the windows on the inside were half washed and streaky. The worst part was that when they were finished, they did a terrible job of drying the car. It left my car with water spots all over it. Overall, my car looked worse than before I brought it in! This place used to be good, but the level of employees and poor management has run this place into the ground. I will NEVER bring and of my cars back there for a wash, oil change, or emissions inspection. Youve lost several customers for life. If I could give this place a zero or negative stars, I would have.

Came here for an emissions with my wife. Customer service was horrible in this department. Only car in line for emissions and the guy working just sat on the stool on his phone. I didnt want to honk and be rude, but after about a good 2 minutes, it already left a bad taste in my mouth. He finally looks up and sees us sitting there, he proceeds to walk over to the computer and never acknowledges us. Finally coming up to the car, he finally speaks to us and simply says get out of the car and go sit inside. Just poor customer service. Guy was beyond rude.Went to sit inside and everyone else was very friendly overall. Usually I just take poor customer service on the chin... but this time it was just bad enough for me to leave a review.

Fresh off highway trip and wanted bugs off the car and went for the Supreme Exterior wash. Not only were there still bugs on the front I pointed out, but the windshield had obvious spots where it had not been cleaned. This was my first and last time here.

Came for a smog check. First time coming. The service was very quick. Waiting area was very nice. Restrooms were very clean.

Good service for the money. Need to not.let wet surfaces in the car dry with water spots. They just need to go over the surface again with a dry cloth.

I should have not come back after the 1st time when my phone magnet went missing. However I came back for a second detail today. I paid I think close to $150 and I included interior. There were stains on my seat I wanted cleaned. The 1st time I came for a detail earlier this year, my seats were shampooed at no extra charge. This time they were not and I was told that was extra. We went back and forth a bit and he spot cleaned the stains. But why would you not explain what comes with an interior detail, hand a truck back to me with stains, then not even offer me the additional package before completion?! It shouldnt be this hard to get your vehicle cleaned thoroughly without argument or stuff coming up missing. Im done with them.

Worst Car Wash Ever!! This was my first time going here and their equipment CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD!! The manager acted like he didnt want to help with repairing my windshield at all! Simple no care at all and said there was nothing he can do! He ended up giving me a card for a free wash but I ended up having to replace my windshield for $200. I repeat DO NOT go here. They only spend 10 minutes washing your car!! Not WORTH IT!! Go elsewhere!

They do a fairly decent job. My last oil change they didnt screw the oil pan completely and I had a leak. My husband went back to get it corrected and thats ALL they did, no freebies for their mistake. The car wash is basic as well you could get your kid to do the job and they linger after they open your door for their tip...🤔🤐

This place is a joke if people will heck their cars after service or wash its for aure damaged, especially wheels which they claim its normal ! They dont care and the wash its the worst possible for the money .

I have been a Customer here for years. This is the only Car Wash I use on my vehicles. The Staff is always very courteous and treats the customer in a friendly manner. I say this from observations as well as from my own experiences.I am however, upset at my most recent visit of several weeks ago. Recently, I had to have a New windshield installed on my Truck. The windshield was clear and in pristine condition. In typical fashion, my Truck progressed through the standard, uploaded wash cycle and moved out to the detail area for tire treatment, etc. I can only surmise that the Associate who was attending my Truck used a dirty towel to dry my windshield. Later that afternoon, I noticed swirl marks etched into the glass. I didnt jump to any abrupt conclusions, assuming that I could re wash the windshield on my own to remove the apparent scratches. No such luck...i do not have any idea what abrasive residue was on the towel utilized, but what I do know is, as improbable as it may seem, my brand new windshield has swirl marks etched into the surface. Id like to suggest to the owner to make sure the Detail staff is instructed to use clean towels when addressing the windshield or windows.

I brought my car in, upon recommendation of a friend, for the oil change and free car wash. After the wash, I noticed that there were still but spots on the front and brought it to the attention its a manager (?).He explained the packages and the difference in each one, and helped me understand that the oil change came with the basic wash, but he went ahead and cleaned it for me anyway. I appreciate his professional demeanor and the care they took with my car. I will definitely be a regular customer.

I took my car here a few days ago, after getting a full interior detailing some time back for $70. I found that to get half of my interior detailed this time around would be $120 (carpets and plastics only). A rip-off, but I went with it, and after the two hour wait, I found:-an abrasive chemical was used on my leather steering wheel, destroying the leather-the area underneath my car seats was not vacuumed-maybe this is petty, but I had some flowers on my dash that a close friend gave me in California before I took a road trip from there to here. The employees who detailed my car threw them away.-I gave $15 to the kid who gave me back my keys, and told him that that money was for everyone who worked on my car; and before I drove away I watched him keep it in his pocket as he went back to his other employees. Most of the employees here look like they’re hardly 18. They’ll be great salespeople as they get older though, because damn do they try to up-sell.So yeah I’m kinda mad about my experience here. I haven’t brought any of this up to management, because I doubt they would compensate me in anything but free car washes.

Attention future patrons: Remove any items of value before letting them service your car. This may seem obvious, but in case you forget, there is a good possibility that some or all of those items will get sucked up by the vacuum. I dont want to accuse any employees of stealing, as management has assured me that employees would NEVER do that. Management can apologize all they want and reply to this, as I see they are likely to, but wont dare compensate for the trouble and inconvenience of replacing lost items. Im sad to say this carwash has a real problem, and it begins with management. I wouldnt recommend this place to my mother, and I certainly wouldnt recommend it to you.

Well, I just wish Id done this sooner! Just came in for an oil change which came with a free wash and vacuum etc, fantastic! Very speedy oil change then straight into the carwash and vacuum, the guys cleaned my windows and everything - I didnt have to do a thing! Everyone was very nice & its such a great deal! :)

I went the to get a detail to my car after I went somewhere else and they messed up my car, and I tell you I went to all season and they did a fantastic job, my car look newer then when I bought it. I appreciate the good work and the effort they took to make sure I was happy when picking up my car I highly recommended this place to any one in the Gwinnett area!!!
