I dont understand how this place has such high rating.Initially, our insurance made an appointment for us to come drop off our car here. When we got there on the day of, while trying to explain that we would like to make sure the other partys insurance pay for the damage and not our insurance. We were turned away because apparently their scheduled was booked since we are switching the handling insurance. Front desk person told us to come back next week despite already having an appointment. She didnt even take the time to ask which car we have, and if it was already on the appointment schedule. It was confirmed later that both insurance have already contacted them for our original appointment.3 weeks later...Our car was promised to be done last week. I spoke with them Wednesday and they said we should be able to pick the car up Friday morning, tho the original estimate was Wednesday, we werent too unhappy about the two days delay. However, they miscalculated the date again, some materials could not come on time. I understand things do happen, but there were no communications prior to Friday. My parents drove an hour to their shop at 8AM Friday morning to find out that the car wasnt ready.They dont speak English well, so they couldnt express their frustration. Its already unfortunate that my mom got into a car accident, which isnt even her fault. So many unhelpful people out there. I might risk them damaging the car posting this review since we still do not have our car yet, but this whole situation is just annoying. 4 days later (2 days weekend and 2 business days) no words from them yet...Update: Repair guy and owner were good! We got our car back and they were much nicer to us than the front desk lady. I have updated from 1 star to 3 stars.

A lot of places do good work. They do good work here as well. Its the customer service and willingness to work with the customer as much as they can that separates them.

They went out if their way to fix the damage from being rear-ended. Cant even tell there was damage. To top it off, the went around my car and took care of all the skuff marks they could find. Cars looks fabulous. They demonstrated pride in their craftsmanship.

Nelson was amazing! This was such an amazing experience. I came in on a Monday with a car that had been in a collision with a hanging bumper. I was out by Friday with a car that literally looked like I just drove it off the lot. Nelson was super professional and genuinely wanted to help me. He corresponded directly with my insurance company so I didnt have to worry about anything. I will be back for any minor car repair. ALSO-- The best part is their services come with a year warranty, which meant a lot to me. So grateful for this place. 100% recommend.

I dropped my car off almost a month ago at sky collision in loganville for rear door repairs from a rear ended on my truck. I went to pick it up yesterday & my radio column was popped out as if my previous radio was removed & replaced. BECAUSE IT WAS. I’ve had this truck over two years & I know what it came with. I now have no working radio & no one at the shop taking accountability for this illegal crime. Highly unprofessional & unhappy

I received excellent service at Sky Collision. Shop Manager Randy and Estimator Nelson both were very professional and customer-friendly. I went into the shop with a lot of anxiety about my vehicle, but by the time I was ready to leave, I felt very relaxed and relieved. They are very knowledgeable about insurance matters, and about what is required to get your vehicle back in tip-top shape.Repairs to my car were done in a timely manner, and I was very pleased with the superior quality of the work that was done. Even though I interacted with Randy and Nelson in the office, I am sure that the workers in the back all contribute to the overall experience at Shy Collision. Keep up the great work guys!

I have a 2015 Mustang GT Premium PP Triple Coat Yellow. I tried to bring my car to Courtesy For which is 1 mile from work. They did the initial estimate and when wrnt to leave the vehicle the decided they would not repair the vehicle. I was told they don’t think they can make me happy. I left very disappointed and contacted Randy at Sky Collision. He sent a tow truck and took cars of everything. I was updated with the progress. I’m very pleased with the customer service. This is no longer Collision Consultants. This is Sky Collision who have been doing business out of this location for about 2 years. Sky Collision also has 5 other Atlanta area locations. I had my car repaired there and these guys are industry leading pros. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. My repair was done in a very timely manner and it was just like no accident ever occurred. All I had to do was drop my car off and these guys did it all from rental, to insurance to an excellent repair. from the owner Bill Gray, to the shop manager Randy to the Estimator Nelson all made doing business with Sky Collision a breeze at what could have been a high stress/ high pressure time. These guys are the best and wont be out done.

When the car arrived there was some slight discoloration in the back driver side door.I initially took the car to another body shop. However, the work the first shop did wasnt to the standard that I was looking for.When I brought the car to Randy at the Snellville location, he took care of me!Not only did he fix what the other shop couldnt but him and his boss, Bill Grey went to the highest level to make sure I had an incredible experience with Sky Collision.They fixed the discolored paint as well as removed a few dings that were in the car.Not only was I impressed but the work they did, but I was impressed by both Randy and Bill as people.
