Scott and his team at the Snellville store have provided great deals on a recent tire purchase and excellent service on both of my vehicles. They honor their appointments and the waiting room is neat and clean and the work is completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable staff with good prices. They never try to up sale and add stuff that wasnt needed.. actually the opposite and I really like that about these guys. Went in for a oil change and a tire rotation got in my car with greasy pants and shoes then tried to do an upsell on a new set of tires and would not actually rotate them. Advise them to give me a price on new set and I said Ill get to it in a couple of weeks but they still would not rotate my tires. Tires were not really worn enough for a new set I went to another place and they told me that. I would not go back there.

I’ve been going to Bulldog Tires over 20 years now and I’m grateful for their service. They’re not like most car repair shops where most shops only focus on the monetary gains. I thought my car needed brakes but after Bulldog Tires examined my brakes, Scott called me and said “Why should I replace your brakes when you still have more than 50% of pads left?” They never take advantage of people.

I have purchased tires from this location and have been taken care of very well. Just went back for tire rotation balancing and an alignment. They were so honest and informed me my alignment was still good. Rotated and balanced my tires and my truck was back to riding like a dream.

I have been a customer for years at Bulldog Tire. Had a dead battery today and had to be jumped off. Then headed to Bulldog to change battery. Scott said I had not made appointment and told me he didnt know how long it would take, while car was running. Was rude. I started crying, was very stressed out because my best friend had recently died. This could have been handled so much better. Joe never treated me this way. Am now going to investigate other car repair shops.

I am so pleased with the work bulldog did on my car I needed a new ac compressor and condenser I got several quotes from other shops near by and ended up getting my ac fixed plus two tires and the blend door all well under what the other guys were trying to charge for just the ac. The work was done in a day and so far everything works great !!

Will not use them again because of the other front desk guy who is arrogant and amazingly disrespectful. I simply refuse to give money to a business where theres someone with such a bad attitude. This actually isnt the first time Ive been angry with that guy, but it will definitely be the last.

After the inspection, i was given a quote and the approximate time and cost of the service. Once the service was done my car is running smoothly. I hate it took so long to get the parts in, but that was out of their control and it was still completed on the same day.

I would give a 0 if I could. Both of my daughters were stranded on the side of the road and I told me daughter to walk to Bulldog Tire to see if she could purchase a tire, since she so close to them. She told me the person she spoke did not even look up from his screen to talk to her. What type of person does that? I will never do any business with them ever again or refer anyone to them. Oh and yes, they dont carry 2005 Mercedes Benz tires, so dont bother going there.
