Poor customer service. Im a student at Athens Tech. I went to get some supplies for my state board. Upon arrival the woman working asked if I had an account to which I replied not yet but I was a student and I would like to sign up. She told me to do it myself because it would take her too long to do it for me. Keep in mind I was the ONLY customer in the store. Not a single soul was in there beside her and I. I will not be returning. She obviously didnt need my money. I went to Sally’s in Loganville where they were more than happy to help and was told that they get customers all the time from the cosmoprof in Snelleville complaining about poor customer service. Not a good look.
